Being an "Independent Resident", I will only be able to voice my opinion on that aspect at Windsor at Celebration. I agree with previous postings that Windsor at Celebration is the clearly the best in the central Florida area. My wife and I did an exhaustive exploration of all the facilities that offer Independent, Assisted and Memory Care services in the greater Orlando and Kissimmee area. Windsor at Celebration was the clear choice for us. The maintenance and cleanliness of the building and grounds is impeccable, but not just for "pretty pictures" but for the residents to enjoy the safe, comfortable and pleasant environment. The apartments meet all your needs and are spacious and maintained and cleaned weekly. I could go on about the material aspects and amenities, but that really isn't necessary, anyone touring the facility will see for themselves. It's the Staff and Management of Windsor at Celebration that justifies this 5 star rating. All the Employees and Management are polite, respectful and understanding. Management absolutely does it's best to address every residents individual concerns. What's most impressive is how they work as a team to deliver the utmost quality of living standards achievable for each individual.

WINDSOR at Celebration gives us all a wonderful new "FAMILY" to share the joy of this phase of life. There definitely is no shortage of joy here. On a daily basis, there are so many opportunities to do as much or as little as you want to do. It's your choice. The entire staff here helps us move courageously forward in life, looking at this stage of life with a whole new perspective. We are given a chance to reassess aging and just GO FOR IT with gusto. I have discovered that EVERY department here goes above and beyond to make sure that the residents have the opportunity to look at this new landscape of life with a whole new perspective. The nurse and wellness team… The daily operations and maintenance crew. The culinary team… Life enrichment activities and programs. The concierge and transportation departments. The resident services on a daily basis… Sales and marketing team members… And of course, it begins with the administration. On a daily basis, I am grateful to be a resident here… I am enjoying every single moment of life after nearly being knocked down with life's challenges. LIFE IS GOOD HERE. My mother just exited memory care at Windsor and it was a horrible experience. The nurses and aides are wonderful, the office staff is horrific. My mom became to much for them to handle as her memory loss progressed and they wanted me to hire a 24 hour private aide on top of the almost 7k a month we were already paying. My mom was hospitalized and I couldn't get answers. Some newer lady named Tina in charge of the unit that I never met was giving me multiple different answers in the same phone call when she finally did return a call. She was also helping me look for new facilities that would be appropriate for the level of care my mom needed. So I called Irene in the business office to let her know we would be stopping automatic payments since my mom needed to move. She reminded of the 30 notice clause. I questioned why I would be held to pay for those 30 days when windsor was not able to provide the level of care my mom needed which meant Windsor was actually breaking the contract making it null and void. Other facilities I was touring let me know that little gem. This did not sit well with her. She said, "Joel called you this morning and talked to you." I informed that no one named Joel called me at all, that Tina had also misinformed someone about returning a call and perhaps someone needed to talk to their staff about being truthful. At that point Joel did call me to make amends and the conversation went very well. I really do like Joel. Tina has been in charge a few months and has never introduced herself. She never even looks up from the desk when you walk by. It's a shame because the woman before her that they let go was really involved with the families and residents. My mom went into the hospital last Monday and was released on Friday. Because of the good conversation with Joel i decided to give windsor another shot. When she returned over the weekend the phone calls about needing a private sitter started almost immediately. Before the request was because of bathroom issues. This time it was because she was going out the LOCKED doors into the parking lot. How does this happen? The locked doors aren't actually locked, only delayed. If you push the bar for 15 seconds they open. That will cost you thousands of dollars a month for a private sitter. No thank you. I agree, my mom became to much for you to care for. She is now in a place where the doors actually lock even though you told me that wasn't possible because of fire code. Windsor was lovely for independent living, it was okay for assisted living. Memory care isn't bad until you get to the later stages of the disease and they just aren't equipped to handle it. If they were equipped to handle it there would be no need for a private sitter. The staff that works out on the floor is great. The office staff I dealt with seems sneaky and deceitful. I will be forwarding all of this information to Big Rock Management in Beverly Hills because they need to know what's going on in their facilities as I'm sure it impacts their vacancy rate and bottom line. EDITED to add - I emailed Irene asking for a copy of the contract as I can't find mine and I'm meeting with a lawyer. Guess what? She never replied either. Par for the course! I went to the business office and was able to get one on move out day. 2nd EDIT because I am not able to reply to Windsor's reply. It's cute that Windsor replied for me to contact the executive director because they take their concerns seriously. Windsor has my contact information and I haven't heard a word from them. That statement is just to sound better on Google reviews. What really needs to happen is Big Rock Management needs to contact the executive director to get to the bottom of what is going on in this facility because it is impacting their business and their bottom line. Maybe then positive change will happen.

My husband and I have lived at Windsor for 2 years. We absolutely love living here. The building is beautiful and our apartment is just perfect for us. We are involved in many activities at Windsor also. We are never at a loss for something to do. And we have made the most amazing friends here. Everyone is so friendly and supportive of each other. We have a wonderful extended family at Windsor! You will love it here!

My father in-law recently moved in after losing his wife of 50 years, so it's a big adjustment and new lifestyle to get use to. However, the staff has been so amazing and supportive as we help him transition. Janet from sales, Sharon, Kris and Dominick from concierge, Rachel with the serving team and Stacie, the dining room manager stand out and have gone above and beyond. We look forward to spending time with him at his new home!

My mother has been at Windsor since 2019. It is fabulous. Beautiful place. Great caring team and staff. Did amazing protection of the residents during covid. Is it perfect, of course no place is. But it is the one of the best in Florida from my experience with the Windsor team.

From the moment you walk in the doors of Windsor at Celebration to the outstanding sales presentation, you feel instantly feels like you are at a wonderful caring place for your loved one to consider. Our sales representative Lynne Kelly was remarkable. This truly is a calling for her and she is able to masterfully speak to the decision points. My Mom moved in 3 weeks after her presentation and tour of Windsor. My whole life my Mom who is living independently has said she would never leave her home. Two months into her living there, I see a renewed spark of vitality in her, she is taking advantage of all the class offerings along with Book Club, Movie Nights and other fun social gatherings. So much is offered at the Windsor from Valet car service, to limo driving to and from each day, to fitness classes, etc... The town of Celebration which this location is nearby within 1.5 miles is so unique and special and easy to get to it with lakes and walking trails surrounding the area. We are thankful my Mom has made her home at Windsor at Celebration!

I have lived at Windsor since they opened about five years ago. A long time, and the services here gone from bad to worse. The staff is too small and uncaring. My toilet is clogged up for the third time in a year. This happened again last night at 5:00 pm. Maintenance had left for the day. It is now 8:00 am the next morning. No one is can help me.

My mom has been living at Windsor Celebration for over one year. She is 90 years old and has dementia. The Memory Care staff goes above and beyond to ensure her safety and well being. The nurses and caregivers treat my mom with kindness and respect. They also provide many activities for her to enjoy. Windsor gives me peace of mind in knowing that my mom is well cared for.

i was impressed by the cleanliness of Windsor at celebration. I liked the variety of rooms available. Some reviews Iread were not very kind to the food and food services , which is a little disconcerting. I loved the area of Celebration, but wonder about the congestion outside on hywy 192 and I-4. It is convenient to airports and shopping. I definitely would consider thiss as a choice.

Two years ago we made the decision to move my parents to Windsor at Celebration and it was the best choice we could have made for them. The staff is caring and the heads of the various departments have always been kind and supportive. There are always imperfect things in life and Windsor isn't always perfect, but when we have had issues and took the time to sit down and work through things, time and again they have come through and made things better. The facility is beautiful, amenities are amazing and it is a place my family and friends have all enjoyed visiting and seeing our loved ones here.

I live in NYS and was tasked with finding an appropriate placement for my 87-year-old MIL near Orlando. Lynne from The Windsor took so much time really describing the facility and services. She also gave me her cell number so I could call her with any questions (which I did a few more times just that day). She also took almost two hours to take my BIL on a tour and answer his questions. We all feel so fortunate to know that our mom is going into an amazing place with a so many amenities and a continuum of care.

Picking a retirement or assisted living facility for your aging parents is a heart breaking and daunting task; one that should not be rushed. We were so glad we took our time and found this absolute gem for our parents. There is No "institutional" feel to The Windsor at Celebration, from the moment we walked inside it felt more like a vacation resort. The apartments are open and spacious with high ceilings and so much light! I can't wait to finalize the paperwork and get our parents moved into their beautiful new home. Everyone we met was kind, courteous and was able to answer all our questions and understood our concerns. You will not be disappointed.

No valet available upon arrival. Hostess met us for the tour, explained all the amenities but we did not see one activity. Model apartment wasn't appealing. Advisor could not answer some of our questions. High vacancy rate. Poor reviews of food service. Most expensive independent living facility in the area but didn't feel comfortable here.

Windsor truly does have magic in the air. Ive taught in several care homes over the years and Windsor is by far the most involved, clean, most accommodating and fun! The building itself feels like a palace, and as the most amenities Ive ever seen such as pools and rooftop dinning. When I teach the residents here none of them have ever had a bad thing to say, in fact most of them cant stop talking about how they feel they are on a forever vacation because they are having so much fun everyday and eat very well. The residents have convinced me to want to live here too. Im most impressed by the way they speak of their activities and staff! Apparently the place is run by a bunch of angels because thats what the residents compare them to constantly haha:) the staff are very sweet, joining them in activities or for walks, no one is ever lonely and everyone is looked after. Ive also gotten to go to several big events and dine there too. The food is exceptional as Im sure Walt Disney himself would have had nothing less then satisfactory. And the events were really well done just over the top, the type of gathering the public would generally pay pricey tickets for. And those type of things happen everyday! Its mind blowing! This is the number one care home Ive ever been to and I want to go here!

I have visited Windsor on numerous occasions and have witnessed first-hand how happy the residents are and how attentive the staff is to all of their needs. The amenities are top notch and the food is amazing. The events that they put on are jaw-dropping. I wouldnt think twice about my parents living here one day if that need arises.

Windsor at Celebration is a placed where someone would consider a vacation from the ordinary for their parent or even for some single retirees. This place is the Ritz Carlton of Assisted Living or what was once called a Nursing Home. This building is beautiful inside and my mum have been happy living there. The Nursing staff are wonderful and a joy to see how they treat the Residents as Honored Guests or as their own parents. These Nurses and caregivers are truly exceptional.

I have a lot of experience viewing senior living communities in three states, and four locations. This is far and above any of the communities I have seen, or had experience with. Windsor looks like a Four Seasons Hotel, and prior to Covid-19 when I was able to visit, the food was exceptional, restaurant quality food. All of the employees are so friendly, and helpful and my mother loves it there. The activities are great, the theater room is a must see, and it is just a top notch organization. I am sad that I havent been able to see my mother in months, but am comfortable knowing that she is in a place she likes, and that the virus is being taken seriously with all precautions being taken.

Both of my parents moved into Windsor last October. The entire staff welcomed them with open arms and made sure that their needs were met. They really enjoyed interacting with other residents and staff in both dining rooms. Sadly, Mom passed away this March from pneumonia. Everyone was on point to assist with Dad during this time which was especially helpful given the restrictions that have been imposed with COVID. Currently Dad has no less than 7 visits a day from team members, servers for the meals, the tidying of his apartment and his daily eye drops. Its nice that he has frequent human interaction. The executive team has organized car parades, and weekly visits (from a distance). Although other interaction with residents is still at a distance, it is certainly for the best given how contagious the virus is. Dad has Facebook Portal all set near his chair in the living room. We video chat a few times each day which is far more frequent than past phone calls. Even some of the staff members will say hi while we are chatting. We love it! The video chats also enable me to get my eyes on him to see how he is faring. It is my hope that everyone can encourage their loved ones to be care for in a loving and attentive environment like Windsor!

I volunteer here a lot. I love this place. I love meeting and getting to know the residents. The staff are vary nice and accommodating. Any questions I have they are kind enough to answer. They also have really fun activities for the residents. Definitely come visit during the holidays, it looks so magical.

My Grandma currently resides in assisted living at the Windsor. I dont even know where to begin with all of the good things I have to say about this place. They always have fun activities. Their staff is FABULOUS and unbelievably accommodating. My Grandma just celebrated her 90th birthday while in this Coronavirus quarantine world we are currently living. The Windsor staff went above and beyond to make it a special day for her. They set up a zoom call so my family and i could chat with her, made her a special dinner, and the staff sang to her! I am truly appreciative we found this place for her to reside.

The sacrifices being made by the staff at Windsor at Celebration during this Covd-19 outbreak in order to keep our family member safe is so appreciated! Many are living on-site in order to reduce the risk of infection entering Windsor. They are staying away from their homes and their families to keep ours safe. They are working hard to keep everyone well feed and provide some distractions during this unprecedented time. Amazing!

The attention and care shown by the staff here at Windsor is exemplary. Ive only been here a few weeks, but they have made me feel like family. Being in the middle of a pandemic is difficult for everyone, but the caretakers here go out of their way to make sure that we are safe, and that we even sometimes have fun!
