Rebecca was an excellent contact here while looking for a long term living facility for my dad. She was diligent in her communication, incredibly personable, and knowledgeable about the assisted living process. My Dad wasn't really a social guy before moving into this community but with the wonderful activities team led by Brittney Brown with her Assistant Taylor Paxton he is the life of the party. Every day is filled with special activities. This past weekend was extra special with the love they showed to all of the Veterans. My Dad is still talking about it. I love visiting as much as he loves living here. Thank you Summit Place for giving my Dad his life back.

The executive director is amazing she's always available. extremely helpful Very nice and respectful. She is easy to talk too and to confide in.This is a great place for employment and residency. I recommend checking it out! Have not heard one bad thing about Summit Place!

I honestly come to see my stepmom there. She's so sweet and a loner. I can't say much about activities as they asked me to write the review. I actually never met them until the day I was asked but everyone seems somewhat like family or very close friends when it comes to management that I've heard of. It doesn't seem like the place has too many activities that are centered towards the residents but my mom is very at peace there.

My mother has recently moved to Summit Place in Mooresville. If there is a bright light in this situation, it is definitely the team at Summit Place. Every staff member I've had the pleasure of working with has been simply fantastic. It takes special people to do the job they are tasked with, and they truly exemplify this. You can tell they are in the right profession and genuinely care about what they are doing. I'm very thankful to have my mother in your care.

Summit Place is doing it right! My mother is a resident and truly loves living there. The staff cares for your family like they are one of their own. Any fear Ive had for my mothers safety during this pandemic has been mitigated by their swift and appropriate response. They have gone above and beyond in keeping you connected to your loved ones while maintaining the most current safety protocols. Their weekly Zoom meetings create a forum to disseminate information and to answer any questions you may have. Great job Summit Place!Sincerest thanks from an emergency room nurse in California.

My Mom is at Summit Place and really enjoys the activities provided by the staff and is very happy that she is in a safe place. They care not only for the residents, but for the loved ones relatives. The staff is caring and so friendly! During the Covid lockdown, they had drive thru pie day prior to Thanksgiving for the family members and a drive thru pizza day! The Executive Director has Zoom meetings for family members on a regular basis to keep us up to date with what is going on there. Im happy my Mom is happy there!

My 97 year old mother-in-law moved into the Summit Place of Mooresville, NC over a year ago. We visited about 4 other assisted living facilities but my mother-in-law felt that the Summit Place has that Southern and friendly feeling that she was looking for. After her decision to live at the Summit, Sona the Director of Marketing made it such a smooth transition for our family to move my mother in law in their facility. On a daily basis we find the Summit Place to be very clean, tidy, with no unpleasant smells. Medications are administered in timely manner, and above all the value is excellent with a family-oriented, and well-planned activities. Everyone seems to be very happy, including the staff. The food is very healthy and tasty with three meals a day and snacks. They have a birthday bashes for anyone that has birthdays for the month, sing-a-longs and devotion every week. It is an understatement to say we are very pleased with the Summit Place of Mooresville, NC.

Mom has been in memory care at Summit Place for four months. Every employee has been amazing, especially Sona! She has gone over and beyond her job expectations to make my family feel welcomed, The memory care employees have treated my Mom with respect, patience, caring and love. I highly recommend Summit Place. The residents are family to each other, and all employees are caring and personable, and know every resident by name.

My grandmother has been in the memory unit since the beginning of April and has thrived in this community. Everyone at Summit Place is wonderful and it truly feels like a big family. In all honesty, I have no complaints and couldnt ask for a better place for my grandma to live.

I am a local realtor helping out of state clients move to this area. I toured Summit Place this past week to find options for clients elderly parents involved in their move. It is a great facility for Family who want to live on their own but really should be assisted. Very friendly staff! Warm environment. I like the angle the staff takes, this is the residents home, we work in it. It is not a nursing home, it is a home with full amenities and assistance. Not what I expected, much better. I encourage you to check it out for yourself.
