Ciara is an amazing nurse. She is never to busy to give a hand or two. She always respectful when when I ask questions about my mother. When visiting she never sits and great with all residents. Smiling, dancing she is over and beyond glad she there for my mother

The apartments are very spacious. My mom was able to bring a large loveseat and over sized chair with a few end tables in the living area. Also placed a round dining table with 2 chairs in the same area. The nurses and caregivers have pretty much stayed the same for the 6 months my mom has been here. This has given us the opportunity to establish good relationships. This also has been the case for all of the other staff in StoryPoint. Very friendly and always willing to help with any questions we have. The activity staff has encouraged my mom to participate in many of the games, entertainment and exercise events provided on a daily basis. She has something to look forward to each day. I will say it is important to have family as advocates to make sure all needs are taken care of and addressed, especially in those first few weeks/months after moving in. This of course is with any facility where an elderly person is being taken care of. Those advocates have to keep on top of medical issues, billing charges, etc. The move to StoryPoint for my mom has overall been a good experience.

The staff is key to my 5 star rating, while the building is beautiful, it is the people that make the experience. Everyone you pass in the halls is friendly and has a look of not only being willing to help but wanting to help. This mentality and happy demeanor caries over from the staff onto the residence as well. The community just feels like a place to call home.

I Love working for this company! They strive to be the best, they are very employee and resident oriented. Our residents become like family to all of us. Employees work together as a team to accomplish the goal to have exemplary care, I am thankful for how well the caregivers and nurses work together. Excellent staff with excellent care. The caregivers and nurses really care about loved ones in my experience. My grandmother had dementia and passed away after about a year at being in their facility. It was obvious she had great care as she was well taken care of. All caregivers and nurses that I encountered were soft spoken and kind and always willing to go the extra mile.

When I first walked into this building, I was immediately struck with how beautiful the community was. It is a very elegant and inviting atmosphere. All the staff I spoke with were warm and welcoming and made me feel like I was at home. The people here really care about the residents and love what they do!

Beautiful building and very competent staff. I would like to mention how wonderful the wellness team is. The nurses and caregivers provide exceptional care to the residents. The wellness management team is very involved with the care of their residents and this shows. Residents health and well being is clearly top priority for the staff of StoryPoint. I visited the facility a few weeks ago and it looked AMAZING. The facility was very clean and staff were very attentive and answered all questions I had about my family member. In a very tough time in my life, they made it a bit easier.

This company truly cares for its employees. I am a manager with this company and one of my employees had a death in the family. They went above and beyond and gave him 4 extra days paid leave to help him and his family out! I have worked for many places but none truly as good as Storypoint!

The whole building is beautiful and clean. The residents are friendly as well! Here at Story point they have lots of activities for the residents to participate in. Had the opportunity to stop by Storypoint of Grove City earlier this week. Now I know its a new facility but, WOW! It was so much more than I expected. The staff, especially Laura, were very nice and eager to answer every question I could think of. They even gave me a tour of the building.
