One of the hardest decisions to make is where to place a loved one once it is no longer safe for them to live alone. What I have found at Apple Blossom is a feeling of home.From the moment you walk in, it smells fresh and clean. The staff always makes you feel welcome. They know the residents by name and are very accommodating to each and every individuals needs. The day is full of activities if you choose to partake. During the warmer months, sitting in the courtyard and chatting with your neighbors or sitting on the third floor porch, reading the paper, getting fresh air. The residents are checked on throughout the day and they have an inhouse alert system so your loved one can get ahold of an aide at any time. It is not unusual while I am there visiting, an aide, nurse, The OT or PT will search me out to tell me the progress of my loved one. The day I knew for sure I made the right decision was at 2 o'clock in the morning when I get a phone call and my mother was so confused (of course my first thought was to get in my car and go there.) Instead, I called the front desk, and they went to check in on my mother and calmed her down, then they called me back and told me that they have everything under control and that I needed to get some sleep. They truly care for your loved ones AND the families. I highly recommend Apple Blossom And I thank the staff for all they do!

This past week I had the pleasure of meeting and touring with Emily. The Memory Care and Personal Care neighborhoods are absolutely lovely, not to mention warm and inviting. The amenities they offer are amazing including a bistro, spacious dining room, chapel, theater and library to mention a few. Daily happy hour is in the beautiful lounge area. We were greeted warmly by each and every staff member and the facility was neat and clean. I highly recommend touring if you are looking for a home for a loved one. Emily thank you so much for taking the time to meet with us.I appreciate not only your professionalism but also your kindness.

Apple Blossom has been taking great care of Dad since December. Everyone is so caring and friendly. The facility is very clean, and they offer many activities for the residents. We toured at least 10 different places, and Apple Blossom outshined all of them!

My mom has at Apple Blossom over a year now. I'm very pleased at all the care and attention she gets I have recommended to several people, and they have found Apple Blossom to be a good fit for their Loved one. There's many activities they can join in on,. The staff is very accommodating and treats. My mom with much respect. The best part of it is, my mom says she likes it, I could not ask for more!

My mother has been a resident since October and I am amazed at how well she is treated. The respect, compassion and dignity shown to the residents of Apple Blossom is amazing. The directors, nurses, aids, waitresses and other patients are so pleasant and the activities are entertaining for her. My mom (Julia M) is very comfortable here and that is such a relief to our entire family.

The attention, love and care given to our mother was outstanding. From our first interaction with sales until our mother's passing, everyone at Apple Blossom was kind, solicitous and thoughtful. Our only regret is that our mother didn't move in sooner when she could have truly enjoyed the community and activities. Special thanks to Emily in sales, nursing staff Nancy and Linda (truly extraordinary caregivers), Ron (on the second floor --- best sense of humor!) and all the other staff. Apple Blossom is taking great care of my mom. The staff cares for her as if she is a member of their own family. As her dementia progresses they adjust to what she needs. The memory care director is passionate about what she does and strives to keep the residents active and engaged. Mom had a bad case of sundowner syndrome when she first arrived, they worked with me to find the right medication that would help calm her down without over medicating her. If I had any questions there was always someone there to answer them. I couldn't be more happy in choosing Apple blossom to take care of mom.

My dad was in Apple Blossom's memory care for three years before he passed away. He was always well cared for, but witnessing the genuine love and compassion the staff and administration showed to him (and me) in those final days was truly special and a great comfort.

Apple Blossom is a beautiful home for my mother with extremely caring and loving staff. We thank God every day for this amazing home and the awesome staff that works hard to love and care for Mom! Everyone at Apple Blossom was so caring and helpful. I was looking for Assisted Living for my mother and thought the facility was beautiful. Sadly, my mother's situation declined and we were caught short looking for a hospice. Emily, on very short notice, went out of her way to accommodate us and mom was placed within 24 hours. Every aide and med-tech who helped with my mother was warm and professional. Mom was greeted with a welcome basket and they had a tray of drinks and snacks for all of us. We were frequently asked if there was anything we needed. We had 24/7 access to mom and were able to spend the time comfortably. Sadly, mom passed a week later, but my family and I could not have been more satisfied with the facility and the care of the staff.

We are very happy with the care and experiences we've had at Apple Blossom. Our mother seems very content and comfortable with her care, her apartment and the people who she lives with and who work there. It's clean and smells good too! The food is good except for the meat (her words)! She has people looking after her well-being and people to hang out with! All and all, it's been great!

Last week, I visited my aunt who is a resident at Apple Blossom. I was so impressed by the staff who clearly know the residents, greet them by name and know their individual interests and preferences. There was a real sense of community between residents and between the staff and the residents.

I took my father in law to tour Apple Blossom & it was beautiful! Very clean & decorated beautifully for the holidays. Darla was a gem, she made us feel right at home. Hopefully my father in law will be moving in soon. It is such a beautiful facility, I would live there myself!!!!! If you are looking for a centrally located facility with many amenities, Apple Blossom is your place. Thanks again Darla for making us feel so welcomed!

Review Apple Blossom Memory Care residence is more than we ever thought it could be for our mother. We admitted her in early June (two months ago) and the whole process of assessment, admission and getting her settled has been so efficient and worked timely within her needs. When I did a walk through with the memory care director, Diane, she was so welcoming and informative about all the care my mom would receive at Apple Blossom. The facility is clean and safe for residents to get around. The director, caregivers, nurses and activity coordinators and housekeeping have been exemplary in their caring, compassion and communication. They always answer any of our questions and/or concerns as soon as possible. The nurses, doctors and caregivers work in tandem to ensure that the care given to my mother is keeping her safe and comfortable. There is such an atmosphere of love and caring when one sees the staff interacting with residents during activity time, meals and even the simple times of just watching a movie. On many occasions, one will find Diane, the Director, also helping to feed a resident, participating in activities, etc. while still performing her administrative duties that need to be taken care of for the residents. I cannot say enough about Apple Blossom Senior Memory Care facility and it's caring, compassionate staff. Having looked into a few facilities and considering that we had a time constraint to get her moved, I am more than pleased and satisfied with all that Apple Blossom has to offer the residents in memory care. So much so that I have already recommended Apple Blossom to friends and acquaintances!

The property is beautiful and Darla made the transition very smooth for my mom. The residents are welcoming. The positive change in my mom's social life is amazing. First let me say this is a beautiful facility and the residents were wonderful to care for. But I only got 3 days of training which wasn't much at all. I was also bullied on a daily basis by one of the daylight aides who made fun of me because of my hearing disability. She also tried to threaten me as well on numerous occasions. If it wasn't for her and her attitude towards me and residents as well I would still be there. The nurses themselves were wonderful to work with.

My grandma recently moved into Apple Blossom Memory Care. My mom was a wreck moving her in...who could care for her as we would as a family? They put my moms mind at ease, and as so, put mine at ease. Emily the sales representative went above and beyond to make the move in easy and comforting. She is genuine and kind and not your typical sales person. Cheryl, the director, was very professional yet down to earth showed us she truly understands what we are going through with grandma. Mark, from maintenance, was two steps ahead it seemed, and eager to help the team in any way! Lastly, Brendan, grandmas nurse, was charming and caring and grandma smiled and was comfortable in his care. We as a family are truly happy with choosing Apple Blossom. From the bottom of my heart...thank you!!

I just want to thank the entire staff for taking such good care and keeping the community safe. It has been 9 months since Apple has shut down inMarch. It has been very hard not giving my mother a hug but she has alsobeen kept safe. Thank you everyone. Since I dont get to visit I dont know many of the staff. I just want to mention a few names mom talks abouta lot. Chi Chi is a name I hear often. Thank you to her. There are severalothers mom mentions but unfortunately she doesnt know all their names. Thank you to Kelly for her help with phone issues and Skype.Also thank you to Tracy. It seems you are always there. I hope you dont get burned out and leave. You are always helping. Our previous experience in another facilitywasnt very good. Mom was there 2 years and there were 4 or 5 directors. You never seen them out in the community. Again thank you to everyone and I look forward to meetingeveryone in the hopefully near future.

My daughters Girl Scout troop went caroling at Apple Blossom at Christmas. I was amazed and impressed by how beautiful this facility was and how nice the staff and residents were to the girls! I hope to be able to live in a place just like this when the time comes. The girls asked to go back there to visit soon!
