My sister is there, and for a place that is not outrageously expensive, we have no problems. Every time I visit, I ask at least five people if they like living there. In every instance, they tell me, yes. My sister requires extra care, and they give it. They have a movie room and a game room, a large cafeteria with tables where people go each day, vending machines , a little library and lots of spaces where people meet. People can go sit outside under a covered patio. The facilities could be upgraded and the furniture is shabby. Yes, it sometimes has a pee smell. It did today, but we have been there when it did not. Today was a holiday. An extra treat was when we wheeled her outside, one of the residents plays a guitar and serenaded us for an hour.(He played my favorite song.) And each time I have visited, it has been the same staff. Otherwise, it is a friendly place in which to work.. I always ask my sister if she likes it there, and every time she tells me ,oh yes, with a smile on her face.That to me is the most important thing so I overlook shabbiness.

After visiting my sister three weeks ago. I became deeply concerned, I found her sitting alone as if she was confused. You had one staff member available, my sister had one sock on which was too small depriving her circulation, her roommate was still on same fetal position from 10:30am/3:30pm . I personally feel the patients are being neglected! I will provide photos next time.

You go from not having issues to having. What I do see for instance sometimes you can't share your own. When you do your recorded.When you have no opinion you soon will be fished into one. What seems like a good review really isn't one now.

First time ever eating here and I can't leave without a review. This place is awesome. The food is amazing the staff wonderful. Only pizza place I'll eat from on this side of town. Thank you guys so much!!!

I've been a resident at noble house since last year. I want to start off by saying thank you to all the care staff and the staff period helping me with my meds, if I need them with anything they are right there to lend me a hand. This place helps with my laundry, food and the rooms are comfortable. If I need transportation to an appointment the office will book the ride. if i need an appt scheduled someone in the office will schedule it. The care staff has a lot of patience and will work with you. I do recommend noble to anyone that needs somewhere to stay but also is trying to better their health.

I have had my best friend in Noble House for over a year now. He had been in and out of hospitals for 6 years, and I tried my best to take care of him, but it proved to be too much. When searching for the right home, (due to some angry outbursts in the hospitals, many would not even take him) I was at my wit's end. The executive directors of Noble met with him, and agreed he would not be a problem. I was afraid my friend would not fit in or be welcomed, but Noble House assuaged all my fears and concerns, after seeing the patience and TLC they showed my friend/relative. From the onsite medical care, to the amazing caretakers, (above and beyond), the services provided are so worth it. Whenever I am there, it is clear, everyone is compassionate and eager to help in a business, that not many could ever even attempt to do. I will forever be grateful to the entire staff at Noble House. I write this review, because these negative reviews don't paint a full picture, and I want the entire staff to know how much i appreciate the amazing work they do!

Noble is one of the many places here in Jacksonville that’s here to serve ,protect , love and cater to our seniors. They have provided some of the most AMAZING care staff ! This is more than home for our seniors ,this is a safe place for them as well full of love owners and executive directors are all AWESOME ,hardworking and very dedicated.

Nobel House is a pleasant and caring assisted living facility that has taken very good care of my 93 yr old mom, who’s been in their care for over 2 months. Special thanks to the staff so loving to all the residents and going above and beyond in accommodating the visitors to spend quality time with their loved ones. the social workers are always on point in helping me and my mom and the staff in rehab where my mom has done so well! Thank you Noble House of Jacksonville!!

New Name Noble House Retirement! This place is amazing, my grandmother has been living here for sometime and it’s been great. The owners really care for their patients, it’s a small community so you get the one on one needed for your love one. I am so happy i found this place for my grandmother.

I have visited as a volunteer & to entertain residents of Noble House Retirement Home. The staff truly care about the residents & are gentle, kind & loving to them. They are currently building a new facility & I am happy they will be able to help others who need housing & care.
