When my mom moved in she was very nervous about needing assisted living but that has changed now! The staff are great and help her when needed but are not intrusive. The activities are fun and her apartment is spacious and nice. She's adjusting to her new home quickly and enjoying the community. Thank you everyone for taking such good care of her!

This is a very caring place for the elderly. Especially with COVID dominating so many lives. Hearth has been an excellent home for my mother during these challenging times.The Hearth has communicated very well with all outside family members to inform everyone of the status of the facility, limited visitations, virtual visits, pre-cautionary quarantines, and the freedoms when available.This should be a standard all other Assisted Living Communities should follow.

Ive been very happy with the care my mom has received at The Hearth at Stones Crossing under the Assisted Living area. Its extremely difficult to limit the spread of Covid-19, and greatly appreciate all the safety precautions taken by The Hearth to provide a safe environment from our mom.

I broke nearly my entire back in a fall on water and slush just inside the entrance door to the lobby of the independent senior center where I live. After a horribly painful surgery , a wk in the hospital, 6wk in rehab my MD didnt want me to go home alone yet plus I stilled it was needed extensive PT&OT esp on my LT side. I was very negative about this place until the tour. Everyone was smiling laughing, they waved at me and didnt even know me. I was sold! The people are great residents and staff.the FOOD IS WONDERFUL ample and choices good if you dont like th 2 entree choices. Plenty of trips to stores, banks. It is going to be very hard to leave this wonderful place next Saturday when it is time for me to go home! Thank you all for a positive experience in a bad situation! You made me so happy here and I know it helped me heal faster.

Just moved my mother-in-law to The Hearths assisted living since they take Medicaid applicants. She needs expert care after her stroke; its good to see her finally socializing and eating healthy!

Great experience for my mother, UNTIL she moved out over 4 months ago. They make it IMPOSSIBLE and have constantly given her the run around about getting her money that is due back to her.. Now, if she would be late with her monthly payment there would be a 1.5% interest added to her monthly balance. I wonder if that will apply in her balance due back to her.

Great staff and very loving, always working together from management down. Its so nice to see everyone pitch in to provide a warm loving environment for their residents and community. Really impressed with the recent upgrades. This is a community you must see for yourself.
