Special events are fun for the whole family. 2026 update-CC Tyrone continued to shine as they guided us through the hospice care process after Mom's health decline. They went above and beyond to assist our family in the final life transition. The loving care they demonstrated was exceptional, and we are forever grateful.

I moved my mother into Colonial Courtyard in May. She is in the memory care unit. I have never experienced such a great unit. I watch staff with the residents and couldn’t be more pleased. The staff is so well taught and trained- I know the care they receive is great, and I know when I’m not there they are in great hands. My parents had been in another facility- I give Colonial Courtyard high praise and would recommend to everyone.

When my mom’s dementia got to the point that I couldn’t care for her anymore I visited Colonial Court Yard.it was so clean and a beautiful setup the staff was so friendly and caring Mom’s been in their care for going on 5 years and as her dementia progressed and her ability to do anything for herself. Staff has stepped up to make sure she is feed and well taken care of. I can’t say enough about their dedication.your loved one will be treated with respect and dignity.

My family member is in memory care. When he went he was very lonely and dissatisfied with life in general. He was difficult at first and now he seems actually happy, I haven't seen him full out laugh for years and now he's very funny. The staff is amazing, the care is excellent. He makes the statement every day that if he can't be home this is exactly where he wants to be . A complete turnaround!!! UPDATE! My family member was moved to a place closer to home against my better judgment, BIG mistake, doesn't even come close to Colonial, if you do get a spot there be sure to keep it!! The best place available

Our feelings for Colonial Courtyard at Tyrone have only gotten better since my last review. My mother had to unfortunately leave because of an ankle injury and the rehab that followed. I can’t think of one good thing to say about the place where my mother had to try to rehab so she could return to Colonial Courtyard. Once she got back to Colonial Courtyard, we noticed a big difference after only several days back. We definitely attribute this change to being back to a facility that truly cares about every resident they have in their care. My mother is no longer depressed and she feels the love and amazing care that the staff provides for every resident. We feel truly blessed that we not only have found this place, but that Mom was able to return there after her injury. Colonial Courtyard at Tyrone is amazing. I can’t say enough about the quality of care my mother receives. She feels like she is a Queen. She feels very comfortable here. Her room is a nice size and with the help of the staff and our personal touches she feels at home. The staff is tremendous!!! On a scale of 1-10, it is a 10++++++. The entire staff is caring, attentive and extremely patient. We were told from day one, that mom would be part of their family and that is 100% correct. The food is tremendous and we are thrilled to know mom is eating a well balanced diet that also tastes great!! Their communication with families is also amazing! I think this facility goes above and beyond with the activities they provide for the residents. It’s not just the daily activities, they also celebrate special days and holidays!! We found a real gem when we discovered this facility. We no longer worry about our mom because we know she has top notch care at Colonial Courtyard.

A dear friend of mine lives there. I visit her often and she loves it there! She enjoys her room and her roommate. They are great company for each other. The food is good and the place is always very clean. She enjoys the freedom to do what she wants and loves to sit outside on the lovely front porch.

Colonial Courtyard has been wonderful to my grandmother. I was visiting her one weekend and a staff member choose to stay after her shift to play memory games with the residents. It is heartwarming to see how nice and helpful the staff is while also giving peace of mind.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They take great care of their residents. There are several activities each week. They all take great pride in keeping the entire facility clean and updated. The grounds are beautiful. I feel confidant that my mom is safe and well taken care of.

It would be hard to think of just one experience. All experiences my Mom and I have are the best at CC Tyrone! All the girls are so kind to my Mother. I work in pharmacy and have a lot of elderly patients and tell them about my Mothers home away from home .There is always a sense of guilt when you can no longer take care of an aging parent. However it helps so much knowing they are in the a caring environment. I highly recommend Colonial Courtyard Tyrone . Thanks for all you do !

Was a great caring place when my Aunt was there years ago! But a little concerned that they hired a person who had harassment charges against her for hit and punching a neighbor!? Do they a do a background check?? She might do this with the elderly if they make her mad?? I hope they are watching her if they know it!?
