I have worked at Fircrest Senior Living for 7 years now and couldn't ever imagine working anywhere else. The amount of love and compassion the ED has for every resident absolutely amazes me and the calmness and kindness and understanding she has for all of us staff is something you don't find in a boss very often.

Fircrest and their staff was a Godsend for our family, from the management being efficient and communicating regularly with us to the care givers taking an honest interest with our family and the other residents. The social worker who helped us through a most difficult decision, move and getting settled was top notch. Our family really appreciates the level of care our aunt and uncle received and the love they were shown during their final years there. Thank you!

Residents are all very loving and caring loved seeing their smiling faces. Not the greatest work environment tbh so many rumors are spread, gossip type of work environment, favorites and the main factor they are forgetting about is the proper care for the residents. No rules apply!!! No communication is being adressed.

This time in my mothers life came very quick, and we were not prepared. Fircrest staff insured me they would help me through the process whether we used their facility or not. I was very Impressed with the comradery of the staff, and how well they have treated my mother. my mother also states the food is quite good.
