We recently visited Vintage Care of Palatka in hopes of transferring our loved one from Palatka Rehab. Ms. Vinson and the team at Vintage have been such a pleasure to work with through this entire process! From the tour of the facility to answering what seems like 100 questions from us to the paperwork signing process, everyone has been very accommodating and doing their best to ease our worries. We look forward to our time at Vintage Care!

This facility is and goes above and beyond to see that their residents and families are treated with dignity and respect. In all aspects, from Intake, Billing, Daily Care, Nursing, Therapy, Meals, Housekeeping and Laundry. Every Staff Member I have dealt with, from the Excutive Director too Nursing Aids have been so kind and helpful. Mom has been there since April of last year and loves it.... My Aunt and Uncle were residents there several years ago and they also received excellent care. That's one reason why we chose Vintage Care of Palatka. We highly recommend you look at this Facility when your love one needs this level of care.

IVE BEEN A RESIDENT HERE FOR 1 1/2 YRS. SINCE THE NEW DIRECTOR DIANA, FORMERLY THE NURSE, TOOK OVER, VC HAS BEEN TURNING INTO A SIX STAR FACILITY. I AM NOT EASILY IMPRESSED BUT I MUST SAY, I AM CONSTANTLY INCREDIBLY IMPRESSED BCUZ OF ALL THE POSITIVE CHANGES HAPPENING CONSISTENTLY. THERE ARE NEW IMPROVEMENTS OCCURRING ALMOST DAILY. SOME JOKINGLY SAY, WE ARE THE RITZ OF PALATKA; BUT YOU WOULD BE HARD PRESSED TO FIND A BETTER ASL FACILITY IN NORTH CENTRAL FLORIDA. VC IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND DECORATED BEAUTIFULLY. IF VC WAS LOCATED IN MIAMI IT WOULD COST $80K MONTHLY. I CANT THINK OF ONE EMPLOYEE WHO DOESNT CARE FOR US AND THEY TREAT US LIKE FAMILY. I HOPE YOU WILL CHECK INTO IT WHEN A NEED ARISES FOR AN ASL. ™

Just wanted to drop a note to tell everyone how wonderful this place is. Traci Vinson went above and beyond in a very short time period in order to make it possible for my Aunt to live there. My Aunt has been there for over 3 months now and the staff has always been up beat, pleasant and very helpful. The kindness they show to everyone, residents as well as visitors is warming to the heart and makes me glad my Aunt has such an uplifting, warm place to call home at this stage in her life. Thanks to you all!!

My father recently moved in and I can't say enough good things. All of the staff are very friendly and patient. We were on a tight window to get moved into the facility. Thankfully, the Director (Traci) was amazing and super accommodating. The facilities are clean and inviting. Dad says the food tastes amazing and from what I have seen, they might have me visiting during meal times. Thank you to all at Vintage for looking after Dad.

When we speak of Vintage Care we speak of the place that cares for my mother. My mother receives great care from friendly & loving staff that feel more like family. Those girls have a passion for the career they chose. They’re very interactive with the residents and always doing fun exciting things! And the fact that you can go into memory care unit at any given time & they’re playing oldies music dancing with the residents is so heart warming knowing that these are people caring for my mama

Vintage care is a wonderful and caring facility. The staff are very attentive to the residents. They have activities for all residents who want to join. As well as physical therapy for those who need it a kitchen staff and a beautiful patio for the residents to enjoy. This place is the place for your loved one. They get lots of caring and loving staff to care for them.

I have been living here at Vintage Care in Palma for one month now, and Fell in love with the accommodations and the staff ! Everyone here is friendly, cares for your well-being, loving, and profession able ! I receive physical therapy in-house, meet wonderful people, have three wonderful delicious meals every day, can come and go as I please, given my medications daily, activities, and if I have any questions, they are answered . They are staffed 24/7 and the nurse, Diana, is awesome ! If you're seeking a residence for yourself or a loved one, this IS IT ! A little place well run ! I tell everyone that it' a prelude to Heaven !

Couldn't be more please with the care my Dad is receiving at Vintage. Traci, Dianne and Charles (to name a few) have gone above and beyond to make my Dad's transition into this community as easy as possible. The rest of the staff is completely engaged and always very upbeat and helpful. The Activity Director and assistants always seem to have something going on to keep the residents occupied and on the go, if that's what they want. This is not an easy environment to operate in, so when you see employees that conduct their daily business with a sense of passion, purpose and fulfillment, you know the culture is right and you have your loved one in the right place.

Vintage Care in Palatka, FL is consistently a wonderful assisted living facility, as witnessed by my family over the last seven years. Each time my wife, our daughter, and myself visit, our (now 100 year old) surrogate mother Mrs. Mary B., Vintage Care makes our visits most pleasurable. Recently, at New Year's 2022/2023 week, we enjoyed and appreciated the delicious meal Chef David Williams and his very nice kitchen staff prepared and presented to our mom Mary, Marilyn, Teresa, Marge, and my family. Such friendly and polite staff, which definitely includes Donna welcoming us at the front desk and taking the attached photo. I can say that Vintage Care is a clean well kept facility that is dressed in holiday spirit year after year. It's staff, from the health care workers to the maintenance man who jokes with Mary, always have smiles. Our visits with Mary are consistently happy and heart warming, and for that we are grateful.
