A few months ago our parents who are in their mid 90's moved into Grace. As we began the journey in placing our folks at Grace the administrator Alyssa was very helpful. From the beginning the care of all the staff have been very attentive. Kristi the facility nurse and Josie their nurse practitioner along with all the staff from Martha in the kitchen and Gary in maintenance to LaLa in the salon everyone at GAL have been so helpful and caring in tending to our folks. Thank you all for providing the compassionate care for our parents. My siblings and I greatly appreciate it!

My dad was placed into Grace Memory Care in Twin Falls last year and has since passed away. He was given great care by the staff there who work so hard to do the best for their residents. I am a nurse and working in memory care is very challenging/difficult for a lot of people, including myself. So, I appreciate that there are those special people that can work with these vulnerable adults and do it well. Special thanks to Janice and Stacy for managing the unit which is a monumental task at times. And always thankful for the hard-working caregivers there.....your kindness to my dad will never be forgotten.

My mother lived at Grace Memory Care for most of 2023 before she passed away. The care givers and activity coordinator were so kind and considerate with my mom. My mom had Parkinson's and dementia and the staff treated her with such respect and patience on her good days and bad days. Since I work full time, I am so grateful for the care they gave her when I couldn't be there for her. I am very impressed with the facility and would recommend it without any reservation.

My parents moved into Grace Assisted Living together and then progressed to Memory Care. The staff was attentive, caring and very respectful of my parents desire to stay together. My mother recently passed away and the staff has been wonderful in looking after my father and helping keep his spirits up. Kathryn the Activity Director has been instrumental in rekindling my father's love of playing his guitar. I can't say enough about the entire staff at Grace and the care they provide to the residents.

THANKFUL! I was seeking a clean and safe home for my loved one, we needed a team of people to help us. In the memory care at Grace I was pleasantly surprised to find not only care takers but I found a team of people with beautiful hearts. I'm thankful for everyone there and how they pour emotional and physical care into each resident and also for Kathrine, the event coordinator who keeps life interesting and fun for the precious people at Grace.

Mom started with Assisted Living and as her dementia progressed is currently in Memory Care and we are very pleased with her care and the way she feels with the caregivers. The afternoon arts and crafts and all the activities they do to keep her as sharp as possible is fantastic. I recommend that this facility be visited before mami g a decision. We checked we several and pleased we chose Grace.

My dad recently moved into Grace Assisted Living in Twin Falls. The staff made the transition as easy as possible. They have answered our questions and have been providing excellent care. My dad compliments the food each time we talk. There are many activities for him to attend. He also appreciates the medication management, apartment cleaning, and laundry services. Someone is always there to help which makes us feel secure in our decision. I highly recommend the facility.

As one comes in they will notice the interior decor is very appealing and welcoming. It's nice when visiting to have that coffee always available in the dining room. My experiences with the staff have been good. The courtyards are a very nice feature. It's nice to see the social and recreation events coming back.

Though we'd like to think Grace and Grace Memory Care are perfect, they are really close. Mom gained a new home, friends and caregivers in October of 2015. One of the best decisions we made for Mom. My great grandma is at the grace memory care unit, as she has dementia. I was recently informed that she is being kicked out due to going into other patients rooms. She was also verbally and mentally abused by a staff member there. Was informed by the facility of this incident. Also they do not try to give proper nutritionist foods to their patients. My great grandma needed to be on a gluten free diet and they gave her what everyone else is eating. This is not right as a memory care unit you would think they know how to care for those who have no idea who they are. Do not go by the reviews on their website. They only keep the good reviews and delete the bad one. They can’t handle bad reviews and do not try to fix what is wrong with their facility. I would not recommend this care facility to anyone. If I could give zero stars I would.

So far we've been extremely pleased with Grace, it is very nice, clean, with a comfortable atmosphere and friendly staff. So nice that mom can get her hair and nails done without having to leave. When passing other residents they all seem happy, and are all very nice. We would recommend to others looking for Assisted Living.

My mother has been a resident of Grace Assisted Living in Twin Falls, ID for the past 4 years. I am very happy with the care she receives there. The staff is very caring and always goes above and beyond to make sure she has the best care possible. They are always so cheerful and more than willing to make sure all her needs are met. My mom feels very comfortable and feels a genuine love from the staff. Housekeeping and maintenance departments both do an exceptional job of keeping the building and rooms in tiptop shape! The kitchen staff provides a wide variety of delicious meals and snacks for the residents. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. I always feel like I can call for any reason and they are more than willing to help. The activity leaders are so awesome! They provide a variety of fun activities that appeal to a wide range of interests. There are several activities planned daily and the residents can choose one or all! I'm very impressed with the professionalism and concern from the administration. Any concerns are addressed quickly and professionally . Regular communication is provided to keep families informed. I have no hesitation to give a 5-star rating to Grace Assisted Living! They deserve it!!!

The time I got to spend with my mom at Grace Assisted Living was a very special time for us. Even through this horrible time of separation I knew she was loved and cared for. There really arent enough words to describe how much I appreciate everyone that works there and took such wonderful care of my mom. When you walk into the front door of Grace, you are immediately struck with the openness and tasteful decor. There is plenty of room for residents to move around safely, whether on their own, with a walker, or a scooter. The fireplaces are welcoming and invite people to gather or just linger. Residents told me they loved it there and were treated so well. Marsha does a great job offering a variety of activities for the residents, including spiritual care. I love that Grace is interested in peoples spiritual well-being as well as other aspects of their lives!
