After quite a bit of research, numerous calls, and a few tours I feel comfortable that The Reserve at Katy is the right place for my mom. She has been there for 1 full week now and everything has been as promised. The staff are all friendly, professional, and helpful. And I mean friendly and helpful in a way that makes you believe they like helping people and they like their job, it's very comforting. Danielle was especially helpful in making the decision in which community to choose. She was able to offer many options and find the right one for us. She's honest and trustworthy, understanding and caring. She's been a great help!

Spectacular! The staff here are friendly, warm and willing to help in anyway they can. We needed a memory care facility immediately for my mother in law and they made it happen overnight! Melarie you are truly an Angel! They went the extra mile to make our Mom feel special and we as a family are truly grateful. Excellent communication and the place is well kept, clean and inviting. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I am apart of the rehabilitation team here at The Reserve at Katy and I am very please with the level of care each department gives to every resident here. The Therapy department is a very progressive and compassionate team, the Activity department leads an exciting , fun memory recall activities daily, engaging and keeping the resident up to date on present events. This is also a family oriented setting with great feedbacks daily. I am happy to be apart of the family.

My dad has been in and out of a couple of senior living centers around Houston, and he never liked them, he hated how he was treated and he ended up moving himself out, he ended up in an encompass health rehabilitation hospital and was discharged on short notice. I was recommended to the reserve at katy for my dad to be the most cost effective for our budget to give my dad the care he needs. He struggles with Parkinson's disease and since the disease is uncommon finding help or people who understand isn't easy. After my initial meeting and my decisions to go with the reserve,the Marketing Director, Melarie De los Santos, really went above and beyond to do her best and help our situation, she did things for us as if we were family friends. Even the maintenance man, Chris (I couldn't get his last name) was very friendly and patient with my dad to teach him how to use his remote, he was cheerful and friendly. Overall, I feel like the same can be said for most of if not all of the staff at the reserve in Katy, most have been working there for a very long time, (up to 15 years as I was told) the prices are a little high, but my dad is much happier and I actually feel better knowing he is getting the care he needs. Big thumbs up from me.

I toured this facility for my Dad. I was really impressed by its kind staff and overall cleanliness! Residents looked well kept and cared for. Grounds were lovely and it is well approximated to nearby shops. Restaurants and hospitals.

Just finished a tour at the Reserve at Katy. The amenities and options are fantastic and everybody was so welcoming and professional. I toured with Angela and was able to speak with Melarie , they were both so friendly and knowledgeable and were able to answer every question I had. I would highly recommend them.

I just visited this beautiful community and found it pleasantly appointed. The staff are beautiful and the amenities are well maintained. There is a wonderful chef on staff here and everyone seems sensitive to the needs of the residents. They even get to make out their front entrances with their own decorations. Lovely, just lovely.

My grandfather was a resident of Colonial Oaks. After looking at many facilities and doing our research we decided on Colonia Oaks and I am so thankful we did. My Grandfather was not happy about moving in and the staff and aids were absolutely fabulous checking on him and making a point to involve him. As many are when they go to assisted living he could be quite honorary and the staff could not have been kinder! I was so impressed with how neat an tidy everything always was. As time went on my grandfather loved being there, which was quite the turn around. They could not have been more helpful to us when the end was near we will forever be grateful for all of their help. We truly feel like he was in the best place for his care. Thank you!

My wife and I are so happy that we found Colonial Oaks here in Katy, Texas for her father. After suffering from a stroke along with the loss of his wife, we did a lot of soul searching to whats best for him. Having made a mistake with our fist assisted living experience, we were so happy to have found Colonial Oaks. There is not one person working there that does not have a passion for their job and taking care of each and every resident. We are so lucky and blessed to have the care of my wifes father!Thank you Colonial Oaks for giving us peace of mind!

Mom resided at Colonial Oaks Katy for over ten years. She loved it there and told us that all the time. She always said how kind everyone was to her. We know that to be true because we witnessed that ourselves. Each member of the staff treated her with respect, kindness and love. They cared for her as if she were their own. They cared for us children in the same way. When the time came to move mom into Memory Care, it was a seamless transition and one we were so grateful for. When she passed in June at age 99 12, it was comforting to know that we had found the very best place for mom to live out her life. We shall never forget the compassionate care mom received nor the friends we made while there. Colonial Oaks will always be home.

I would highly recommend this facility for any family searching for assisting living for their loved one. My mother-in-law has lived her almost three years and tells us each time we visit how pleased she is with her accommodations and the staff.There are numerous activities available for her each day. Bridge, bingo, and skip bow are some of her favorite activities. The activity director has planned some wonderful bus trips to Galveston, Christmas light viewing, and in the spring to see the bluebonnets. Of course, bus trips are provided on Wednesday to eat out at a local restaurant and shopping on Friday.The staff at Colonial Oaks Katy is so friendly and helpful. Since we do not live nearby, all I have to do is pick up the phone and they take care of whatever is needed.Come check out the facility and staff--you will be impressed too!!!!!

There are lots of options in Katy, but Colonial Oaks is the best! Caring, loving staff and fun activities - Happy Hour is a hit!! Meals are really good too, I see many other family members eating with their loved ones too. Most difficult decision to make this move for a parent but Colonial Oaks help settle himher in and make them truly feel at home.
