I cannot say enough about Grove Manor. Not only was my grandmother a resident at both the Glen and the Grove, but working in the long-term care industry I am always quick to recommend Grove Manor Estates when someone asks about senior living. The staff members are exceptional and always so kind – from the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a friendly smile … not to mention, they treat their residents like family. I highly recommend Grove Manor when looking for your loved one!

My mom moved in a month ago and this experience has been the best I could ever ask for. Every single person that works at Grove is amazing…nurses, aids, management, all stuff members. I was scared my mom wouldn't like it, but she has loved every minute of it. Great Memory Care unit, loads of activities and the best care imaginable. Brendan Murphy who is the Director of Marketing has been outstanding. From the initial meeting up until this moment…super knowledgeable and friendly and he has been the best. 5/5 rating for Grove Manor and I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking to move in themselves or to move a loved one.

Moving my mother into Grove Manor has proven to be such a great decision! The staff...I really just can't say enough about the staff there, they are fantastic! From Brendan working his magic and jumping through hoops to accommodate my mother's quick transitional move from IL, into AL and now to memory care, to Briana, Therese, Jaida and the entire nursing staff who have embraced my mother and helped in her adjustment (& are always prompt and receptive to my many questions) to Nicole, the amazing woodlands activity director! (Just to name a few) They have all made it easy, comforting and reassuring for me that mom is in good hands and taken care of. Grove manor is always clean and well landscaped and the residents seem to all have smiles on their faces when I go to visit. There are always activities and/or music going on and they promote interaction amongst the residents while also allowing them the freedom to interact at their own comfort level. The apts are all good size and always clean and the meals always smell good. I would definitely recommend Grove Manor to anyone looking for an IL/AL/Memory Care facility.

We have been extremely pleased with our experience at Grove Manor Estates. People interested in this review likely already appreciate the challenges and unpredictability that come with caring for your aging parents. The team at Grove Manor have been understanding and empathetic partners all along this journey. They have been exceptionally flexible and responsive as care needs have changed. We originally selected Grove Manor because we were hopeful to find a home for my parents that could evolve as their conditions did. Two years later, there is great comfort in knowing we made an excellent decision.

My Dad moved up from Florida and into Grove Manor Estates a year and a half ago. His apartment was a perfect size. bright, and sunny. My Dad at 100 said, "I'm convinced that Grove Manor is the best community in the whole world." I agree. The staff are compassionate and caring, and very responsive to the needs of the residents. The staff at Grove Manor Estates really became an extension of our family.

I am so very pleased with how happy both of my 90+ year old parents are living at Grove Manor. They have been residents since February 2021. This privately owned facility is exactly what was needed for my struggling parents. Their one bedroom unit is comfortable and quiet. This facility is well maintained, clean, and so well run. They receive three wonderful meals a day all expertly prepared in house. Any maintenance issued are addressed immediately. The staff goes out of their way for both residents and their families. My parents receive laundry, housekeeping, medication prompting, and showering assistance. They can also take part in lots of activities and events to keep them busy. I highly recommend Grove Manor.

My mom is fairly new, just since June. Just wanted to say that I really love the place, and can’t speak highly enough of ALL the staff. They are all so nice and accommodating. They really go out of their way to help or answer questions, and I have had many, as this was all new for us as a family. I can’t thank them enough. It really is a GREAT place to be. I highly recommend it. Thank you.

Our decision to move our parents' into Grove Manor was the best decision. After a bad fall it was apparent that our dad would be unable to go home. My siblings and I made the decision to move them into Grove Manor for respite care. My parents settled in nicely. The staff is amazing creating a family feel! My mom and dad LOVE the wait staff, most who are high school students, they are so kind, personable and interact well with the residents:)! Veronica who cleans their apartment is amazing and patient with mom. My parents' were so happy that it was decided they would stay. We couldn't be happier!!

My dad was in rehab and couldn't go home I contacted Grove Manor and they were so accommodating that he and my mom moved in a week later for respite care and they provided all furniture, bedding, towels, etc. My parents love it that they have now decided to stay. Heidi, Kim and Danielle really went out of their way to help me and handled everything. In less than a month the progress made by my dad is unbelievable.

Grove manor used to be a wonderful place.at one time but as of late it has gone way down. Activities are depressing. Residents sit in the library most of the day. Food has gone down. Continental breakfast is a the same thing day after day. Never anything special . Seems to be a lot of agency that don't know the assignments so residents don't get all they are paying for like laundry service. There seems to be no one at the front so residents are left to let people in the door. The one good thing about grove manor they let get away was Amy! Those who know grove manor knew Amy. She was the only one in her department that seemed to worked for the residents and the residents knew they could count on her. Let's just say the place is getting so bad that the numbers on the elevator don't match the floor you are on . Very confusing for anyone new. The little things are slipping through the cracks.

I’m glad to see many people had positive experiences at Grove Manor. Unfortunately that was not the expensive our family had. It was such a unsettling and upsetting experience it has taken me a long time to write about it. Bottom line it is a beautiful place but if your parent needs any care more than help with medication it is not the place for your parent. The staff was cruel and unhelpful to my Mom. It was Covid we couldn’t get into help my Mom out. The hierarchy management we’re unkind and bullying to myself and my family. We felt like we were being held hostage to be able to get help for my Mom. It was so unsettling and upsetting we had to hire a consultant to be a go between between Grove Manor and myself and Sister. If your parent is healthy and 100% Independant it may be a good place for your parent. But if your looking for kindness and compassion this is not your place. Don’t let the beautiful surroundings fool you. The most important thing most want for their parent is good care, kindness and compassion and you will not find that at Grove Manor.

After my Mom passed my dad moved into the Glen of Grove Manor. My sister and I visited a few other places before choosing the Glen and we know we made the right decision. He was a long time resident of Braintree and wanted to remain there. He lived there for two years before recently passing away. His studio apartment was beautiful. Toasty in the winter, cool in the summer. He was not an easy guy to know but within a short period of time he made many friends. They call themselves the porch gang. He spent his days walking the grounds and chit chatting with residents and staff. The food was delicious and he enjoyed most meals in the beautiful dining room, complete with caring servers and cloth napkins. Grove Manor staff are caring and patient. They are always available if you need to speak with someone or you want someone to check in on your loved one. I highly recommend the Glen!

My dad moved into the Glen of Grove Manor after my mother died and it was the best decision we could have made. He lived there for two years before recently passing away. The Grove has beautiful apartments; dad was in a studio which was the perfect size for him. It was cozy and warm in the winter and in summer he had access to AC if needed. He enjoyed delicious full course meals in a beautiful dining room setting, daily activities and most importantly socialization with other residents and staff. The Grove Manor staff are wonderful; from administration to the operations department; it is like a family and they are always available if you need to speak with someone or you want someone to check in on your loved one. Knowing that your loved one is safe, secure and happy is a wonderful feeling and that is how we felt from the moment he began living there until his passing.

Grove Manor Estates has been wonderful to my mother. The staff is exceptional and always notifies me with any concerns. Their response is quick to any of my questions or concerns. The building and grounds are well kept and feels like youre in a hotel. My mother enjoys the activities they provide as well. She has been in the assisted living portion of the estate and now the memory care unit. Im grateful she has a great place to stay in her elder years. I would highly recommend Grove Manor.

When my father died, we had to find a place for my mother who could no longer live alone. How fortunate we were to find Grove Manor Estates. Her apartment feels like home and the staff feel like family. We have peace of mind knowing that she is well cared for not just physically, (although she doesnt need much care at this time, its comforting to know care is available when she does need it) but emotionally and socially. There is a wide variety of engaging activities, from chair exercise, to word games, to the beloved Bingo! The food is nourishing and delicious. Mom is very happy, and that makes us happy. The staff genuinely cares about each resident and is responsive to individual concerns. The grounds are lovely and seasonally decorated. I cannot say enough good things about Grove Manor.

My mother has lived at Grove Manor for 2 years and has been so happy there. They have provided an active social calendar, regular exercise classes, entertainment and games, celebrations for birthdays and holidays. The building and the grounds are beautiful and beautifully seasonally decorated. Covid restrictions have been strictly abided by to assure the maximum level of health and safety for residents and staff alike. Mom has made many friends and since she stopped driving takes advantage of the shuttle service for her shopping needs and some medical appointments. As her daughter I feel very comfortable that she is well cared for and others besides me and my siblings are looking out for her. And in the event of her no longer being able to live independently she can move to the Assisted Living residence for a higher level of care. Thank you Grove Manor.

My Mom moved in to Grove Manor about 16 months ago. She has a lovely apartment at the end of a wide, cheerful, bright hallway. Mom has enjoyed the many activities that happen daily, and loves the dining room and delicious food. Most of all, my mom has found the staff members to be very warm and friendly. I am a frequent visitor to Grove Manor and I love it there. The grounds are immaculate and landscaped with beautiful flowers , benches and fountains. The natural rock and trees are so New England. The buildings are well kept and not overly large , and also are very charming New England! I never feel guilty leaving Mom because I know she goes to bed tired and satisfied with her days, and looking forward to the next day.

Our 93 y.o. Mom moved into The Glen at Grove Manor Estates over 1 year ago. It is difficult for an elderly person to move out of their home and their town so that they can be closer to their son or daughter. The staff at Grove Manor has made this transition a positive experience in all ways. We consider all of the staff our new extended family. The atmosphere is always welcoming and the daily calendar is filled with social activities. Residents can choose which activities they wish to participate in or stay in for the day in their very cozy apartments. Our mother receives excellent care for her daily personal needs and podiatrists, dentists and other professional staff are available if needed. The kitchen and dining room staff also receive 5 stars. Our family is so grateful to the administration at Grove Manor because we are able to attend Holiday dinners with our Mom. The food is excellent and many of the wait staff are high school students who interact so well with the elderly population. Grove Manor Estates is a 5 star assisted living facility but most importantly, they are a 5 STAR FAMILY.

I dont know where to begin because there are so many wonderful people at Grove Manor Estates. My Mom was a resident in the Woodlands section of Grove Manor. This is their memory care unit. The care she received there was exceptional. Everyone and I mean everyone from Fran the wonderful activities director, Louise the nurse, all of the aids, the cleaning lady and Amy (who works everywhere at Grove Manor) treated her like she was their own mother. My Mom was there for almost 5 years. That care also extended to the family. They were always there with encouraging words of support. If you are looking for a safe, comfortable and loving home for your family member you will not go wrong in choosing Grove Manor Estates.

The nursing staff and aides were very kind and compassionate. Whenever we needed a question answered, they were prompt in replying. Once my mother moved into the Woodlands, I got to interact with the aides and nurses more. They were all very attentive to my mothers needs and I was extremely pleased with all of them. The Activity Director in the Woodlands is the nicest person you could ever meet. She caters to her patients as if they were her own family. My mother really enjoyed her time at Grove Manor and I highly recommend this Assisted Living Community. I would be remiss if I did not mention Amy who is the Jack of All Trades at Grove Manor. Any time you need help, Amy was there. All the residents love Amy!

My wife asked me to post her review for all those people who are looking for a place for their loved ones to reside. It can be an overwhelming time in your life when you realize that your parent or any family member can no longer take care of themselves and you can no longer meet their needs on your own. When it happened to me I was lucky because I had already had an uncle and a family friend that once lived at the Grove Manor Estates. I knew right away and without question that my mother Agnes would be loved and cared for and feel at home at the Grove. Its a beautiful place to live. I cannot say enough about the incredible staff. From the aides, nurses, entertainment and activities department, the staff in the dining room and maintenance crew, you will never find better than these special people. Their eyes and ears are always open to the needs of the people that live there. They will become your family. The individual care and true love that they give is for real. You can rest assured knowing that your loved one is being treated with the best of care always! I recently lost my mother, Agnes. The support and care I got went beyond anything that I could have imagined. Not only did they make my mothers last days more comfortable, they helped me get through one of the worst times of my life. I dont know what I would have done without them all these years. I love them from the bottom of my heart. Ive been to other assisted living residences in the past many years ago with other family members and I can say without question that the Grove Manor Estates is by far the best. There is no comparison. Whether you are looking for independent living at the Glen or assisted living at the Grove or Alzheimers care at the Woodlands, this is the place to go if you want to be confident that your loved one is being cared for in the very best way possible. I hope that this helps anyone that is confused on what to do when looking for the right place for someone you love. My aunt Theresa (Terry) and I are very grateful to have had all the people that work at the Grove Manor Estates in our lives. Debby Haas
