Being in healthcare and familiar with all the available Assisted Living facilities, in middle MS, made The Pinnacle an easy choice. The staff is a great group of people, caring and concerned about the residents and their families. The management team of Nicole, Ryan, Mary Margaret and Cindy go above and beyond their normal duties. The Memory Care division is wonderful, under the direction of Wendy and her team. Our entire family loved The Pinnacle staff and appreciated their care of our Mother. Bless you all!

It’s all about the Staff at The Pinnacle! From Nicole down they are wonderful and caring people. They truly love the residents and it shows. On the memory care side, Wendy and her staff are the best! They love what they do and it shows. The food is delicious and the kitchen staff are very accommodating to the residents wants and needs. I can’t say enough good things about this place. They treated my mother-in-law with grace and dignity and were by her side with me at the very end. I love these people and this place!

Heritage Gardens is such a nice place. Beautiful campus and gorgeous building. The staff is so courteous and attentive, and the young lady that does the admissions and gives the tours is absolutely fabulous!! I would recommend Heritage Gardens to anyone seeking a 5 star assisted living home!!

My mother has been a resident at Hermitage Gardens since October, 2008 and I have been totally satisfied with the care she has received. Not to mention all of the amenities and special events. The staff is dedicated to the care of their residents. They always notify me with any concerns or incidents concerning my mothers overall welfare. It is truly a relief to know that my mother is in a good place and is receiving the best possible care.
