The community is GREAT!!! I loved the staff. The ED Sheri is a wonderful lady, she knows the business so well. The Nurse Des is fabulous, knowledgeable about the residents there what they need. Amrita at MC the best MC director, even her staff there I Love them. They took care all my patients there for hospice. I will recommend this place.

When you walk inside you immediately feel welcome and it feels warm. Everyone is very friendly. The residents are happy and you can hear laughter. The management is very responsive to your needs. You can actually talk to every manager which is so nice. Highly recommend.

Such a warm and inviting community, staff were friendly and attentive to residents. This community has an AMAZING activity room themed like a 60s Coca Cola diner. They display the lunch/ dinner specials for residents to see before ordering lunch/ dinner. If you come by you won't be disappointed.

My mother is living here now. There are not any better people than Joe and Katie to talk and take care of her. My mother is not the easiest cookie to care for. This is the first assisted living facility that I have been to, that never smells like Lysol or Pine Sol. It is very clean and welcoming. The only draw back would be the cost, but long term insurance helps out! I have not ate there, but the menu sounds very good. No complaints from my mother. Highly recommend this facility. I usually only review for poor services, not great services!

We have recently assisted our parents in finding the best community to assist with their aging needs. They try to be independent, but at times need some extra help. They are 92 and 94 and are at that age where increasing assistance will become commonplace.The staff at The Palms have been great in welcoming them and making them feel like they really are at home. The Palms is just the right size, large enough to have the support and staff needed but small enough to know everyone and provide a more personal atmosphere.f you are looking for a great solution for your parents, or parent, check out The Palms - you wont be disappointed!
