WE moved to Little River for 8 months in 2022 after selling our home in Columbia- We resided at New Haven ; everyone was exceptionally nice- with the exception of housekeeping; their services were exceptional . WE received 3 gourmet meals daily; maintenance was exceptionally helpful. STAFF were nice

I can not say enough about New Haven! My mom has been at New Haven for the past two years in the Memory Care unit. Tracy McCray, Director of Residential Services and her Staff have been COMPLETELY AMAZING! The love and compassion is so obvious and being almost 4 hours away I always have felt my mom is in good hands. Always just a phone call away. I am extremely saddened to leave New Haven, but with our moms failing health we need her closer to home. I will be forever grateful to Tracy and her team for all they have done for my mom- EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS! A beautiful facility with many caring folks.

I toured facility last week. The staff was very welcoming especially time we spent with Kathleen Douglass who spent 4-5 hours with us on site & even came to our home to assess Paul. She is very compassionate, loving & knowledgeable about the disease of dementia. I'm Paul's wife, my daughter & sister were welcomed with her kind & caring manor. Facility clean & beautiful & met couple residence while touring that were so happy with their home there. One even had his dog visiting him. I just can't say enough about Kathleen & New Haven. She has called & checked in on us a couple of times since we visited. She let us know that she was always available if we needed anything or had any questions. This is true Christian understanding and compassion! We were blessed by our visit to New Haven! God bless them Mimi Sheets

New Haven is a top notch facility. When you walk in the doors you immediately feel like family. You are greeted with a warm smile and employees eager to help you. The staff are highly knowledgeable in all areas, handle all residents with compassion and understanding, and the activities are always so much fun.

This is a wonderful place for Seniors ready to move from a stand alone home to an independent living facility. New Haven has a staff compliment that make residents feel at home. Plenty of activities, 3 good meals, happy hour, and so much more. New Haven also has assisted living and memory care. There is great leadership at the top and staff ready to serve. Take a tour. You will not regret it.

New Haven offers exceptional care for their residents. Every time I see my grandma the care staff is always laughing and making her smile. She has only been at New Haven for a few short months you can tell that her health and over all well being has changed for the better. I recommend New Haven to anyone that is looking for Senior Care.

New Haven takes Senior Living to a different level. As soon as you walk into the community you can tell this isn't like any other Senior Living building. You are greeted with a smile and notice residents are happy and smiling. The decor of the building makes it feel warm and inviting. All the staff I had the pleasure of meeting made sure to greet me and made my family feel welcomed. The Independent Units are beautiful and spacious and many floor plans to choose from. It puts me at ease as well knowing that if our loved one needs to transition to Assisted Living or Memory Care they offer these services as well. The Sales Staff even invited us to stay for lunch!
