I have worked with various families and staff over the last 6 years and I can say that Jorga and Mr. Murray have done amazing things to get the residents engaged, brighten up the community, and make the place feel like home. I appreciate that my current family I assist are pleased with the care they are receiving at the Pinnacle and I also appreciate the assistance that Jorga and Mr. Murray will give to go above and beyond to help others, connecting us to people in the community that can serve my clients better who might not be the fit for Pinnacle at the moment- they see the person, not the money, which helps them build the best community and best care possible for our seniors. I am so pleased with the care and love that the staff at the Pinnacle has shown my father as well as me. Whenever I go there, I am met with smiles and my father and his surroundings are clean. I appreciate all of their efforts with attempting to get my father involved in the many different activities they have. I also appreciate the many ways they include me in the fun through texts of pictures, emails, and informative calls. Placing your loved one in the hands of others to help in the care they need is difficult. But The Pinnacle of Southaven has made the choice easier to live with.

The Pennicle of Southaven has been my brother's home for 4 years. The atmosphere is friendly and facility clean. They always have lots to do for residents. Most employees are there that care about helping people. The new ED is always interacting with residents. She's getting a good team together, which is hard to do in today's world. I would recommend Pennicle to anyone. Keep in mind no place is perfect. But this one is trying it's best to get close to perfect.

The Pinnacle has really been a saving grace for my mom and I during one of the most difficult times in our lives. The staff have been amazing! Everyone takes such great care of my Dad and really keep us updated on how his days are. He is in the memory care unit and everyone is so kind and comforting. We appreciate all the special care they give to my Dad.

My Mom has been in Memory Care almost 2 1/2 years. The facility is clean and modern. The residents enjoy the food served. The resident doctor, Dr. Scott, is awesome. Activities are done with residents on a daily basis to keep them alert and active. Family events are organized often. The staff are kind and caring to residents and family. My Mom is doing well here. I do miss a few care givers that left for better paying jobs (understandable). They were also wonderful!

I was so worried about her struggling as her dementia got worse, but I feel a sense of peace knowing how transparently and compassionately the Pinnacle communicates about her daily life needs and when we need to adjust so she is as happy and thriving as she can be. I know that the food is yummy and nutritious and that the activities are diverse, engaging, and FUN. All of my loved ones' needs are met with thoroughness and KINDNESS, and I feel like part of the Pinnacle family too. I trust every nurse and every resident assistant there. I would select the Pinnacle of Southaven for anyone in my family, including myself one day. My family consists of myself, a brother, and two sisters. We have a great love for our mother, and we all want the best for her. We had kind of a troublesome time of takng care of her 24/7 during 2022, especially after the passing of our father. It was wearing on us and I had to begin looking for a solution. My mother has had dementia for several years. She had needs that we were not trained to handle. I begin searching for a facility that meet the needs of my mother in DeSoto county. When you are searching for these type facilities, you will find that it comes down to who has the availability, plus which one has the best advantages for your family member. I am going to say that Pinnacle of Southaven memory care department sure fit those credentials . In the beginning, I would say please take care of my mom with tears in my eyes. They kept telling me that was their main objective taking care of the patients as if they were family members. It took me a while to get comfortable, but now I keep going back thanking them for taking care of my mother. I can say for certain the current staff is phenomenal they have a heart for their job. They strive to have ways to interact with the patients. Since Jorga has come on board they have updated the facility. She meets with the staff weekly to discuss updates on a patient's needs. This is truly a caring facility. I am very thankful for the in house therapy program, because they certainly keep my 95 year old mother active for her age. I can also say for certain that all my family is very thankful for Pinnacle of Southaven, and I expect that you will come to find it is a good choice for your family member too.

We recently moved both of my grandmothers into the Pinnacle, and it has been lovely for them already. The staff is amazing and friendly and truly is looking out for the best interests of the residents. They have a lot of fun activities to participate in, and both I and my son feel incredibly welcome every time we come visit.

My father is in the memory care unit and it has been a wonderful experience. It is very hard to come to terms with having to find a place for your loved ones, but The Pinnacle has offered more for mt father than I could have ever imagined! From addressing his memory issues and involving him in activities to just letting him be him this has been an overall great experience.

I am so very thankful for the Memory Care unit at The Pinnacle. Making the decision to move a loved one to memory care is difficult for family. My mom has adjusted so well to the smaller environment & with the care from all of the staff. She is content & I have such a peace of mind. The staff, from management, maintenance, housekeeping, activities, dining, nurses, & the resident assistants are so caring & hands on with the residents. They all know my mom & she is a well cared for. The facility both inside and outside, is lovely, homey & well maintained. I feel like we have an extended family at the Pinnacle.

We recently moved my mother in law to the Pinnacle. I can tell you the difference in the staff is nigh and day from where she was. She has been very active and has enjoyed being there. The food has been wonderful and she is very happy and pleased. The new ownership must take care of their staff as it shows in how they treat the residents.. I hope it stays this way calling my mother in law and hearing happiness in her voice is more than we could ask for!!

My mother was a resident in the memory care unit here for five months. Just a month after arriving at Hermitage Gardens of Southaven, Mom was diagnosed with a terminal illness. With the added care of a hospice agency, she was able to remain at Hermitage Gardens until her death. Through those four months of illness, the staff at HG continued to take care of Mom's needs kindly and gently and with dignity. They made sure she was eating and drinking enough, took care of her personal hygiene, and kept bedclothes and bed linens clean and changed once she was confined to bed. When Mom reached her last days and my sisters and I were with her round-the-clock, the staff stepped in and took care of us with coffee and breakfast and whatever we needed. They were also our first comforters at Mom's death and we will never forget them.

Hermitage Gardens is a wonderful Assisted Living Community in Southaven! I enjoy the staff and residents when I come to market to them. Everyone is welcoming and there is always something going on for you to join in on!

Driving by we noticed this place nestled into a spot next to a nice subdivision. In a great spot in relation to all of the doctors offices available. My husband and I had come to visit my great aunt who was in memory care. We met the food service director, Chef Swanson, who was very personable and he showed us the menu for the night, we wished we could stay and have dinner as the menu sounded so good - the smells from the kitchen made our mouths wate
