What a lovely place. The staff is so supportive and welcoming at such a delicate time in our life. All of my questions have been answered and I know mom will be well taken care of here. The facility is beautiful and the residents seem really happy- Especially with all of the activities and support that is offered. The food is really good and even the activities for the extended family are wonderful. I have been given so much support too by Kelly. Couldn’t say enough good things about this place- It’s an answer to our family’s prayer.

Middleton was an excellent choice for assisted living and additional services for my 95 year-old mother. Staff members (nurses, aides, culinary, front desk, facilities, all others) were kind, caring and went out of their way to be responsive to her needs and to us. Care was effectively coordinated with Ohio’s Hospice of Central Ohio as my mom transitioned. Based on our experience I would highly recommend Middleton to others.

I attended an event at Middleton Senior Living on Feb. 21 and was so impressed with the facility, the staff, the food, and the energy of the residents. It was a mixer with music and the staff danced along with the residents and created such a fun atmosphere! Even the ones who didn't dance were clapping and having a great time.

Middleton is SO cozy & joyful! I love the way the residents and staff interact and how residents interact with each other. I observed kindness and genuine attention & interest in each resident. There is always an abundance of group gatherings/conversations & celebrations, diverse activities providing something for everyone, special events, field trips, entertainment and music that brings back great memories, interactive & uplifting.

My Mother was a resident at Middleton and was loved by the staff and felt like she was at a five-star hotel. I always felt that she was well cared for and I was always kept advised of any issues. This is where I want to live when the time comes.

I feel so lucky to have such a great partnership with Middleton Senior Living. We partner together annually on fundraising for The Longest Day through the Alzheimer's Association and the whole staff at Middleton gets involved! Any event I've attended, you can tell their residents are happy and well cared for- and their staff is second to none. Such a great community!

Making the decision or helping a parent(s) make the decision to enter a Senior Living community is not an easy task. Middleton's entire staff made this much easier for my Dad to leave his home and joint their community. He was resident in Assisted Living for three years and transitioned into Memory Care for a year. Myself, and entire family were always welcome to visit, dine, attend facility events and inquire about his wellbeing with staff. Middleton has a variety of events, activities and educational guest available to residents of all physical and 'intellect' levels. Dad was not a 'bingo player' and he'd tell you : ) But there where so many other activities (mostly music for him) that he was never without something social to do. The healthcare and medical attention he was given while there was beyond the call of normal nursing. He loved the staff and as they say, "loved where he lived". Middleton continues to impress me with their involvement in the community outside of their own residents. They support local Senior centers, Dementia support groups and educational programs on Aging and Dementia.

Love working with them as a vendor, they are easy to work with and always demanding the best for their residents. I personally know people who’ve had family members stay here and they have had nothing but good things to say. It’s easy to see they really care about their residents!

I've taught Tai Chi classes at Middleton for several years. The facilities are elegant and inviting. The staff members are always friendly and helpful. The residents are always cheerful and appreciative. Middleton is one of my favorite places to teach.

Both my mother and brother lived at Middleton for a few years. They were well cared for by the kind staff. There were daily activities, outings, entertainment, good food and family fun events. Definitely a step above many assisted living establishments in their care and concern for the residents. My mother passed away surrounded by family at Middleton. My brother stayed for awhile until it became evident, due to several circumstances, that he needed a nursing home. We were sorry to move him but very grateful for the good experience he and my mother had at Middleton.

We are thankful Middleton Senior Living is in Granville. We are impressed with their dynamic & clean facilities. Middleton’s staff & leadership team are responsive & knowledgeable. Their expertise & guidance are appreciated, especially when a loved one is involved. Every time we’ve been at Middleton, my family & our children enjoy interacting with the kind residents. Middleton welcomes the Granville community with their exceptional outreach programs such as Oktoberfest (our favorite), Halloween Trick or Treat (before COVID), fireworks display, Magic Nate Show, & high school steel drums/pans concert. Middleton Senior Living is willing to partner with the community for service projects such as Socks for Seniors (providing new socks to home bound senior citizens). During COVID, we provided Valentine’s Day & Christmas cards to each resident. Thank you, Middleton Senior Living, for being an asset to our family & our community in Granville.

My mother was in the memory care unit for about two years. The staff was always kind and very caring, doing whatever they could to make her comfortable. This included the Covid-19 time, which was difficult for everyone.

My father was in the memory care unit of Middleton for respite care and later for permanent care. Dementia and Alzheimer’s are such terrible diseases. Your loved one slowly slips away from pleasant memories they made during their lifetime, and they are left with a day to day existence of experiencing only what is happening to them now. I believe Middleton does a wonderful job of helping your loved one feel loved and well cared for and their time filled with interesting, fun activities to help make their last experiences happy ones. Unfortunately, my father contracted Covid while in residence at Middleton and passed within 2 weeks. I can’t fault Middleton for the Covid. That was a terrible, tragic time all across the world. I know the staff at Middleton did everything they possibly could to protect their residents and staff from Covid. But the worst part for me was knowing that Dad was sick and probably would not survive, but protocol measures prevented visitation with Dad both at Middleton and at the intensive care unit in the hospital. I take great comfort in knowing that Dad was always loved and properly cared for at Middleton during his final days there.

Middleton was the perfect place for my mother when she decided to leave her home. The staff at Middleton was always caring and attentive. Mom made great friends and daily enjoyed many activities and bus trips coordinated by the Middleton staff. My family was invited to many social events at Middleton which we always enjoyed. As mom aged and her medical needs increased, the staff at Middleton responded and took excellent care of her. Knowing my mom was safe and well cared for was a tremendous relief for me. I strongly recommend Middleton Senior Living.

My mother was a resident for 2 years at Middleton in their memory care unit and received exceptional care. I moved her there from another facility where the care had become substandard. Everything we were promised occurred. I had concerns that if she became bedridden, they would want her transferred somewhere else but they promised me that would not be the case and indeed they were able to provide for her until her passing. Food was very good and more than ample. The staff was wonderful. Would definely highly recommend Middleton to others.

My dad has lived at Middleton for seven years. We could not be more pleased with the level of care from all his nurses and care team. The administration and wellness team has been fantastic to work with and guide us through many challenges through CoVid and managing and structuring a care plan for my dad. He has made wonderful friends and brings us such peace of mind that he is happy and safe and cared for in all aspects of life. The activity team provides amazing events and celebrations and always has options of getting involved. Highly recommend Middleton Senior Living.

My mother was at Middleton and in the memory care unit. She was treated so well there. All of the nurses were amazing and the memory care coordinator, all were just incredible. I just really could not think of any place that I could have taken her that she would be better cared for. I am so thankful to all those ladies that helped her and just really cannot say enough nice things about them for the nice way that they treated me and her. I have to say that not being able to care for her in my home was was difficult however putting her in Middleton made it so comfortable for me also. This place is amazing This place is amazing

Middleton Senior Living is a beautiful facility. It is very clean and pleasant. The staff is very friendly and professional and is truly willing to help in any way. They all address the residents by their name and make you feel welcome. There are many activities for the residents to participate in. The dining room is large and enjoyable. There is an on-site beauty shop, chapel, exercise room and theater. I highly recommend Middleton for your home.

I have volunteered at Middleton for many parties and also have visited Middleton with my guitar to play for the residents. The staff was very nice and engaged with the residents. It was very clean and the atmosphere is always so fun!
