I work in home health and go into several buildings. Keystone has the best staff and residents. Everyone is so happy and friendly. They do so many activities for their residents. I would recommend this place to anyone looking including my parents.

My dad's quality of life has improved immensely since he moved to Keystone. He gets great care, lots of enrichment and (most important) LOVE. The staff is incredible and we feel like family. Thank God for Keystone.

I would give Keystone Place 6 stars if I could! I spent today playing Bingo and going to Happy Hour with my father. The positive energy there is amazing! My dad has such great care in Assisted Living. I feel blessed that he is in such a wonderful environment!

My husband and I toured for a possible home for my husband's Mother. We were very impressed with the facility. Christine and Mary gave us a tour and told us about all the awesome activities they have and got the feeling of how the residents are well cared for and treated with respect. We will definitely consider Keystone Place at Terra Bella if she moves to our area.

The activities department is fantastic. Always so happy to spend time with my mother and make her feel special. I also want to mention Tyler the RN. Tyler is very good at what he does and we are lucky to have him as well.

I love the residents at Keystone, the staff is amazing and very helpful. The food could have some improvement but overall it’s a great place with lots of activities and the activity staff enables us to get involved with the planning which is nice.

I have been working as a server at Keystone Place at Terra Bella for a year and a few months now. The residents here are friendly and the staff are caring and dependable including the nurses/CNAs, management, facilities maintenance crew, activity crew, concierges, housekeepers, kitchen crew, etc. My favorite thing about working here is the positive work environment from everyone. I am sad that I have to leave my job due to college but I ensure you that this is the place to be for a happy retirement.

Why Keystone Place at Terra Bella???? Not only is Keystone Place at Terra Bella a great place to work, its a family! I have been at Keystone for over 2 year and started when the building was still under construction. I was able to see all the fresh new faces with staff and residents with their families. With any facility there will be ups and down, residents moving out, and employees leaving for whatever reason. I at one time thought about leaving and when you get all the residents and their families come up you ask say all these wonderful things about you and what you have done for them, it makes you want to cry and rethink your decision. I was so over whelmed that I stayed. I was so glad I did. With that being said, that the management team and all department staff that are here now enjoy each other and the residents with their families. Our staff are wonderful and I really enjoy working side by side with them. We take the time and effort to get to know the families and the residents, we encourage this. We have laughed with all the wonderful personalities and cried with every heart broken loss in our home at Keystone. Not only do we stop and take care of the residents we also take the time to listen to the family members. For example, we have a husband and wife that has a daughter the comes in 2-3 times a week to help them with laundry and taken them to appointment. She does have other family, but they live out of state and she just live a few miles away. She has been doing this been doing this a long time and seeing that we take time to get to know the family we notice that she looked off. So, we took the time to stop her and asked are you ok, do you need any help, or do you just want to talk. Thats what she needed was to talk and have someone notice that she needed to vent and that someone cares not only about her parents but her as well. We are very much about resident care and safety (the nursing staff are wonderful and amazing), but we do like to have joke and have fun. With the needs of the resident and all that they ask for things that they are not sure for housekeeping and maintenance is the joke is that five dolla, everything is five dolla (LOL). This always puts a smile on their faces. I really enjoy learning about the residents life, it opens your eyes to what people have experienced in their lives. The residents that have served our country, residents that are very artistic, residents that are New England Patriots Fans (LOL), residents that lived in Germany during WWII, residents that where CEOs of big companies, and I can go on and on with talking about the wonderful residents here at Keystone. Oh, and our dining is off the charts with the quality of food and the kitchen, dining staff are awesome! So, to sum it all up, Keystone Place at Terra Bella I feel has the most amazing staff, amazing residents and families, and the facility is awesome! COME SEE for yourselves and take a tour with our amazing marketing team, we would love to see you!

The staff is great - helpful, caring, friendly. The facility is nicely decorated and the apartments are spacious. There are activities both at the facility and off-site. The food however, has declined significantly over the last few months. When Keystone Place first opened the food was excellent. Now its difficult some days to find a healthy entree. There is more processed food, fried food, high calorie, high fat food and lower quality food. Theres also too much salt many times. The facility offers no special diet meals not even on the assisted living side. Very disappointed in the decline.

As a Memory Care Coordinator in the Harbor, I am proud of our excellent program which engages our residents in a daily basis and provide them an enriched lifestyle. We establish great relationships with both families and the residents, inviting the families to join us on dinner and many events. I enjoy working in this friendly environment, with the helps from the staffs in different department, we are able to design and hold many fun events.

Wonderful place to live. Food is delicious. I recently had the best crab cakes I have ever eaten. Some of my favorites are stuffed shells, chicken Marsala, and flank steak. The food is restaurant quality. The person who said the food has gone downhill must not be eating in the same place as I am.

I was so impressed with community when I toured. I also want to share how absolutely wowed I was at the food! I was at an event for the residents at Terra Bella recently. I was invited by a friend. The decor, friendliness, accommodations, and the entire dining experience was amazing. Truly, I am no stranger to 5 star restaurants, and what Chef Chris Badger served for all of us would rival any top chef! Thank you for caring and catering to seniors in the manner they should be.

Toured this amazing community today. I am totally convinced this is a good fit for Mom. Its beautiful inside and out. The staff is very friendly, and very knowledgable. The rooms and resident spaces are immaculate. The residents are moving about, busy, friendly, and happy.

I feel so fortunate to have this place available for my mom. She has lived here for 6 months and loves it! She has lots of friends and is involved in many activities. She is living a full and vibrant life! The staff here really and truly care for the residents and go above and beyond to make this a great place to be.
