My brother was at Carillon. I can not give enough stars to this place. From the spacious, up to date rooms, the stimulating activities and music presentations, the dining options, to the caring, attentive and friendly staff. You can't walk down the hall without everyone you meet giving you a warm greeting. I miss it! I made them promise to save a room for my husband and I when it's our time to downsize.

NEVER HOUSE A LOVED ONE AT THIS FACILITY! One year ago tomorrow my father suffered a pulmonary embolism, fell, broke his hip, and has never walked again. All could have been avoided, if Carillon staff, particularly [name removed], would have done his job after numerous inquiries about my father receiving his coumadin. These inquiries were due the fact that my dad's blood was too thick week after week of INR testing and the only action all the staff, mostly [name removed], did was to inquire into their system. Upon further inquiry with the Carillon pharmacy, I discovered the medication had not been ordered until 2 days prior to my dad's fall and he had been a resident for 3 weeks. While this may seem to be an opinion, it is not. I have documented proof from the pharmacy. Also, one may ask why I didn't take legal action. I tried, but in the state of CO there are rules that protect the facility, not the loved ones and their families. I should have exposed this facility long ago, but have been too overwhelmed with grief and burdened with my dad's care, not to mention his grief at losing his ability to walk. There were other signs of abuse for which I have pictures, but I had hoped that they would be remedied and he could thrive there, since he had made friends and seemed relatively happy. All hope is lost due to the negligence of the staff. Again, please do NOT send your loved one to Carillon!!!

My mom moved to the Carillon in March of 2022, and she continually says that she could not have found a better place to call home. Her apartment is quiet, her view is stunning, and, most importantly to her, she was allowed to bring her cats. In addition, the staff is kind and goes above and beyond to make sure the the needs of the residents as well as their family members are being met; the food is consistently good with a wide selection; there are numerous daily activities and events to choose from; and, there is a wonderful overall feeling of camaraderie between everyone. Mom's only regret is that she didn't move in sooner!

Carillon is such a great facility and the staff have been amazing. Tracy has gone above and beyond to make this move a smooth transition and to help my Grandpa feel at home. We couldn’t be happier with our experience so far.

I toured this senior community and it is a very nice looking place. There seemed to be a lot of activity that engaged residents. I was struck by the smiles on the faces of those that live there as well as on those that work there. Nice place.

Our father has lived at Carillon for 1 1/2 years. We just celebrated his 90th birthday using the Sky Room at Carillon. Shannon was very helpful with the logistics and Nicole and her catering team provided the appetizers and food for the event. The trays of food were artfully done and so good. Several of the staff stopped in to wish him a Happy Birthday. Moving our father to Carillon was made easy with Tracy Powers help. Our father participates in quite a few of the activities that are offered. Brian the activity director is great at his job. All of the staff is friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend Carillon if you are looking for peace of mind for your loved one.

Every time I've been to the community I'm reminded that the people who work there make all the difference. The staff is attentive, professional, and make you feel at home.

It is an honor to write this review for the Monarch House at the Carillon at Belleview Station. In October of 2021 we were told my Mom needed 24/7 care after a fall in her home. I researched facilities with Memory Care and found the Carillon. From the day I visited the facility for the first time, I found the staff to be kind, loving and so helpful. My Mom has adjusted beautifully and is thriving. She has friends, knowledgeable caregivers, and is treated with the love and respect she so deserves. The Carillon is clean, warm and most of all supportive of the needs of the resident and their family members. I heartily recommend the Monarch House at the Carillon to anyone looking for memory care for a loved one.

I have worked with the staff and seen first hand the joy residents talk about experiencing at Carillon at Belleview Station. Each time I visit I can tell they put the care of folks first while maintaining first class surroundings for all that enter. The food is top-notch and the views they have from that location are amazing. I am hoping that this place could someday help sway family to finally move west!

I never leave 5 stars but I think the Carillon deserves to be on your short list when looking for this style of living. The art throughout this building is gorgeous, and the staff are dedicated to making life as care free as possible. There are always areas that could be improved, but overall, the Carillon is a safe, luxurious and enjoyable place to visit and live in.

2021 was a big year for my Mom. She accepted that she needed to sell her home, her car, and move into Independent Care. We moved her into the Carillon in June 2021. Tracy Powers was the first associate to welcome my Mom. And let me just say, Tracy is AMAZING! She is far more than what her title indicates, Sales Advisor. Tracy is kind and helpful, and that continues beyond our loved ones moving in. She continues to be my "go-to" when I have any questions. Also, Brian Ketteler is a phenomenal Life Enrichment Director. He is patient with the seniors and always makes the activities fun! The pandemic has presented numerous challenges for senior living, but the management team at the Carillon seems to really CARE and are committed to making necessary improvements.

Obviously, this is one of the harder decisions we, as a family, have had to make. I can't say enough about Tracey and the crew at Carillon. And after only a couple of weeks, my mom is thrilled. Carillon is beautiful, light and airy and it feels like you are walking into a beautiful hotel instead of a senior living community. I can't tell you how excited I am about the care and the service and Carillon and to say that my mom is happy, speaks VOLUMES! Thank you for making an otherwise tough decision much easier and thank you for providing my mom with such great care and a beautiful place to live.

They rarely check on the residents and their food menu is the same week after week. Choices are super limited. I will give them this. The staff is super nice when available.

A beautiful facility with an outstanding staff! My Dad has been here almost three years now. The staff is so kind and professional. Before Covid I spent a lot of time at the Carillon. The food is very good. The programs are great and the live music is beautiful! My dad mentions how nice the staff is most every time we talk.

We recently moved my 92 year old Mom here from Michigan, starting the proces right before Covid 19 hit and happily finishing mid June. Tracy helped us every step of the way through all the details and protocol, zoom assesment meetings and forms necessary to move Mom into memory care. Michigan was experiencing a strick lockdown, we had many obstacles to tackle. Tracy has been absolutely wonderful, so loving and caring and always answering my questions quickly. Kazoua and Shaila have been great too. Moms room is beautiful; tall ceilings with many windows looking out to a beautiful mountain view! Mom has thanked me many times for moving her here. Last week she said I think Im really going to like it here and I bet youd never thought youd hear me say that! The Carillon is a first class community, absolutely beautiful with a very loving and caring staff! We are so happy to have Mom here and know that she will be so well taken care of!

When transitioning into the living residence at The Carillon at Belleview Station, I initially thought I would be moving into a stereotypical senior facility; but instead I feel as though I am living at The Four Seasons!! I am utterly amazed. settled in quickly and already making friends. The fact that The Carillon at Belleview Station is a gorgeous facility with state of the art amenities and lots of activities is just the icing on the cake! The best part is the entire support staff starting with an incredible GM Angie who, together with her talented group of experts Tracy, Shayla, Maggie, Mekdes, Amanda, Grace, Sandra, Tandy, Kristy, Liz, Lee and their dedicated teams makes me proud and thankful to live here. The nicest people in the world! This is NOW my home! SLH
