From the moment you step foot into the facility you feel welcomed. The team here truly cares for residents and families. Sue handles the front desk and just is a complete doll. Heather and Julie over in memory care are so involved and passionate at what they do. The nursing, med tech and CNA team have compassion and cultivate a positive environment for all to thrive within! What can I say about Rose? First time I came to Rose was in 2019 when a client of mine was moving into the building. I worked with her for 2 weeks as a go between Rose care staff and client. In that 2 weeks we were met with extremely rude treatment. At one point she waited 2 hours. Since then that client has moved out of Rose. Recently my special need adult child started working there. I advised them not to work there but as a parent we have to be supportive. Things were good until their company changed and new management came in. I've worked with this manager before in other buildings and she is very bias! But that's not the point here. When she started as manager there were 2 special needs employees and an elderly employee. Slowly she started pushing them and eventually the other special need adult quit. The elderly women quit and my special needs child was let go. This company is not very disrespectful!!!! They start calling at 4am!!! I've watched employees park in the handicap parking that don't need it and the residents are having to park all the way on the sides. They need to clean house and fire everyone starting with care staff and kitchen staff!!!!!!!!

I am moved in at Rose Senior living July 13, 2022 and I just wanted to say that Sheila the Director has done an outstanding job and her staff with helping me move in and get settled and out of all the places in homes that I have moved to This is the first time and I'm 85 years old that I have found home Sheila has gone above and beyond and her staff to welcome me and unfortunately my husband Bob was moved into memory care in November 18 and the staff there Bracha, the Director there has been outstanding And as far as I'm concerned, this is home and I couldn't ask for a better place to be at in the warm welcome that I have received from she let the Director and her staff. My mother was a resident in the memory care side of Rose Senior Living for the past year. Dementia is a very hard disease for the person living it, but also on the caregivers. When we decided she needed more help than we could give her ourselves, we were happy to find Rose and were very pleased with the help she received from the caregivers there. They have an extraordinary skillset to lovingly take care of other people's loved ones, allowing for a grace and dignity in an otherwise tough situation. The facility was always clean, never smelled bad, had activities to keep the residents active if they chose and had access to a secure outdoor area. The meals were plentiful and they always offered the residents a few options (and knew mom's favorite foods!) The director of the unit, as well as the caregivers would explain the different stages to us as mom's disease progressed and made sure to keep us abreast of changes as they happened. Although I hope other people's families dont have to deal with the pain of having a loved with a form of dementia, if you do, I highly recommend Rose Senior Living.

My mom moved into Rose Senior Living Memory Care back in Dec 2021. It was a difficult transition for her and myself but the staff was always there for us. The facility is very clean, spacious apartments, good food, and great care. Special shout-outs to Bracha, Director of Memory Care. She treated my mom with upmost respect and never hesitated to stop and talk with family or my mom. She truly cares about her residents. Bracha would stop in my mom's apartment to say "hello" and check in on her. Another Shout Out to Sandra, mom's primary Care Aide. Sandra has a heart of gold, loved my mom like her own, always had my mom dressed, hair groomed, and laughing. Sandra was my angel during my mom's stay. I like to recognize more staff: Zijada, Stacy, Thomas, Sharonda, Amira, and Judy for all your great care, smiles and patience. My mom spent her last 40 days in Hospice at Rose and recently passed on June 20th 2022. The staff was fabulous during this difficult time. I feel like I am leaving a part of my family behind. With every place, there will be bumps, struggles or issues, but Bracha was there for us until they were rectified. Thank you to everyone at Rose Memory Care.

From the moment you walk in the door, you see the gorgeous decor and the staff who are always there to greet you with a friendly smile. Rose has a family feeling from the staff to the residents. The staff at Rose are excellent, from housekeeping, maintenance, front desk, nurses, kitchen staff, and especially the fantastic administration always go out of their way to go over and beyond for their residents and even their vendors. I believe the strong united community results from the outstanding leadership of Executive Director Sheila and her administration. I'd also like to say that Sue at the front desk is one of the BEST!! The entire staff will go out of their way to make their residents feel like family.

This place has gone downhill since the new ED [Name Removed] and LCS took over. They care nothing about their clients. Legitimate concerns about the care of your loved one go ignored by [Name Removed]. She puts on a great act but does not respond to our concerns. No facility that's run like this can have this good of a rating. Agree with other reviewers...they are deleting the negative reviews.

Unfortunately, my 101 year old Father only spent 2 weeks there. He passed away after a stay at the hospital. The Staff there is outstanding from my introduction tour and answering all my questions, making feel less stressful(Jeannie) and (Jennifer) to Sue at the Welcome Desk. Then the Assisted Living floor staff, nurses, aids, etc... were wonderful to my Dad. Then there is Melissa from Food Services, who brought up coffee, pastries, and snacks. The Staff suggested when we should introduce Hospice. They made my Dad and family as comfortable as we could be while going through the process. I recommend Rose Senior Living highly and even spoke to Dee, Activities Director, about me volunteering there in the near future.

Rose is a beautiful senior facility. When yu walk in your just taken away by the beauty, cleanliness and the aroma from the bistro. Of course, your immediately greeted by one of the Consignee at the desk. Who are always eager to help in some way. If not resident yet and haven't been to the Rose for a visit make sure you do call and come for a tour. I don't live here I worked here for 90 days and thought I found the place for me to stay . The perfect job. Till I started be accused of doing things I didn't .I was so disappointed. I love people, so to help the residents and put a smile on there face was part of my job. And I would bend over backwards for them if I had to. I liked being a friend. After all, everybody needs somebody sometime, Right?? Than I was told we couldn't leave the desk and had stay behind and call for help. Well I guess my natural instinct to want to fix everyone didn't work well with the new rules and management . I went to help a resident to many times. I'm history now. Had to leave my perfect job . Good bye to all the friends I made. I will miss you all. Thanks for the nice talks and your encouragement. I'm delighted to say a few things about Rose Senior Living in Clinton Township because I LOVE everything about the place!! First and foremost my 87 year old Mom is tremendously well cared for! She is actually happy there which is saying a lot because she is in Memory Care with full on Dementia. She, with the help of the staff, says plenty busy, the food is really good, and the whole place is very clean. I cannot say enough good things about ALL of the staff!! Whoever does the hiring there has an uncanny knack of hiring people at Every level that have that 'Angel on Earth' innate quality, which I feel is essential for these positions!! It's the single biggest reason why we picked The Rose for our Mom! I would, and have, recommended this community many times over and will continue to do so! All of these types of communities are pricey but this one is worth Every Penny! Just go meet them and you will know I'm sincere! My mom has been there just over two years. This past year and half was difficult and challenging for everyone but I wanted to send out a special thanks for two staff members at the Rose who did an exceptional job during my dad's stay.
