Magnolia Springs is the best senior citizen facility that I’ve seen so far. I helped my client search for a nice senior citizen facility to live in. I told her about the one I was working at and she fell in love with it. We looked at 10 more facilities which was nice but Magnolia Springs looked like a beautiful hotel. The staff was so nice and very helpful. They made us feel at home. My client love living there and said that she made the right decision by moving in Magnolia Springs.

Magnolia Springs was a change for one of my clients. The day she was moving she was not in good spirits and was very sad. As I got to Magnolia Springs to get things ready I was met by Rami who was playing dice games with a few of the Residents and who was inquisitive about who I was here to see. When I advised him of who I was here to help he made it a mission to make my client as comfortable as possible. He has pushed my client to do exactly what they need to do, get involved and be around people. This move was needed as my client was stuck at home and no one really visited. They were lonely quite often and NEEDED attention. I have got to meet many people on the team here but Rami, in my point of view not knowing exactly what his job description is exactly, has gone way beyond in making sure my client has had a smooth transition. He has kept her involved and has pushed my client to even on her days she is down to get out and involved. Way to GO Rami

The facility was very clean, lots of sunlight coming in the windows. The paint on the walls was very nice, the furnishings and decor very up to date and stylish. Overall the facility was beautiful. The staff that I encountered were very nice and friendly. I did not encounter a single person who was gruff or unhelpful. You are doing a wonderful job for those that are having to leave their homes and live in an assisted living community. The respect that I saw given to residents was amazing. Great job.

My great aunt had a 6 week stay for rehab st Magnolia Springs on Whipps Mill. I saw new life in her during her stay. She had 3 great meals everyday, while meeting some wonderful people both associates as well as other residents. She was just a social butterfly, which she really loves. Her room was spacious and very inviting. She had everything she needed and more. The staff was exceptional and always invited her to the many wonderful activities. They had only the best in mind for her with the rehab and she loved getting her hair done!

The staff express great care for their residents throughout the day and truly have a passion for this community. My Mom Martha Reed has lived at Magnolia Springs for about 4 years total. Her last year has been in Memory Care. My Mom absolutely LOVES living here! We as a family couldn't be happier! The food is delicious. The facility is spotless and is like living in a fancy hotel! The staff is very professional and the green shirt girls go above and beyond when caring for my Mom. Melissa (Memory Care director) is one of the kindest people I know! Look no further if your family needs an assisted living facility!!

Magnolia Springs is the best of everything a Senior Living Community can offer to Louisville. The longevity of the Directors and staff is excellent. The focus on activities, as well as care, helps the residents to maintain their independence. My parents spent their final years at Magnolia Springs on Whipps Mill Road and we couldn't have been more pleased. The staff treated them with such kindness and professionalism and always saw that all their needs were met. Members of the management team were available if I had questions or concerns. The food service was excellent! All in all, I rate Magnolia Springs as a five-star facility!

Magnolia Springs is a great place. My parents have lived there for three years and are quite pleased. The food is good and the activities including balcony games are terrific. My mother is there and loves the food, music and beautiful sunny atmosphere. There is always something to do or places to go to. Staff is so accommodating.

Mom and Pop moved in last summer and I can tell you as a family member this place treats our folks very well. They are there for anything they may need and never seem bothered by the request. Everyone from the director to the care givers and all other positions, they are loving and caring people. There are lots and lots of activities if they choose to participate and a really nice section of books for grandpa to choose from in the library. The food is delicious. Our folks seem to really be enjoying living there.
