Reviews Willow Creek of Buffalo
June 2025
If I could give this facility 0 stars, I would. The only other review on this site is from the owner of Willow Creek, [name removed]. He is not concerned about his residents, he hires incompetent employees, and does not return or reply to phone calls, letters or emails. One Certified Nursing Assistant (sometimes the employee is not a certified ), on a shift is expected to care for all of the residents needs, clean and cook. The meals are not well planned or nutritious. My 84 year old mother unfortunately lived at Willow Creek until I was able to move her to Amie Holt. My mother was mistreated verbally, she would go days and days without her trash emptied or bathroom cleaned. She and other residents had money stolen by an employee. There is an ongoing invasion of privacy with conversations recorded in the dining area. The Wyoming Department of Health - Aging Division have done several surveys of this facility and [name removed] has been sighted. It is surprising to me that this facility has not been shut down. I do NOT recommend placing your LOVED one at Willow Creek!
