My mom lived at Pacifica now called Merced Senior living for almost a year and a half. It is a lovely facility. The staff truly care about their residents. They have a good amount of activities. Increased staffing levels could help with response times for residents and some increased training for personal care for residents would be the only thing that made me not give a 5 star rating. I definitely recommend this facility for anyone who needs assisted living. Your family member will be safe and cared for.

Merced Senior Living was a Godsend to us as we were trying to find a home for an older gentleman in our church that did not have any family here locally. When we first arrived, we just felt like a huge burden had been lifted from us as Laurie Kiil, and a few others that I don't remember their names, just made everything so easy. The process of getting our friend moved in just went seamless. I think the thing that I most appreciated was that the communication was so thorough and everyone was so approachable. This scores big points with me! Since move in, I have witnessed the great care and concern for all of their residents. Thanks to all!

Laurie, the director was amazing from the first point of contact until our family member passed She was accommodating and caring and fully exceeded any of our expectations She was available anytime day or night and never made you feel like a burden. During our mother’s stay, her caregiver Jamie was so kind and attentive, and clearly loves her job and takes such good care of the residents. Not only was she there for her resident, but our whole family as well, attending to our every need at this very difficult time. She went so far as to get us a beautiful plant and card that we will cherish forever. It really was personal beautiful care that made a very painful time bearable. Every employee from the management to the activities director to the caretakers and nurses were amazing. Even the maintenance person brought our mom a rose and was so kind. We have had other family members in assisted-living so we have a lot of collective experience, and I would not hesitate to highly recommend Pacifica senior living, as it is outstanding on every level of care. It should also be noted that the facility itself is beautiful, always clean and well cared for. All the residents that we encountered during our stay seemed happy and satisfied with their residency there. Thank you so much to Laurie, Jamie, and the entire staff at Pacifica Senior. I went with a friend to help her find the right place for a family member who could no longer live on their own. We toured the facility with a director who was very pleasant, helpful and informative, she answered every question and meet every need for my friend. Each person we talked to made her more comfortable making the decision to put her loved one in Pacifica knowing they would be happy there in a nice facility with good care and a good atmosphere that would feel at home.

My Sister has had issues getting use to change. Everyone I have spoke to has gone above and beyond to help her. Nothing was working for her then Brittney took the reins and walked me (sister) through all I needed to do, pushed through obstacles and was able to get everything I needed to know and her kindness was above and beyond. My parents lived at the Pacifica for the past two years. They were 95 and 96. My Dad passed in May and my Mom passed this November. Everyone who works there are very knowledgeable as well as very caring to my parents and all the other residents! I could not have asked for better care for both of them! The staff really do care for each resident and take very good care of each one daily!

My mother-in-law was in assisted living here for a couple years. The staff was wonderful! The beautician is just amazing. She took such good care of Diane and always sent us photos. When Diane started going downhill she was there. Can't thank the staff enough.
