I found Storypoint by a whim. My mom was being discharged from the rehab facility on short notice. Was on my way to drop an application of at another facility and I came across Storypoint. I set up a tour for the next day and the moment I walked in I knew this was the place I wanted my mom.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about StoryPoint Grove City. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth and care that surrounds the residents. The building itself is absolutely beautiful, but what truly stands out is how engaged and active everyone is. The new Life Enrichment Director has brought such a refreshing energy. There is always something meaningful and fun happening. It means everything to know our loved ones are not only cared for, but genuinely happy, stimulated and involved. I visited StoryPoint yesterday with one of my students so she could complete her volunteer hours for graduation. It was actually the last thing she needed in order to graduate. The day itself was pretty gloomy outside, but from the moment we walked in, the Life Enrichment Coordinator, staff, and residents completely turned that around. We were welcomed so warmly. The group we joined was full of energy. We sang, danced, joked around, and had some really great conversations with the residents. Everyone was incredibly kind and engaging, and it honestly made the whole experience feel special. At the end of our time there, the coordinator spent a few minutes talking with us about how she found her way into this line of work and the steps she took to build a career she clearly loves. She even gave my student her business card and told her the door is always open if she ever wants to come back to volunteer or apply for a job. My student graduated today, and she told me she would love to work somewhere like StoryPoint someday. That says a lot about the kind of environment they’ve created there. Absolutely fantastic people and atmosphere. I highly recommend StoryPoint and cannot wait to visit there again.

I have been here going on 6 years. The Executive Director is very cooperate. Also the care givers help with any problems that arise. The receptionist are all caring and help with problem when no one is available. I will recommend Story Point in Grove City, Ohio.

The staff at StoryPoint goes above and beyond to create a safe, active, loving, and positive environment. My grandma especially loved the activities. Every day she was kept busy with activities ranging from Bingo, to exercise, to cards, and a variety of crafts. She never became bored, because the staff always found ways to keep things new and fresh. As a result of the activities she was able to quickly create new friendships with residents and with staff. When my grandma needed extra care, the entire staff was incredibly helpful and communicative, making things easier for not just my grandma, but our entire family. The bond my grandma had with the team of people who make StoryPoint run was very special. She was loved by them and loved them in return. They became a second family to all of us, and we are forever grateful to them for my Grandma's time at StoryPoint so filled with love and fun.

The apartments are very spacious. My mom was able to bring a large loveseat and over sized chair with a few end tables in the living area. Also placed a round dining table with 2 chairs in the same area. The nurses and caregivers have pretty much stayed the same for the 6 months my mom has been here. This has given us the opportunity to establish good relationships. This also has been the case for all of the other staff in StoryPoint. Very friendly and always willing to help with any questions we have. The activity staff has encouraged my mom to participate in many of the games, entertainment and exercise events provided on a daily basis. She has something to look forward to each day. I will say it is important to have family as advocates to make sure all needs are taken care of and addressed, especially in those first few weeks/months after moving in. This of course is with any facility where an elderly person is being taken care of. Those advocates have to keep on top of medical issues, billing charges, etc. The move to StoryPoint for my mom has overall been a good experience.

When I first arrived at this location, I was amazed at how great it looks. The community is up-to-date, and extremely efficient for everyday living. The staff here is amazing and they genuinely put the residents first in everything that they do! What's the most impressive is that the staff greets everyone by name, showing that they care about the relationship with everyone in the building. I would recommend this community for any age, but definitely for your loved ones!!!

Excellent staff with excellent care. The caregivers and nurses really care about loved ones in my experience. My grandmother had dementia and passed away after about a year at being in their facility. It was obvious she had great care as she was well taken care of. All caregivers and nurses that I encountered were soft spoken and kind and always willing to go the extra mile.

When I first walked into this building, I was immediately struck with how beautiful the community was. It is a very elegant and inviting atmosphere. Had the opportunity to stop by Storypoint of Grove City earlier this week. Now I know it’s a new facility but, WOW! It was so much more than I expected. The staff, especially Laura, were very nice and eager to answer every question I could think of. They even gave me a tour of the building.

I feel StoryPoint as a whole goes beyond expectation . The culinary department always reaches past its goals to feed the resident the best quality of food and take consideration in what our residents wants and needs of food are .
