Our family was fortunate to find New Perspective during an senior living search for mom. From our first interaction with Donielle to the ongoing interaction with staff, we found everyone was very caring an professional. New Perspective was able to provide several living options and the apartment chosen was very clean and maintained, If there were any concens, they were immediately addressed. The location common areas were well maintained and the decor was very warm and inviting. I ate meals with mom when i visited and found the meals provided were very flavorful with generous portions. Mom's apartment was cleaned, laundry washed, and self care assistance was provided on a frequent, consistent basis. An activity schedule is provided with multiple activites occuring on a daily basis which allowed participants to pick and choose from the offerings. Due to my positive experience, I would definitely recommend New Perspective!

We went to the Ice Cream Social at Faribault's New Perspectives Senior Home tonight. Let me emphasize the word "home." We saw nothing but smiles. Melissa and the staff were taking special care of the residents, one at a time, where each resident had the staff's full attention. I don't think the residents have a better friend in Melissa and the staff. A tribute to multi-tasking, Melissa was also raising money for Alzheimers Awareness. Mind you, this was all from 6pm to 7pm, all staff working as one, at a time where employers finding employees is difficult, even more-so good employees. It is said if you enjoy your job, you don't work a day in your life. Must be why all the smiles at New Perspectives of Faribault.

Bringing my parents to this "neighborhood" was a huge change. From the first meeting to the daily operations, they work with you every step of the way. They work as a team when discussion is needed to support the additional needs, the care that they each have for my parents is outstanding. They understand the frustrations that families go through making this transition and the unforeseen issues that may arise. They have helped every step of the way. From the aids, care team, administration, culinary, maintenance and all others, they treat my parents with respect and as their own.

The New Perspectives Faribault location has met and exceeded my expectations for a Memory Care environment. The staff is solid and genuinely caring. I haven't seen signs of turnover, which is an indication of their satisfaction too. Memory Care residents in particular benefit immensely by continuity of caregivers. The cleaning staff does a great job keeping the apartments and common areas clean and tidy (free of unpleasant aromas); the entrance and hallways are welcoming and always seasonally decorated. I am very grateful that this facility had places available when I decided to move my parents. Two thumbs up!

My mom moved into New Perspective's Assisted Living located Faribault, MN in Nov 2019. The team at NP is very attentive to my mom's needs. She feels safe and secure. The facility is extremely clean and very welcoming. My mom very much enjoys all of the activities and outings. She has made friends with the other residents and the staff. Whenever I have questions, they are answered very quickly. I would highly recommend New Perspectives to anyone looking for a caring, clean, and safe place for their family member.

My father has lived at NPSL-Faribault in memory care for the past 3 1/2 years. This facility is exceptional. We really like the size of the facility where it is not so big. The staff takes vary good care of my father. The food is good, have fun activities, very clean and well kept up. The staff is so friendly, and makes it fun for the residents Staff turnover is very low. They keep the family well informed. I would highly recommend NPSL in Faribault.

New Perspective partnered with our local school district to have residents attend one of our high school basketball games. The residents were provided with transportation to the game and were accompanied by staff that cater to their needs and form great relationships with them. Our fans from New Perspective had a great time cheering on the Faribault Falcons!

The facility is fantastic, offering both memory care and assisted living, with outdoor spaces and great common spaces. The staff is wonderful and it was great to see how much they care for their residents. If I were older, living independently and needing socializing, community and accessibility to resources, I would choose New Perspectives.

My grandmother lived at New Perspective Senior Living for a few years. The staff was great to work with, and this includes both the management team and care team. The facility is clean and very welcoming to visitors and guests. We also used their activity room for family events on numerous occasions. Grandma loved the various activities and events held throughout the year as well. I would highly recommend a tour if you are looking for high quality care of a loved one in the Faribault Community.

A patient of mine was scared to leave her home and give up her independance so she was hesitant to consider senior living. She was also very attached to her dog and couldnt imagine giving him up. Luckily New Perspectives was able to accommodate her and her dog and she was very happy with her choice. Thank you New Perspectives for making this hard decision easier for my patient.
