I see the meals that are prepared. Poor quality food. Sparse and not what was posted to be served. Maybe one a week have a special theme, Italian, Chinese, Mexican, bbq, pizza. Foods they would have made or got at a restaurant. Do better please.

There are so many wonderful things I can say about Blossom. The administration, management and staff are all so caring and compassionate. My mother in law, father in law and mother all received impeccable care at blossom. They went above and beyond in the care and compassion that was provided to my family as well as myself. I would give 100 stars if that was an option. I would trust my own care in this facility after seeing how well my family was cared for. You are all angels! Thank you!!!

The staff at Blossom Hill are very attentive and communicate in a timely and appropriate manner with our family. They do their best to accommodate our loved ones needs. Keeping these facilities staffed is not easy at this time but the staff they have does a fantastic job and we really appreciate them.

First female employee ignored us when we stated that the sign in station was out of masks and we asked for more. Second female we asked was very helpful. Staff returned our smiles on the way in. Staff told us that our resident was at an activity and offered to go and get her. We declined and said that activities were good for her and that we would wait and visit with the roommate who thought that we were pet therapy. We introduced ourselves and visited with the roommate and her daughter and son in law. When our resident returned from activities the director of activities, Christine, was with her and said hello. People smiled at us on the way out. Residents’s room was clean, clothes were clean, and were we walked in the building it was free of foul odors.

My mom came to Blossom July 2022 and stayed almost a month. The Aids- and Nurses were VERY compassionate - caring and kind. The Director of Social Service Lori was on the ball with every situation my mother was having. Thank You All

The staff is exceptional! They are kind, caring, friendly and professional! My grandmother enjoys the activities they do and her nurse Amanda is extraordinary. Working with dementia patients can be very hard but they have the patience of a Buddhist monk. I'm really glad she got in here, the last place she was at the staff was very rude and inconsiderate. Thank you all @ Oh man family living at blossom!

My husband recently spent nearly 3 weeks in this facility, recovering from pneumonia. We can't say enough good things about Blossom Hill. The staff is wonderfully caring and competent. They showed such care and compassion for my husband and also concern for my well-being. The private rooms were clean and lovely, and the setting in rural Geauga County made for restful views from the rooms. From admittance to discharge, we were kept informed about every facet of my husband's care. Lori, their wonderful social worker, arranged all my husband's follow-up appointments and gave us a very detailed packet of information upon discharge. The medical and therapy groups were also top notch. From the head RN down to the lovely ladies who cleaned the rooms, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Possibly the only down side is one you'd find at any facility of this type. The food was hit or miss, but this is to be expected, and frankly better than some. We'd definitely recommend this efficient, beautiful, clean and caring facility to anyone needing it for short term skilled care or long-term residential. You will not be disappointed!

I would rate Blossom higher if I could. I stayed at Blossom for two weeks during a very challenging rehabilitation after a joint revision three years ago. Their staff is tops and when I knew another surgery was imminent, I went so far as to change my provider so I’d be covered to receive care there. Great facility!
