First of all , this decision to place my dad who is 94 was the biggest decision in my lifetime. Cindy met with us and spent a large amount of time talking and I immediately felt this is the community my dad could spend the rest of his days . Choosing how to care for a loved one with memory issues is always a difficult and painful decision. It was a decision I had hoped not to have made but like many things, it became necessary for safety. My loved one has been a resident at Fremont Hills Memory Care for several years. With every visit I am impressed with the level of care she is receiving. My loved one always seems content. I know she is being fed, always dressed in clean clothing and receives the best attention. She has received nothing by outstanding care from Marta Galdamez(Memory Care) and Dorinda. I cannot express the peace in mind in knowing that my loved one is cared for so well, especially since I am hundreds of miles away. Marta anticipates my loved ones every need and makes sure that it is taken care of in the most exceptional manner. Fremont Hills always keeps me informed and up to date with what is going on with my loved one, especially since I live so far. I never need worry about my loved one because I know Marta and the team at Fremont Hills Memory Care is on top of it. My parents have adjusted very well to their new home and love the environment. The caregivers are especially kind and very hardworking. The entire staff there from the housekeepers to management genuinely care for the residents and want to provide a safe, comfortable & loving home for our family members when I cannot be there. My mom lives in the Memory Care Neighborhood at Fremont Hills. My sister and I couldn't be happier with the caregiving, communication, and programming they provide. Fremont Hills is well staffed with attentive and compassionate caregivers who consistently deliver personalized care. Mom feels connected, loved, and safe. The daily and weekly programming offers a variety of activities and musical performances. Meals are often served outside on a beautifully landscaped patio. My sister has been a resident of the memory care facility for over two years. In those two years, my sister has received the best care from Martha and Dorinda. They care for my sister, as if she were their sibling. When I see them interact with my sister, I am always reassured by their warmth and kindness to my sister and her family. The staff does an excellent job of keeping patient’s families informed. Monique, the activities person, is quite amazing. I just love the way she engages the residents. Everyone is kind. Eida was incredibly kind and generous with her time and knowledge, even though she knew early on that Fremont Hills wouldn’t be the right fit for my parents. She still took the time to listen and offer guidance. Later she followed up with me to see how things were going and as our situation changed, she went above and beyond by referring us to a Board and Care facility that was a perfect match for my parents' needs. Truly grateful for her help and compassion during a difficult time.

I moved my mom in In March 2024. She lived with my brother and his family for many years, but her needs became too much. My mother is an introvert, but she still has found many activities she likes. She really enjoys ice cream after almost every meal so it’s a nice treat. I’m very happy to have her cared for by our staff of excellent caregivers, dining room staff activities team , front desk and leadership team who have been together for years. It says a lot about a community when staff love what they do. Full disclosure I also work at Fremont Hills so I am biased.I really would not trust my mother any where else.

This is a wonderful facility. I visited at least 8 other Assisted Livings in a 10 mile radius, and none compared to Fremont Hills. The staff are attentive, compassionate and friendly. My father resided there for over two years (before he passed) and made a few friends. Bernadette (the Exec Director) is amazing and very kind. She went above and beyond for my Dad. I am forever grateful for her compassion. Lilly at the front desk is a ray of sunshine; I always enjoyed chatting with her, and can tell she genuinely cares about the residents on a personal level. Can't say enough positive things about Fremont Hills!

My dear friend needed a safe and comfortable place to live when her dementia claimed her ability to care for herself. I found the staff was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The transition to memory care was much easier than I had anticipated. Her room was comfortable and cozy. The food looked good and she was always happy with her meals. She was in hospice and the staff treated her very kindly and with compassion and dignity. She passed away much faster than her care team had anticipated. I believe it was because her hands on care was so gentle that she was able to feel cozy and safe enough to let go. The team was also very kind to me as she passed away. Finding an out of home care placement for our loved ones care is difficult. It's expensive and making the choice feels a like lot buying a car. Getting my loved one settled in here was easy. I never felt sales pressure. The team took over and efficiently took care of all the move in details for me, taking a huge weight of my shoulders. I highly recommend checking out Fremont Hills for your loved one.

My dad spent a year and a half there and the staff were amazing. The facility is very nice. When you walk in you would think you were walking into a 4 star hotel. They serve great meals, have lots of activities, cool events on the weekends, and a staff that is so caring. I am glad we chose this place. The director Bernadette is so professional yet friendly. All of the front desk staff were always immensely helpful. I tried to visit daily and really got to know all of the staff. The caregivers were so nice and I remember my dad telling me that he was treated so well there. I definitely recommend Fremont Hills if you have an aging parent.

The decision to (re)-visit Fremont Hills was easy after seeing the care my Grandmother had at Fremont Hills for 9 happy years. Making the decision was the most difficult part for our family and every administrator who spoke to us was patient, understanding, and helpful. Once moved in, we received several updates and observations all within the first few days of move in. He adjusted w/in a normal amount of time and was pleased with the comfort of the room and his snacks/meals. We can now rest and be assured that we made the best decision for all; most importantly for my Father being in a safe and caring community.

My daughter volunteered at this facility recently. Being a teenager, she wasn't expecting much, but, because of the staff's friendliness and warm welcome, time passed really quick. My mother has been living in Assisted Care at Fremont Hills for 14 months now so I felt like now would be a good time to provide a review on our families experiences with the facility, staff, and residents. I have got to know many of the staff, managers, and Exec’s since day one and made a point of doing so, as I wanted to make sure mom was in a safe and healthy environment during this new stage of her life. I really have built some great connections with many of the staff and management, I make it a point to talk with them and also receive input from them frequently on how mom is doing, any challenges she has, and how they view her overall state. If there is ever any concerns or questions the medical staff does not hesitate to contact me which I really appreciate. I see the care they give my mom and how they get to know all of their residents and try to help them enjoy these later years in life which can be challenging in many ways, the staff goes out of their way to provide good care to everyone. Mom loves the activities room and staff, these people are simply amazing, one of mom’s favorites is playing bingo with everyone, they also have movies, music, arts and crafts, exercise classes, not to mention a game room with puzzles that mom really enjoys. They even have field trips available. The facility is kept very clean, including the dining hall, and mom enjoys going their for all her meals, they provide good options and will even try to help with any special requests. I have brought friends there for a visit and they have said I want to live here : ). Mom gets her room cleaned, laundry done, all her meals, helpful medical staff to ensure she receives her proper medicine morning, noon, and night, and all the activities to help keep her active. All of this for a reasonable price, if you’re looking for a place for your elderly relative be sure to make an appointment for a tour, you won’t be disappointed. My mom was a recent resident at Fremont Hills--from November 2022 until her death in February 2023. It was a wonderful place for her. She loved and appreciated all that was done for her. Her greatest enjoyment was the Activities Room and its caring, creative, and energetic staff. The highlight of her day was when the staff came by to announce the afternoon event and take her to the Big Room. There were fun activities like spa day, outside musicians, art and craft projects, puzzles and group games and, of course, bingo. Her favorite activity was bingo. She had issues with her vision and hearing and they would make sure during bingo she could enjoy the game by setting her up at the table with the caller. For her birthday in January they created a birthday banner, made a special birthday card, and had an ice cream dessert with candle. The last month of her life she was unable to leave her room. Senior staff members and activities’ staff would come by and visit with her. I remember them bringing a rose for Valentine’s Day. Fremont Hills remains a very special place to our family.

My sister and I moved our mom in to Fremont hills 2 years ago , She was lucky enough to live on the assisted living floor .The employees "Now my moms family" have been nothing but a god sent . You see dad passed away 5 years ago and I live in North Carolina, so my sister and Nieces are the only family there. after Dad passed Mom was diagnose with early Dementia . Fremont hills was there to educate and comfort My sister and I and over the 2 years have helped evaluate her so we could make sure Mom got the proper care . Mom is now in the Memory care unit and is getting full care. This means she has a care taker of her own and provides mom with all her heath care needs, they will even take her to her Doctor appointments ,stay with her and report back to my sister and I . Dementia has been one of the hardest things My sister Mom and I have had to deal with aside from dads cancer , but with Fremont hills as part of our family we can sleep better knowing Mom is in a Safe Clean and most of all Caring place like Fremont hills.

One of the Best Senior Living Facility in the bay area. Clean facility designed to provide safe living haven for seniors. Professional trained staff available all times to take care of the residents. Activity calendar keeps most of the residents busy. My dad lived there for a short time but it was a Happy Time for him.

My Hospice team and I have worked with the staff and the residents at Fremont Senior Living for four years. I consider it to be one of the finest senior communities in the Bay Area. - Confirm with community manager that living and services required for you or your loved one's unique needs and budget are met.

Assisted Living Center uses the term "assisted living" or "personal care" to inform users that a community provides assistance with some Activities of Daily Living (ADL's). It may not meet your state's legal definition required for that level of care.
