We recently moved my uncle to Sodalis San Antonio, and we couldn't be more pleased with our decision. After a challenging experience at another facility, we were cautious about making this move. However, from the moment we arrived, Alicia, Tanesha, and the entire team at Sodalis San Antonio made us feel at ease.The staff were incredibly polite, answered all of our questions, and welcomed us even when we showed up unexpectedly a second and third time around. The facility itself looked and smelled amazing, reflecting the high standards they maintain. We were greeted warmly, and the care and attention given to my uncle have been exceptional.We have no regrets about our choice and are truly happy with the care and environment Sodalis San Antonio provides. Highly recommend!

The community is beautiful and bright, with plenty of activities and a friendly staff. Tanisha, the director, has been incredibly helpful and responsive. She has made a significant difference for my mother and me in the short time my mom has been there. Any concerns we've had, Tanisha has addressed promptly and effectively. We're very grateful for her support.

I highly recommend Sodalis Windcrest for their exceptional care and support. My father has lived there for many years, and despite past concerns with management turnover, the current team has truly made a difference. Taneicia, the director, is incredibly kind and attentive - she's also a nurse, which adds a personal touch to the care provided, so when they hire a new nurse, we will have two nurses. Michelle at the front desk always greets us with a warm smile, making us feel welcome every visit. The staff genuinely cares about the residents, as evidenced by a med tech who kindly provided me with her contact number for any urgent needs. The activities and food are enjoyable for my dad, and he appreciates the attention he receives. While there is room for improvement in phone response times, the overall experience at Sodalis Windcrest has been very positive. It's comforting to know that my father is in good hands.

Absolutely beautiful place! I love seeing all the beautiful faces and always being greeted with a smile. I try to come with Harvest Hill Baptist Church and attend a church sermon with all the folks living here. It's so amazing to hear all the singing voices singing the songs, hymns, and spiritual songs. When they start to hear these hymns from their youth (whether from being in Sunday school, teaching Sunday school, or learning these hymns from their youth, their memory comes back. What a blessing to be apart of such amazing people who truly do care. I pray that Lord blesses this Nursing home and all who come in and visit. In Jesus name AMEN

Love this facility! Freddie rocks as an activities coordinator and my 99 year old grandmother adores him. Alicia went above and beyond to assist in trying to get my mother in law eligible for residential services, but when she was not, assisted us in locating an alternate facility.

My mother recently moved into the Assisted Living side of Sodalis and from my first contact with Amanda till now we have had nothing but great experiences here. Everyone on staff and all of the residents is friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well taken care of. I cannot speak to the Memory Care side but would recommend Assisted Living for sure!

I got carjacked at 2 pm and another car broken into a few months later and was robbed again. So if you want to go work or put your family at a place with no security in a high crime area, sure! Do that. I believe management does their best but that's changed. It's the cooperate. It's all $$$ for them and memory care is infested with roaches. I took pictures of their dining kitchen when I flipped on a light on an overnight shift and they went scattering everywhere. The roaches lasted at that job longer than I did.

Very impressive how the staff interacted with residents while multitasking. The facility was very clean with a fresh smell soon as I walked through the door. Administrator was busy with a family and still took time to acknowledge me and my family. Great place, very secure and safe.

Toured this facility. Joseph Briggs did a great job of showing me around and taking his time to go over all of my concerns and questions. It’s difficult moving my father from home to a place and I feel comforted knowing I can move him to a place where I know I don’t have to worry. I would highly recommend Sodalis San Antonio for sure!

We have been very impressed with the staff at Sodalis. My grandparents moved in in 2021 and much to our surprise my grandmother, a dementia, patient acclimated quite quickly! The staff goes above and beyond to care for the residents.

Searching for the right assisted senior living community can be a challenge . The selection criteria could be different for everyone . Other than the obvious criteria of meeting the needs of nutrition, medications , supervision, safety and cleanliness , my criteria for selection was a caring attitude. Starting with the leadership , a caring attitude had to be forefront and it was. At Sodalis Senior Living in San Antonio, I found that caring attitude in the leadership . As I met the rest of the leadership team I noticed that they also possessed that same attitude . During the weeks that followed, I noticed how the R.A. staff interacted with the residents , displaying a warm attitude . I was impressed how in turn the residents displayed a caring attitude towards each other. I knew at the start that this was the community where I wanted my mother and aunt to join. Upon entering the facility I noticed how clean and well maintained the facility was. Being greeted at the front door, I knew that was a professionally run organization . As a seasoned retired Army Nurse I have seen numerous assisted Senior Living facilities. Sodalis Assisted Senior Living San Antonio is a must to visit as you search for that right community for your loved ones. Three individuals that have made this team successful are Joe Bridges, Sirleatha Miller and Jennifer, the activities director . They are only three and part of the wonderful care team at this facility . Robert Gonzalez, Major, Army Retired.
