My mom has been at Ivy Park for almost a year and I'm not sure this place is worth the expense, and I'm really not convinced they're on the up and up when it comes to billing. All I can say is watch out for increasing expenses…we've asked for an explanation of the charges and have yet to hear back from them. They infrequently respond to requests to call them back, and they seem to leave my mom in a dark room in the middle of the day. I don't live near my mom and see her a couple of times a month but each time I go, I'm less and less impressed. Sorry Ivy Park, you've really let us down.

All staff from top to bottom are kind and caring. The facility is clean and esthetically pleasing. The director responded to my text messages on the weekend. This is my third family member at a Sunrise facility. After the facility changed hands to Ivy Park I was concerned about whether or not the level of care would change. It did not! The director, Sara, has assembled a wonderful group of people who genuinely care for the residents. They made my mother's last years as comfortable and cared for as possible. I am grateful for their kindness and care for a 94 year old woman who needed and received all of it

Handing the safety and care of my Mom to Sunrise of Sacramento was the best decision my sister and I had to make, with the progression of her short term memory loss and dementia, we could no longer care for her 24/7. The Directors Sara and Jasmine were comforting and caring regarding our situation on day one and that care endured throughout the 3 years she lived there. I could sleep at night knowing she was not only safe but loved. This gave us such peace of mind and heart. I will forever be grateful for the individual care givers/angels on Earth that walk the hallways of Sunrise of Sacramento.

I have had the privilege of working with them for the past several months and have full confidence in this tenured team. My admiration for what they do to assist my mother, the other residents and how they support my family is immeasurable. If you visit you will feel the warmth and the comfort.

Sunrise of Sacramento has been such an incredible resource to our family. During some of the most difficult times, the calm, caring and expertise that they have provided our mom and our family have been more than we could have hoped for and so needed through a difficult time. Staff are kind and professional, and really pay attention to the needs of your loved one. I am grateful that we were able to access respite care initially and now am able to relocate mom there for longer-term. Amazing resource - great staff, true resident/patient-focused care and support, and a beautiful and well-maintained property!

I toured all 4 facilities in Sacramento the staff was so nice and really educated me through my process of finding a home for dad. He ended up at the Fair Oaks location. Great overall experience.

Don't bother with Sunrise Sr Living if you're looking for low income senior housing. They are for some reason listed on the web as low income senior living falsely!!!

Great facility, beautiful inside out but what really makes this place attractive is the great people that works here as well as the residents...from caregivers, nurses, receptionists to managers they all CARE and do their best for the residents. They serve from their hearts.. The support system from co-workers, managers and to the residents is excellent. I loved and appreciated working here.The only thing I would change about this building is to add more stuff and lighten a bit the burden of caregivers in PM shift, the work load can be very overwhelming some days but at least you are surrounded by positive-minded co-workers. All the best!
