I toured this facility several time with Britania. I have to say she was so gracious. She answered all of my questions and helped me to understand the process of moving my mom from another state. She was also very prompt in getting back to me when I had additional questions. The facility is nice, and I’m sure will look beautiful once the renovation is complete at the end of January. Britania, Caleb and the entire team went above and beyond to welcome my parents to the facility. I was in a tight spot on multiple occasions for many reasons and they all came together to ease the burden and assist with my needs. My family was excited to find a place that was welcoming and seemed genuine. I can not speak for the assisted living side but for memory care we were blind sided. My dad was only there for 9 days, because he became to agitated and supposed violent. He was not even close to that when we moved him in. Something or things happened and within a short amount of time and falsely giving us hope that they wanted to help, they kicked him out . Not even 24 hr notice. We are still struggling to find him a place and in the mean time he is with my mom. Her physical and mental health is deteriating because of the stress that was thrusted on her. p.s. he has not been violent since we were forced to move him out. Agitated, sure, but not violent or threatening. and no meds.

I love Autumnwind! I’ve spent years as a community liaison in the health care community. I am in and out of many Assisted Living Communities. I recommend this community to families all the time. The people, the food, the culture all make it a fun place to live and visit. They’re always having special events/parties for the residents and they even have a happy hour! Their memory care areas are small, so the residents really get the attention they need. They do memory care right! Go see for yourself. You’ll feel welcome when you walk in the door!

As a Hospice Nurse, I see a lot of facilities. So when I stop for a few minutes to leave a five star review, you can bet it is based on pretty high standards. In fact, Autumn Wind is the only place in the Nampa/Caldwell area that I have reviewed and given 5 Stars. The staff, starting from the top down are all invested in their residents. This goes for both the Assisted Living and the Memory Care portions. Sherri and Rochelle are great nurses, and Keri is an incredible administrator. The Aides truly care for the residents and all the families I've had the pleasure to work with have been happy with the services provided. You can feel safe entrusting yourself or your loved ones the the staff here!

My mother has been at Autumn Wind for over 2 years. The staff treat her like family, are so very good to her. They knock on her door to check on her and remind her about the events coming on and about her meals. Always with a smile on their face. She really had become close to the staff. The Activity Leader is one of my mothers favorite, and she makes sure that the reisdents have fun projects. She loves the food, is always comenting on how good it is. The staff that serve my mother are so pleasent also. Brian the Chef is always present and is so good with the residents. He puts out a great spread on holidays for the residents and their family members. The nurses are so very helpful, and discuss any problems that I have to make my mothers stay the best that they can. I also had my sisters mother-in-law stay there in the Memory Unit. The care there was so special. The staff in the unit was very special, spent time with the patients there and treated them with the uppermost respect. I walk in and the place is always clean, and the staff is smiling. The care is the best I have ever seen. I highly reccommend this facility for any type of care for seniors. They will treat your family member with respect and kindness that you will not get anyplace else, from the business office to the cleaning staff.

Prestige Living at Autumn Wind provided our family with the level of trust and understanding we were seeking. At the very least, we sought a safe and caring environment, and what we found was a facility that was prepared to provide 24/7 care and a home for our family. The staff was caring, friendly, and always professional while the facility itself was clean, decorated, and well-maintained. Moving a family member from familiar surrounding can be a challenging and emotional experience; however, the staff facilitated this process compassionately and offered understanding to assist our family in finding a warm and caring solution for our situation, as evidenced with comments like "I feel like a Princess". Thank you Autumn Wind for the care and support you provide. Our experience will be remembered with only fond memories.
