My wife stayed at this facility for one month. I thought Jennie {sales] and Nick {Medical} were first class and always willing to assist. If I were to rate the room cleaning and laundry service, I would need to give a failing grade. The cleaning consists of a quick vacuum of the center of the carpet, a rather sloppy mopping of the bath and kitchen floor and out the door. No dusting, counter, sink or shower attention. A major issue is [name removed] in the accounting department. Cannot get the billing correct, will not return phone calls or emails and consistently provides less than truthful assurances and excuses when you finally reach her. Frankly, I have no idea how she keeps her job.

HarborChase of Riverwalk is a lovely community. The staff is caring and kind. A beautiful place for your loved ones who may need extra attention. I was so impressed by their memory care. They treat everyone like family which makes it feel more like home for their residents.

My mom is thriving at HarborChase in The Riverwalk in Rock Hill. Her caregivers are amazing and the Activity Team keeps her busy. I have been amazed at the differences in Senior Living facilities. I feel as though I have won The Lottery when it comes to her care. Thank you to everyone at HarborChase.

I became a part time employee so I would have access to my wife during the pandemic. The Staff are great and did a very good job of taking care of my wife.
