1. Receptionists are knowledgeable and BEST customer services 2. The meals are out standing and good quality ( Mr. Bowling Enjoy every dishes ) chef and all of his team are super friendly 3. Nurses are very caring 4. All pals are super sweet 5. Ms.Emanie, house keeping is very professional, on time every Thursday she's very details, spotless and neat 6. Engineers was responding to the request promptly and got the jobs done 7. Mr. Bowling loves chair yoga with Bea and off course Super fun Happy hour! 8. Mr. Bowling likes Silverneakers with Patty because of the difference equipments that Patty uses in the class 9. During this football season and follow by Basketball, Mr. Bowling will miss some evening movie & Way to go Team Belmont, Ft. Lauderdale!! Thank you everyone and everything

The entire staff is skilled, compassionate, and focused on creating a great living experience. From the variety of activities, delicious menu, beautiful common areas, and friendly/helpful staff, Belmont Village is a great place for my mother, who is diagnosed with dementia. The "Memory Care" floor is led by an exceptional, authentic, role-model leader, Wiggy. She trains/educates/coaches her team. Wiggy is extremely resident/family-focused, and is always responsive to requests/inquiries -- she is knowledgeable, caring, supportive, and incredibly skilled.

Facility is always spotless! The staff , everyone from to the front desk, food service, cleaning, Pals, nurses…, are always super friendly and helpful. So very happy with Belmont. Knowing my mom is safe and well taken care of when we cannot be there every day is such a blessing.

Very much enjoyed my visit! Those staff members I encountered at Belmont were not just professional, they were downright endearing, and showed kindness and care for the residents and guests alike. From the amazing Ms. Tina at the front desk to the professional and patient Ms. Susan in the dining room (who as the dining room manager came out and personally served and conversed with us), we experienced nothing but excellence! Ms. Christy Christine especially made a huge impression on us as we watched her professional yet kind and personal attention as she provided the intake interview for our friends (Steve and RK Ulrich). I would absolutely recommend Belmont Village to others as an incredible place to spend those twilight years in joy and comfort! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Not enough staff to meet needs. The food is a disgrace, And I have heard this from numerous residence. For the price residence are paying the least expectation should be a descent meal. I don't know where to begin but this place is unbelievable. I'm so happy my mother is here. Angel is the perfect perfect person to be doing physical rehab. Chauncey is unbelievable in occupational therapy. Susan is amazing with billing. Everybody's unbelievable. And coming from New York. What you call pals would be called an aid. What a beautiful Place to live in. The Staff is very friendly, professional and accommodating. We had a family dinner there and Alen our Server was amazing. He was very helpful and super sweet. The food was absolutely delicious. The Building is STUNNING!! Beautiful setup throughout the Building with great Entertainment. It is true Resort-style retirement!

Our experience with Belmont Village has been very positive. The staff, from administrators to caregivers is excellent, very caring and professional. My one complaint is that there is not adequate walking paths for residents and visitors.

Belmont Village is an outstanding senior community. The staff is super friendly and caring, beautiful views and lovely atmosphere. Belmont village has many activities to keep the seniors active, entertained, and healthy. The food is delicious and the presentation is always pictured perfect. My mother has told me many times that she “could not be happier” living at Belmont. It is a gorgeous building with gourmet food and a first rate chef. The amenities (pool, library, movie theater, dining room, bistro, and gym) are like a five star hotel. Diverse and creative activities. Low key and friendly vibe, with an extremely attentive and caring management and staff. Expensive, but an excellent value given the superior quality. It feels like the Ritz Carlton, not a senior community. The ultimate!
