I am well pleased with Apex Oaks and its staff. The directors and caregivers demonstrate a genuine care for each of their residents. My questions are answered, my concerns are addressed timely, and the care provided to my loved one is on point. The facility is kept clean and fresh. The residents are well cared for! If I said I agree with everything I'd be lying. I am aware of state standards and rules. I am able to talk with staff anytime day or night. I have freedom with my loved one and have input in there well-being. When caregivers have questions or my loved one asks to contact me, caregivers and staff reach out. The residence have a good variety for their meals. If you're looking for care for a loved one, you should visit and talk with the directors for more information.

I want to thank Katrina and her staff for taking good care of my friend with diabetes. They have a very caring staff that is very attentive and communicative. Cassandra the diet manager has been instrumental in keeping his blood sugar under control with a carefully monitored low carb diet. I would recommend Apex Oaks to anyone looking for good quality care for friends or family. I visited Apex Oaks today for the family and friends Christmas dinner. The entire staff made me feel very welcome and everyone enjoyed a great meal prepared by Cassandra and Roslyn. The table decorations as well as the entire room looked beautiful. The residents and families all had a wonderful time. Special thanks to Niki for her assistance and helpful information.

We just LOVE Apex Oaks and all of their staff. My MIL was there before she passed away and my SIL lives there also. It is so comforting to know that my SIL is well taken care of and HAPPY! Now that COVID restrictions are mostly lifted my SIL is really enjoying the outings and weekly activities. The love, care and respect they gave my MIL and our entire family during her last weeks with us will never be forgotten! Thank you Apex Staff!!!

My MIL & SIL livelived at Apex. We could not be happier! The administration and staff are like family to us all. They worked with us recently through very difficult time (my MIL passing.). They were so loving and respectful and we got to see 1st hand how the entire staff interacts daily with the residents. This place is definitely a 1010. My family and I put my grandparents there and they are treated with the best care I personally have seen, and my family and I have high standards of care because I am a cancer survivor and my family took care of me to the best of their ability while I was fragile and sick. This same care is seen here at Apex Oaks and we have no regrets whatsoever.

Apex Oaks has been a Godsend for my Dad and for my peace of mind. He was removed from two other homes because they could not care for his special ostomy needs and advanced Alzheimers. Worked here for a few months (before moving out of state). Loved the residents and the staff and was very fulfilling being able to make people feel safe, comfortable and happy. If visiting please ask for Administrator Kristen. Shes worked in this industry many years and that makes her shine even more in this role. Inspirational to work with. Apex Oaks is an independent, privately owned and operated home with specialization in memory care that accepts long term and short term as well as respite care elderly and a formal assessment is required. If you are looking for a dementia unit for your elderly loved one, I highly recommend that you choose Apex Assisted Living and Memory Care unit in Cypress, TX. Our father was wise to purchase a long-term insurance policy which opened up many quality placement options. Not really knowing anything about dementia care, we visited several quality programs..... AND THEN WE FOUND KRISTIN KIM, manager. She has been a superior medical case manager for our father and she builds the highest quality team of care-givers. I honestly believe that if we had not placed our father under Ms. Kims management at the Apex Assisted Living and Memory Care unit.... he wouldnt be alive today. His mood is consistently upbeat in spite of his failing cognitive functioning. You will be comforted when you visit the very home-like Apex program.

The Thanksgiving Holiday Celebration was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Sonja, the chef prepared a fabulously delicious meal. The professional violinist was especially engaging and made the event extra special. It was heart warming to be a part of such an exciting celebration of families and residents while having so much fun!
