I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come to Franciscan villa. Such a terrible place to be. My grandmother is at the courts , she asked the housekeeper if she could wash her bedding and the housekeeper told her that she was too busy to wash them. Then she proceeded to talk on her cellphone.

My sister who is 82 stayed here for rehabilitation the place was clean no smells and she had her own room. The entire staff was nice friendly and very helpful,Jim the nurse helped with putting her in the car when she was discharged and very helpful with information,this place is great not like Heritage Square .That place smelled,had to share room with a broken bed,staff was so rude and not helpful at all . I would give Franciscan Villa a 10

Our loved one had a wonderful experience at the Franciscan Villa. The facility is very clean and well maintained. Our loved one's room was spacious with ample room for visitors. The staff were very kind and attentive. The physical therapists were knowledgeable and caring. The food was delicious. We could not have asked for more in a rehabilitation facility.

Franciscan Gardens Assisted Living has been an answer to my prayers! After an extensive search, I found a home that meets my brother's needs. We were warmly welcomed by all of the staff. The speech and physical therapists reached out to work with him almost immediately. He's only lived here for over a month and has already been seen by an in-house podiatrist, dental hygienist, and eye doctor. It's a true blessing to have his spiritual needs met with Mass celebrated in their beautiful chapel every Sunday. The Gardens is just that, natural beauty out every window! I feel very fortunate to have discovered this gem where I am confident that my brother is cared for, safe, and respected.

I enjoy living here, majority of the caregivers are wonderful. The staff in general is wonderful, I like Dora from our dinning staff. Betty is so knowledgeable and does an extraordinary job taking care of all of us.

The rooms are very nice and roomy. You have your own bathroom and do not have to share. There is house keeping that comes in once and does lite cleaning. You get a shower and laundry done on the day assigned. There is a Chapel in the building so you don't have leave to go to mass. The activity director is just fabulous. She will come and get you for an activity and bring you back if you need help. There are outings and lots of things to do if you give it a try. The food is good and there are snacks available most of the time. If you don't care for the food offered you can order off a separate menu.

I would rather give rating less than one star if I was allowed to do so. i just talked to dietician 2 days ago. She met with me to discuss food preferences, etc the next day. And even so doing that, I received 2 food items I cannot eat with rice pudding that had clumped up rice in it. And a cheese sandwich which With stroke, I am incontinent. And the pm shift here lacks time care in answering call light to get wet or soiled brief change done. I've just had a 4th uti and won't get better with delay in brief changes. As a retired RN, I have never seen a place with so little good communication and follow thru for appropriate care.

My dad has been here for a year and a half. Everyone here treats my dad like family. He is very well cared for by the Nursing/CNA staff and feels very comfortable staying here. The facility's cleaning staff does a great job keeping the place clean. The kitchen staff is so kind to all the residents and make them feel at home. Our only complaint is they don't get the balleys channel so dad can't watch the Brewers game. Haha

Our experience at Franciscan Villa for my mother in law has been wonderful. From her first day in Skilled Nursing to her recent move to Francis House/Memory Care. We have met the most kind and caring staff. Everyone from Jane/ front Desk, everyone in Administration, Nursing, PT-OT, Social Worker, Chaplain /Priest , Dining room staff in the Skilled Nursing section. To her move to Francis House where again everyone is willing to address all our questions/concerns. RN nurse Katie, Director Todd, Business office Debbie, Robin. And the rest of the staff that has helped make this transition for my mother in law. Special thank you to Zel- Admissions coordinator for all your help from Day 1

Can’t say enough about Franciscan Villa. The employees are very caring, overall cleanliness and care are great, and the Executive Director (Mike) has been there for years—you can see his team is dedicated to doing what’s best for residents. (They all are heroes in my book!) Highly recommend.

Our experience at the Franciscan Villa was a positive one. It was scary at first being in a health situation that we never had to face before as a couple. All of the staff gave me tips and tricks and built confidence in my ability to take care of my husband at home. My husband worked with Deanna, Emily, Eileen, Jennifer and others in physical therapy to build his strength again. They were very caring and attentive. And they got the work done every day. He improved so much from the time he was admitted until he was able to go home. We will continue to put everything we have learned into daily practice. Casey was a comfort in reminding me to not sweat the small stuff or the big things will bring you down. This helped me to carry a calmness through the rest of each day. Thank you to Cody and Zel for helping us through.the administrative details. Thank you to Gina for always helping to keep our dog Chip busy at reception while I filled out paperwork. Having Chip there was such a comfort. Everyone always stopped in to say hello when he was around LOL. Thank you to Keith and Kristin for help with paperwork. Nan was attentive to put all of the community details together for us. Jim and Tiffany were always very helpful. Maddie always had time to stop in and say hello and see if we needed anything. Housekeeping and laundry facilities where the best at keeping things clean and organized. The food served was nutritional and pretty good also. Thanks to all for making a difficult time easier and positive.

The staff was very friendly and supportive. The rooms are well appointed and the furniture is very nice as well. The staff was very friendly to the friends and family that came to visit as well. Anything I needed they were available to help with right away. I enjoyed having the freedom to walk to the ice machine and get my own ice water. I loved the big windows in the rooms as well.

My grandma is there for rehab and is doing great.. she really loves the caring staff. She also enjoys the meals she receives.. she also goes out for dialysis three days a week and is always up and on time for her appointment. The nursing staff as well as the therapy staff alway keep me updated with her progress.. Im very happy I chose Franciscan villa for her..

The Assisted Living is the nicest in the area that excepts Family Care, Community Care and Private pay. I toured this facility and was very impressed with the atmosphere.

My mom has been a resident of the Gardens, House and now Villa. The CNAs, activity, food service, nurses, hair salon, social workers and Mike Gullock, CEO have been wonderful. They work as a team. This is extremely difficult and sensitive work. Above all, their hearts are in the right places. They strive to always be better. I deeply appreciate all the wonderful care they have given my mom in the last 10 + years. You are Saints! Get to know the staff. They are human just like all of us but work miracles every day.
