Visited a friend there yesterday. A beautiful place . Light and Airy had lunch a large selection of choices for lunch. I am impressed. I could live there!

Think twice about moving your loved one to terrabella. Understaffed facility creates inadequate care for your loved one. My mom had more than 3 incidents before I had to move her to a safer environment. Do your research with the state as well on this facility to see the violations. I only wish I had moved my mom out sooner than later. They are not a 5 star facilty.

This place is beautiful and looks like somewhere you would want to live yourself… When you walk through those doors and leave your loved one there, you will have instant regret. The food is substandard and the residents constantly complain about it. They pay over $6000 a month to get food that gets thrown away because they can't eat it and don't like it. The staff are split into two camps: one camp really has sympathy and compassion for the elderly and do a great job, the other go there to get a paycheck. Some are very rude to the residents and to family. Clothes get missing so if you take your parents or loved ones there, label everything. Virtually no activities for men if they don't want to play bingo. Snacks are left in the hallway on carts that are low enough for the dogs to sniff but they're supposed to be for the residents. Within a week, you will know that you made the absolutely wrong choice.

Kelly at Terra Bella has been great to work with--she is quick to respond to questions, shows tremendous compassion, and is patient and persistent in helping guide families through the long term care process on a timeline that works for their needs.

Terra Bella was great! I appreciated all the help Kelly provided to get my Uncle placed quickly and the staff was so helpful. They went above and beyond so many times. Bills were always accurate and paying was simple. My Uncle loved the food. The rooms are nice and quiet. The campus is beautiful and safe!

I cant say enough about this place! The compassion and understanding for my love ones condition was outstanding. Kelly and Jennifer made me feel welcomed and were very open to all my (silly) questions. The care staff was just as great too. By far the nicest place I have seen, and I've seen them all! They made the toughest decision of my life much easier!

This is one of the most inviting places from the front desk and office staff to every single caregiver! You really feel included and part of the family. We have been serving in the building as a Home Care Company and they treat us like we are family there. Thank you for being in my opinion a center of excellence.
