My Father Nate Woods stay at Story Point of Gahanna was very Nice and Satisfying. Our Family was treated like we were apart of there Family. From the Staff (Brittany, Shawna, Donnie) and all the personal I would like to say…. Thank You for the Kind Words, Gestures and Love for our Family but more importantly for my Dad!! We have enjoyed every minute of our stay in this beautiful cottage and highly recommend it. The layout is so comfortable and efficient. And the neighborhood is friendly and supportive. Our Executive Director Nick Mcconnell has created a new meaning for our corp. name ‘Story Point' - that is 'A NEW HOME.' Perhaps most important, the management is a gem and has gone beyond the call of duty repeatedly to accommodate our needs. We couldn't recommend this location more highly.

I have been here for about 2 months now. I am very happy to have made this pick. I feel that I made the right decision. I feel safe and that people are there to help me. There is not much that I do not like except the meals. I realize cost is a factor but some of the things they serve are not up to what I call really good, Thank goodness the menu has changed. Dining service need to be greatly improved. Meals should be hot opposed to the cold meals we receive. Most people have experienced cold meals more than is acceptable.

My mother died at 3 Creeks after living there for over two years. She lived in the assisted living part and then the memory care unit. Our experience with the staff throughout her stay was very tenuous. As upper management changed, and heads of nursing changed communication was always compromised. Communication between the medical staff and the family was so difficult and completely different from our previous facility. Daily care was dependent on who was working that day and how many employees were at work that day. There were many loving and good care givers there, but they can only do so much. They tended to leave when the lazy ones got away with doing very little at the residents expense. I felt compelled to write this review bc if you are considering assisted living for your loved one, not everything is as it appears. Three Creeks is a beautiful facility with supposedly high ratings. They present a great meet and greet when giving you the tour, but the reality is different. For you own peace of mind talk to the family members of current residents before signing a contract.

Three Creeks has been phenomenal! Mom & dad were in Independent Living and they loved it! When dad passed early May, we placed mom in memory care. All the staff have been very responsive, supportive and caring. Its been difficult for mom to understand what a health pandemic is and why we cant come in to see her; but Paige, Tegan & Libby have all been awesome in keeping us informed. The front desk personnel from Ms. Sandy to Kiwi are all wonderful and pleasant whenever we call. They had to move mom from independent living to memory care. They did it with quickness and provided a comfortablehome-felt environment for mom. You guys are doing great! I understand the hardship the pandemic has created for everyone and your community; but I appreciate the careful efforts taken to protect our high-risk loved ones during this time.

I am not only grateful for the leadership and staff at Three Creeks for keeping my father safe during this covid-19 pandemic, but especially for creating an environment where he can be himself again. These people care about their residents and it shows. Anyone considering an independent, assisted or secure care arrangement should visit here.

We knew that one day our Mom would need a place so she could be live closer to us. A few years ago, we toured several different places so Mom could a flavor of what kinds of places were out there. Well, this was the year we moved Mom and after visiting several places we chose Three Creeks. It has many of the same offerings as other places but it was how they do them that made the difference. Mom has been there a few weeks and is settling in nicely. Her fears that she wouldnt like the food and no one would talk to her are gone. I have been very happy with the caring and helpful responses we have gotten from ALL of the staff including the restaurant servers, maintenance and cleaning staff.

My parents moved their over a year ago and the staff there have been truly amazing. My mom recently lost her husband and suffers from dementia. They have been very responsive to her needs during all of the COVID-19 pandemic assuring that we get to have telephone conversations with her. Paige the director and her staff especially Brenda and Libby Rahe, the Memory Care Manager have been outstanding providing us with pictures and emails regarding our moms care weekly. Our family is very blessed to have such a caring staff to look after our mom! Thanks to all of you for making a difference! Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a great place for seniors!

Hello I was at the job fair today and it was beautiful inside , the staff was nice and helpful, I was really nervous when I went in but when I went back for my interview I relaxed because Paige made me feel at home and I enjoyed myself I really hope I get to be part of this amazing team☺

Your facility is lovely. I like the idea of eating when one would like - and kind of what one would like - choices every day - all day. The grounds are beautiful - and easily in view from the hallways. Makes for sunshine and a feeling of space. Of course, the apartments are small - but it seems the rates are fair. Really loved the cottages - and garage. The drawback there is that one needs to take a nice walk to eat in the main facility - a walk is great - unless the weather doesnt lend itself to walking. The facility is modern, spacious, clean and airy. The staff is friendly and helpful and are concerned with the comfortability of the residents and bring there to help the new residents and their family to adjust to a new and difficult situation. The only negative is communication. My mother was initially assessed as a 5, needing the most assistance available, when she clearly could do some things for herself. We had request a reassessment and she was subsequently reclassified but we had assumed the first assessment would be closer to her actual rating. That aspect is very important As that is what her rent is based on. We also had a three week assessment and the staffer who had originally scheduled it had taken another job. Her replacement had no idea we had an appointment. In her defense she was brand new to the job and she was very attentive to our situation. Seems to be a lack of communication. But over all we really like it.

The staff is excellent. I am pampered every day. The food is great and if I dont like what I ordered the staff will get me another option. The residents are friendly and we genuinely care about each other. The department of entertainment and programming do an excellent job of hosting events.

Stopped by Three Creeks with my grandmother and was impressed by the community and all of the activities going on. We stayed for lunch and enjoyed delicious lasagna. Their lemon bars are better than my grandmas!

We moved my parents in last September. The facility is beautiful & clean. A lot of natural light! The staff are so caring. My parents enjoy all the community activities. Its given us peace of mind that my parents are not alone. My only complaint is that the chef keeps turning over. But lets just my parents arent losing any weight. So Three Creeks have stepped up to feed the residents despite of not having a consistent chef. Overall, wonderful experience for my parents & for us kids.

Visited Three Creeks on Friday for lunch with my uncle and attended their Veterans Day Ceremony. The community is beautiful and it is clear that the staff truly cares for the residents. Lunch was delicious! My uncle is very happy living at Three Creeks.
