I am grateful to all the staff for caring for my mom after 2 strokes that made her go from being independent to needing assisted living and changed her personality. The staff truly does care. They are patient and kind. There's been a few minor bumps in the road but I have been impressed how the director takes time to problem solve quickly and easily. She is responsive and caring as well. They have made one of the hardest decisions so much easier. Finding staff that truly cares is not easy these days sadly but here they truly do!!! Highly recommend!!!

Our aunt moved into Spring Arbor over a year ago and I can say many good things, including the fact that overall the staff is kind and treats their residents with respect. However, I was very disappointed when the gentlemen, John Hartnett, who gave us our tour and was sold us on the place, left abruptly. He was my go to person to call/text to check on our aunt. He was so responsive and caring and always had a story about how she was doing. It is not easy to reach someone when we are traveling and unable to visit, which can be very frustrating.

My mother spent her final years at Spring Arbor of Apex. This was the best decision I ever made for my Mom’s care. Spring Arbor of Apex is a friendly, loving and caring place. I can’t say enough about the top quality care that she was given. Special recognition to Vergie, Esther and Becky who showed her love, compassion and kindness in the final years of her life. Tanya Headen-Lee is a kind, compassionate and loving Director. I would highly recommend Spring Arbor of Apex to anyone looking for top quality care for their loved one.

Our mother, Ruth Byrd, was placed in the care of Spring Arbor, Apex in November 2021. While she was there The Memory Care Cottage staff took wonderful care of her. They made her life comfortable in a sweet and loving environment. We can't say enough positive things about this good place. Ms. Tanya Headen-Lee, Executive Director, was compassionate, caring, and professional as she guided our plans to place her there. Special recognition to Becky and Esther for their loving care to her and to the family. In her last days while she was in hospice, we could not visit because of covid. They gave her comfort and loved her. We are so grateful for their compassionate care. We would certainly recommend this place to anyone who wants to place their loved one in a sweet, loving, caring environment.

When my mother and mother-in-law needed assisted care, I knew right away it would be Spring Arbor of Apex. It is the sweetest little place nestled in a neighborhood and surrounded by a loving community. The staff treat you like family. We knew they’d be loved and be well taken care of. The daily activities keep them very busy. They have formed great relationships with other residence and have made lifelong friends. Hands down this is the place to be if you have a parent that needs care!

I work at Spring Arbor without a doubt the best place to work. the staff are the best and our residents are awesome.
October 2021
The staffs members are very polite, however the experience my mother has been receiving is less than favorable. It seems that her physical abilities have regressed over the past 5 months although she is going to PT 3 times a week. Hopefully they will take our feedback and help our mom physically with her sessions.

Adequate care. Some exceptional workers: Janice and Elizabeth on the front desk, Val, Gladys, John (who has recently left), Rukayat in the arts and leisure division (a daunting task during COVD restrictions). Not real happy that my brother left there with a number of abrasions on his legs, knees and shoulder and that I was not called.

What an amazing and caring team you have! We thank you for all of the safety measures you have implemented to ensure that our family members are safe and well taken care during the pandemic. We also thank you for making sure that we can still be in touch with family (from a safe distance) without putting the health of your team and our loved ones at risk!

I want to thank the staff at Spring Arbor Apex for the wonderful care they have been providing to my mother since May 2018. They take great care of mom. Prior to COVID-19 I visited regularly and while it has been hard not seeing her, the communication is great and they keep me updated on how mom is doing when I call. Mom is comfortable and content and I know she is being well taken care of which gives me great peace of mind. Thank you for all you do and I really appreciate you!

I want to express a sincere and heartfelt thank you to Spring Arbor of Apex for taking care of my mom in her last years. They are truly heroes who went beyond their duties to show compassion for their residents, and were always there with a generous and happy heart to all the families. I went to visit mom almost every day, and there was always something being cleaned, or events going on. A very special thank you to John, Michael, Janice, Elizabeth, and Mark, and to the many caretakers who went the extra mile to keep my mom safe and clean, and always remembered my name. Your patience and kindness was noticed, and appreciated.

Thank you Anna, Marie, Valerie, Jessica, and Rukayat for taking such good care of my dad! Thank you Janice, Elizabeth, and Lucy for always helping me out with everything from paperwork to bringing things to my dad. Thank you Sheryl and Tonya for your leadership and kindness. Thank you John, for your guidance and attentiveness.

my mom has been at spring arbor since fall 2019 and we have watched the staff and leadership not only take great care of her and respond appropriately and quickly to any issue that arises (which could be anything with a dementia patient), as well as take great care of her during the covid shut down. its hard not seeing her, but window visits are welcome and they are happy to deliver gifts and treats to her that we drop by, and do everything in their power to keep her entertained and happy when she cannot have visitors. the activities directors are phenomenal, the patient care coordinator is always there when we need her, and the directors truly care about running a great facility. we are so thankful.
