My Father has been a resident of Ivy Park/Sunrise for nearly 3 years. The staff there has become a part of our family. They are kind and compassionate, not only thinking of my father's needs but also conscious of what me and my brother need from them. They are communicative and available. My father's safety is never in question. We know he is in good hands. We are grateful for all of his special caregivers. They have helped transition our dad to the new phase of his life seamlessly.

Sunrise of Woodland Hills is truly a wonderful place. The staff here is very friendly and active with their community. From the moment you walk in the door you feel like you're in a welcoming safe environment. The facility itself is very clean and has a great layout. From the dinning area to common areas, you can tell that Sunrise takes pride in assuring that the residents are able to enjoy their stay here.

Came to take a tour on a Monday morning, what a beautiful location! There is plenty of parking right in front of the facility, there are also guest parking spots when you pull in and there is a garage as well, probably for their residents and staff, I forgot to ask. I was greeted at the entrance by the concierge, forgot his name, but he was very nice and professional, and walked me through their sign in process. He seemed to be the go-to man for residents as a few came by to talk to him just within the few minutes of me signing in. The AL coordinator, Heather, walked me through the building and told me about the services and amenities they provide. She seemed to know each resident by name and it felt like she truly cared for each and every one of them. The building is set up very nice with a lot of different areas for residents to gather for activities (which they had going on two floors) and included some very cozy outdoor areas as well. I got a peek inside one unit that was very well laid out and decorated. The marketing director, Aurora, told me a bit about the pricing structure and made it easy to understand and provided me with a packet of information. Towards the end of my visit I also got to chat with the administrator, Patrice, she was very nice and welcoming and seemed to have quite a bit of experience in long term care.

I have lived here for 15 months and am so pleased that my daughter suggested Sunrise of Woodland Hills for my new home when I was living out of the area. It was a very difficult move as my friends are a 2 hour drive and I was truly scared. Management has always made themselves available to just sit and chat or to discuss any concerns I might have. The caregivers, dining staff and receptionists have gone out of their way to make me comfortable and cared for ( my sweet dog Dexter loves all the attention and treats from staff as well). Most importantly, to me, was the welcoming I received when I moved here from the residents who are now my friends. Thanks to my daughter I’m happy living in a safe, well cared for assisted living at Sunrise of Woodland Hills.

Sunrise Woodland Hills is an exceptional community for the elderly. My mom has been there over 4 yrs and the caring and attention to details exercised by the staff is amazing. The reminisce floor is truly astounding and the caregivers are all top notch. Christina’s team and their leads are incredible.

Sunrise of Woodland Hills, has been a true god-send for my loved one. My sister isn’t the typical resident, she has Huntington’s disease, a rare progressive neurological disease. The staff there has been great in helping us ( the family) and most importantly, my sister, navigate and deal with some of the day-to-day challenges associated with managing her unique needs. From the new Executive Director to the front desk staff and ALL the staff (and especially the Care team!) BY FAR are Sunrise’s greatest assets! The facility itself has a warm and welcoming vibe and the place is really homey and clean. The food has been great too. We like the layout of the rooms as well. But it’s the people, the staff, at Sunrise that make this journey we face as a family more manageable.

My mom lived almost 12 superb years at Sunrise of Woodland Hills. She made it to 99. Every time I would visit her I would pinch myself on lucky we both were for her to live in such warm, professional, casual, and super caring place. Basically I doubt there is a better place. She developed beautiful relationships with the staff, that in her final days flooded me with emotion and the utmost admiration and respect for all of them. Devoted sweethearts from top to bottom. Diana the head of wellness and Daniel the activity coordinator are both heaven sent. Carlos and Yaz at the front desk and Judy doer of all cannot be beat. Big love to everybody else - which is too many names to mention. Any extra cost was worth it in spades squared. Too the staff I miss all of you. To prospective residents you are in for a treat.

It was a pleasure meeting with Aurora and everyone at Sunrise yesterday. It made me feel like for the first time that I had someone to listen and really understand what we are going through and have answers. I would definitely love for her to be there and will check out the financial options she provided. Thank you so much. Meeting with her, I was finally able to breathe and know that everything will work out the way I need it to for my mom. Thank you so much again and I look forward to speaking with you all soon.
