My 90 year old mother has been living here for almost 5 years. The staff are excellent!! They are genuine and caring. I am impressed with how consistent the people are who work there. The staff have remained the same, Nicoletta and Vickie at front desk, Maria and Starr always available, Ken organizing activities and the owner, Gord readily available. Cindy and Balvir providing excellent meal choices and Jyotii overseeing care. Nurses, a doctor and maintenance staff who are responsive. A well run care home. Lots of activity for those who are able to participate. All levels of care but unfortunately no subsidy.

My mother was in this residence for 3.5 years. She lived in the east wing for the whole time. I visited many places before choosing this one. Here I found a family run care home where many of the staff had their parents. The nursing staff was so attentive. Jyoti and Divya are wonderful caring people who answered every question and addressed every concern I have had. My mother was well cared for. I am forever grateful to them.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Westminster House and the incredible care they provided for my dad. Although his stay was just over a year, one year and four months, the impact the staff and community had on him, and on us as a family, was truly remarkable. In that short time, the staff came to know my dad so well that it felt like he was surrounded by extended family. Even other residents’ family members knew him, which speaks volumes about the genuine sense of community within the home. The nurses, care aides, dining staff, housekeeping, laundry, reception, and everyone involved in the daily life of Westminster House deserve special recognition. Each person played an important role in my dad’s well-being, and it showed in the compassion, professionalism, and respect they brought to their work every day. The care team truly understood my dad’s needs, and every interaction was handled with patience, warmth, and dignity. Communication was always excellent. Phone calls and emails were returned promptly, and I was consistently kept informed whenever anything arose. This level of responsiveness and transparency gave me tremendous peace of mind knowing my dad was in such capable and caring hands. The managers, directors, and leadership team were exceptionally warm and supportive, always advocating for what was truly best for my dad. My dad genuinely enjoyed looking over the monthly activity schedule, which always gave him something to look forward to and helped him feel engaged and involved. Since his decline, my dad experienced his best quality of life while living at Westminster House, and that is entirely due to the care, respect, and dedication of this incredible community. Moving him to a subsidized bed was a difficult but necessary decision, and leaving Westminster House was bittersweet. I will always be deeply grateful for everything they did for my dad and for our family. Westminster House is a truly special place, and I would recommend it without hesitation.

My mom and her late husband lived at Westminster for a couple of years, and I can only say good things about the facility and the people who work there. All the staff genuinely care about the residents, and they are always very cheerful and helpful without exception. It's a great facility.

We love this place. Even Better my mother loves living here. Like most older folks that are going to a retirement facility, she was very skeptical at first. Now she really appreciates how kind, patient and caring all the staff at Westminster is. Lots of activities if she wants to participate but respectful if she declines. It works out for so many happy residents there. Very clean. Attentive nurses and staff.

An Amazing Home has been created at Westminster House. All Departments go above and beyond and they genuinely care about the Residents here.I cannot say enough about how wonderful all of you are.The efficiency, cleanliness,respectfulness shown to all and the respect given to the Residents is nothing short of amazing. So.. I completed my clinicals and preceptorship for my schooling, here at Westminster house, The Care aides and staff where all incredibly helpful and welcoming, patient and kind, And the residents were an absolute joy to be around, everyone there, staff and residents included were so sweet and lovely, it was also such a pleasure getting to know everyone, and being able to help anyone i could, i really enjoyed my time there learning and working and being part of the care for the residents and the helping the staff, who all made everyday such a wonderful day.

My Dad was in care at Westminster House for 4 years before his death last month just before his 100th birthday.! As a family we are very grateful for the care he received during his time there. He was always treated with compassion and respect and the necessary physical care was in my opinion above average. We will be eternally grateful for the staff in all departments who cared for him and our family. The staff were always approachable and communicated effectively with us. Thank you!!

Westminster House is a warm and welcoming residence for your loved one. All the staff go above and beyond to be kind, caring, and supportive, not only to the residents, but also to the extended family. My mother thrived, both mentally and physically, during her stay. Sadly, she has passed on, but her memories and experiences at Westminster House were cherished. I am so grateful she was in a loving environment.

3 years ago we had to make the difficult decision of placing our mother in a care home. We toured quite a few in the South Surrey area but when we entered Westminster House we knew we were in the right place. The staff was very welcoming, the home felt warm and cozy but the most positive thing that they offer, is the different tiers of care which meant mom would not have to be moved if and when her condition deteriorated. We are very happy we made Westminster House mom's new home, everything is just as we had anticipated. Great staff, great care, great food and lots of activities. Thank you for all you do

I wanted to say Thank you to you and your teams for providing such quality care for Dad during the past year and a half. Bringing Dad to the Lower Mainland in 2019 was a last minute decision and was an incredibly stressful time for us. Our timing was lucky and you were able to scramble and accommodate us on short notice and welcomed Dad with open arms. Beautiful setting in White Rock. Building and grounds are a perfect setting. Its quite and peaceful there. The staff are awesome and I find very caring. It seems Management definitely knows how to run a place as residents and staff seem very content. Id say its a perfect place for my loved ones.

From the outside in, Westminster House is top notch. A very quiet location tucked away in the Ocean Park area of South Surrey, with large trees and and a park like setting. Inside has been updated, warm and inviting for the people who live and work there. We moved my dad over from another facility this year and we were very happy we did. He couldn't be in a better place, being supported by great staff who truly care about the people they look after. If they don't have something my dad needs or wants, they go the extra mile to try and make it happen. To top it off, the rates are very reasonable compared to most homes....showing they aren't just in it for the money!

I don't know where to begin with my praise for Westminster House. From the moment Dexter the Dog (And Gordon - the Manager) led us on a tour of the facilities I knew we had found the place for our Mom. The love and affection from the staff in Complex Care was astounding. Dolly, Manpreet, Lani and all the others immediately felt like family and we knew right away our mother was loved and among friends. Sadly, mom was there for less than a month before leaving us, but what an incredible last month she had.
