I submitted a review last month. You have to give it at least one star. I even gave my email address in case you wanted more details. I live here until I can do something different so I Know what goes on I went back and looked today...Guess what??? My review has been taken down. Makes you wonder just how crooked is this place. I will continue to warn people though It looks soooo much better than it is.

Staff answered questions and helped find chart patient

Although my mom was only there for less than a year, she was well cared for, especially in the last month. She was loved by many and I always felt like my concerns or questions were addressed promptly. The staff were genuine in caring for Mom and became like family. I will miss each of them dearly and will always be grateful for all they did for her. To the kitchen staff, the janitors, the maintenance guys, the activities directors, the aides, the nurses, and the management, thank you!

We bought my stepdad here for his hospice time, and the staff was extremely caring and compassionate. They were able to fulfill all of our concerns and helped my stepdad with everything he needed in his final days. We had originally had him in a more expensive, higher end, assisted-living place and hands-down Renissance was actually way better. The staff was so welcoming and made us feel like family.

Currently maintenance seems to be issue heating for rooms is not working and windows are old and leak.... We are told they know this but they are old... for $4500 per month in rent those items need to be upgraded along with upgrading general interior and providing enough staff to monitor residents often you cannot find anyone on the floor if you need assistance especially in memory care unit

Visited this community for an interview. Environment was clean staff were so pleasant to converse with. While Waiting to be interviewed some of the workers came up to me to see if I needed assistance they were very pleasant and willing to assist me. 5 star experience.

I have been the Director of Memory Care at the Renaissance, which is the counterpart of the Life & Leisure Activities Director position. I have had nothing but the best experience during all of my time here with management, coworkers, families, and residents. The management team truly care for everyone, and are always offering a helping hand to all departments. The Renaissance team feels like a second family to all of us, and we are all treated as such. Management and team members work well with eachother to ensure a positive, supporting atmosphere greets every person who walks through our doors. I am blessed to be a part of such a wonderful, supportive environment, and especially, a tremendously great management team.
