Very nice facility. The palm trees give off the feeling like you are in a vacation. They are nice when we come to visit my dad with the kids and lets us spend nice time with him. My dad says that they are treating him very good and he likes the people there and said that even he likes the food. Thank you palmcrest doe taking care of him it is a big help for my family!

My grandmother is currently a resident at Palmcrest Grand and I had recently visited her for one of the parties that they were having. They were all having such a great time and it was awesome to see that my grandmother managed to make some friends! I jokingly asked if she wanted to come home with us and she said yea right! Happy to see that they are taking care of my grandmother and would recommend this place to anyone looking to feel a part of a community at the retirement stage of their life.

Thank you Palmcrest for always taking good care of my mother. She can get difficult sometimes because she is very picky, specially when it comes to sleeping arrangement but the folks over at palmcrest have always made sure that her bed is neat and clean and she feels comfortable in her room. What is surprising to me was that she likes the food considering how picky she is when comes to eat at my family's house. The caretakers are always very respectful and kind when we come to see her. The facility is nice and clean and has a great feel to it, and having my mom enjoy her time makes me feel that we have made the right choice. Thank you Palmcrest!!

Palmcrest is literally the only nursing home that I would send a loved one to. This facility can be compared to a nice hotel. It is so homelike and bright. I never feel uncomfortable or anxious when visiting. The owner Morris checks in on my mother every day, and I love how sweet their relationship is. I can also call him at any time to check in. I am a big fan of this establishment.

My dad has been here for 6 months, and he has adjusted so well to this new environment. I never thought he would be happy living in a facility like this, and I am so grateful to all the staff for everything they do for him. The building is clean and always smells good. Palmcrest is the finest facility of its kind and I recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, secure, and unique nursing home that truly cares about its patients and their families.

When it came to looking for a nursing home for my grandparents, we visited every facility within 30 miles. After exhausting all our options, a friend recommended touring Palmcrest Grand residence. During our initial meeting with Morris, we were so impressed with how warm and friendly he was. He offered us a very exciting deal, and we moved them both in the next week. We visit our grandparents at palmcrest every Thursday, and it is so nice to see how they have bonded with the community. Palmcrest is now part of our family. So thank you Morris and the palmcrest team. We really appreciate you all.

This is a fantastic facility! Just love the staff, the ambiance, the caregivers, everything! We placed my father in law there almost two months ago, and we just love the way they take excellent care of him. It's nice to see the same people. Not much turnover. One person who makes everything go smoothly is Erin the director. She is the absolute best. She is so great with the staff, residents and she makes everyone feel special. I can go to her with any type of question, and she always returns her calls, and makes herself available to assist. We look forward to the holidays, as they have so many activities for the residents. The place is really nice...a beautiful dining room and courtyard that are both very well maintained. The staff is friendly and the residents are always well dressed and seem very happy. Many of them wave hello whenever I visit my mother. So happy this is where she is living.

I never thought I would write a review for a skilled nursing facility, but we were touched by the unconditional service we received from Morris and his team. Morris was always available when we called and prioritized our wants. Every promise was delivered in a timely manner.

The home is always clean and orderly whenever I visit. The residents all look happy and are treated well and with dignity. The staff are all really friendly and cannot do enough to help. The activities are really suited to the residents and always seem to be fun. Everybody is so personable, so it feels like one big family. I love that Morris is so welcoming and has personal relationships with all patients and their families.

My brother and I are beyond pleased that we found Morris and Palmcrest to take care of our father. When the staff was assisting him, they treated him like a member of their families. The office was flexible about scheduling, and did a particularly good job choosing caregivers that were compatible with his personality. Moving my mother into an assisted living home was one of the most emotionally wrenching decisions I’ve ever had to make. While looking for the most suitable facility I was experiencing so much guilt and grief that I could not come to a decision. When I met Morris from Palmcrest, I instantly felt a sense of relief. His passion and empathy gave me the peace of mind of knowing that my mother would be happy and secure throughout the transition. I felt comfort in knowing that he would be there with her on a daily basis and that I could call his cell phone to check in at any point in time. I could not be happier that I found Palmcrest. It’s so different than the other residences I visited, and I absolutely love that my mother feels at home.

When I met with Morris from palmcrest I was immediately convinced that this would be the perfect place for my mom. The caretakers are all lovely and the level of attention my mother receives is brilliant. I truly couldn’t ask for a better group of staff or a better home. Dealing with aging parents is never simple but you all made the pathway so much easier.

A friend told us about Palmcrest and how the new owners (Shout out to Morris and Rachel!) had completely re-renovated the facility. We went down to see it and were very impressed. The whole place had a very fresh new feel. Everyone looked happy and well taken care of, this place was clearly the right choice for our grandma. We moved her in a month ago and couldn't be happier. Morris and Rachel are a superstar team, thank you guys for making a tough process as smooth and as stress free as possible. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Hi Everyone, this facility is a dream come true, we just moved my grandmother to their new memory care unit its nicer then a lux hotel, staff are just fantastic, very helpful always available and any changes to her condition they call us right away.
