She will go above and beyond for her residents and that is seen daily by myself and rhe rest of our family. The overall staff is very friendly and helpful. Also l, would like to mention Ann at Concierge and 3rd floor dietary staff for professionalism and kindness. The regular 2nd shift nurse is loved by my parents as well on the 3rd floor. Rose is a wonderful place to live. The staff and most of the residents are friendly. I enjoy resident gardening, happy hours and the music programs. The art program has introduced me to the watercolor painting which I throughly enjoy. Robin is our Activities Director and brings much joy to the residents. Stacy is our Director of Resident Navigation which actually means we can go to her with most questions and quickly get an answer.

We moved my Aunt and Father to The Rose in May 2025. One is in the Memory Care and the other lives in regular Assisted Living. The care and atmosphere are WONDERFUL! Staff are kind, helpful and attentive. The building and grounds are Gorgeous!! Food is excellent and the dining options (restaurant, etc) make it so nice for residents who want to entertain guests and family members! The activities offered are fun and uplifting and encourage opportunities for socialization and stimulation! As a Nurse and family member (with lots of experience with Assisted Living facilities) I can say Rose is THE BEST Senior Living Facility on the Westside of Cleveland! I highly encourage anyone looking for Senior living to take a tour !

I recently had the opportunity to visit this community while attending a marketing event with a friend, and I was truly impressed. The food was absolutely delicious, and every staff member we met was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The entire facility was clean, well-maintained, and had a warm, comfortable atmosphere. I took my 84 year old Mother to the Holiday Open House at Rose Senior Living. This place is absolutely beautiful. Several of the residents served as Ambassadors which was such an excellent opportunity to ask questions and gain insight into what it was like to live there. All of their reviews were wonderful and glowing. It was such a nice touch and the end of the tour to take home some homemade cookies baked by dear Bella from the kitchen staff, who the residents clearly adore. After residing at Rose Senior Living Avon for the last five weeks I can heartily recommend it as a place to seriously consider if you are looking for an Independent Living facility. From the time that Carol showed me around to the day that Lisa moved me in I have been impressed by the care and attention shown by the staff. The residents are friendly and easy to get to know and there is a variety of interesting programs on the daily schedule. I was especially attracted by several unique amenities such as the monthly food allowance, the availability of car ports and the laundry facilities included in each unit. On behalf of my wife and myself I wanted to take a moment to write a review about a tour we took through Rose Senior Living in Avon, Ohio. Looking primarily at the independent and assisted living areas. I was throughly impressed with the entire experience. The moment you drive up you can see the grounds are so well maintained. Strolling around the property is mentally satisfying. Inside I was greeted with smiles. I’m not just taking about the staff I am also referring to the residents I encountered. I made it a point to speak to some of them. I wanted to get their input about their stay and the care they received there. I was pleasantly pleased with the responses I received. The building itself was just lovely. It was classy, clean and truly inviting. The cafe and dining areas were very well taken care of I would even call it elegant. The exercise area was a nice surprise as well as the tavern area. Such a nice place to gather. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and very much up to date. Back to the staff, I realize in this era we are living in, staffing can be quite a challenge with skills, personalities and attitudes. The staff I engaged with were all polite, professional and seemed to enjoy working there. Didn’t mind a busy body like me asking questions. I heard lots of laughter among the residents interacting with the staff. Something I personally paid close attention to. Researching our options for our future is difficult. There are so many places to choose from. Considering the community within the building and the surrounding community. Rose Senior Living rates in the number one slot of a place I can see us settling into.

my 5-star rating is for all of the staff! they make this place come alive and have been the reason I have become more comfortable with my move here in January. when you move into a senior living facility as one of the youngest residents it is a very difficult adjustment and change in your life. The Executive Director showed a genuine concern for me and even after I have somewhat adjusted to this new life, she continues to 'check' on me. The entire Life Enrichment team taking the cue from their director have brought me into their discussions and asked for my input, etc. things like this make me feel like I am part of the team as well as a resident. And there are those 'secret' friends I have made that make me laugh and share secrets with - everyone needs a couple of those in their life too!

The memory care community at Rose in Avon is truly one of the best I've seen. Their entire community is gorgeous, but the memory care really stands out for me. I travel to senior living communities all across northeast Ohio for my job and see a variety of memory care wings in communities; good and bad. I spent many years believing that most care communities simply don't do enough for their residents with dementia as well as over medicate them; Rose changed my mind on how it can be done different! The level of engagement and overall quality for this memory care community is fantastic. The care team in the memory care, including their aides and nurses, unit manager, activities team, and lead caregiver are dedicated, kind, and knowledgeable. The space is beautiful with activity opportunities in every nook and common area of their unit. Their residents are always dressed, clean, and active. They go out of their way to counsel families and provide support and education. They advocate for their residents, especially the ones who cannot advocate for themselves. It is very clear that Rose Avon has all the right priorities and I would highly recommend them. I always enjoy my time there when I visit.

My father was a patient here in the memory care center due to Alzheimer's in 2022-2023. If you have a loved one with Alzheimer's or dementia that isn't aggressive or showing "behaviors" this place is ok. However my father was aggressive and the staff had no idea how to handle him. Their solution was to give him Haldol which made it impossible to visit with him, he was still very coherent and able to hold a conversation. Also the medical staff only takes the patients vitals every month, in my opinion that isn't often enough. My father ended up having aspiration pneumonia and spiking a 103 fever before they noticed anything. Simply listening to his lungs more often could have prevented this, which ultimately led to him passing in 2023 3 weeks after we found out he had it. If you have a loved one with these cognitive issues that is aggressive I recommend Arden Courts in Westlake. It is a smaller facility but they are better equipped to manage those aggressive behaviors. My father was there the last week of his life and passed away there. I wish we would have found it sooner, it may have given him more time.

My mom has lived in the Independent Living section of Rose Senior Living in Avon for 3 years now and has been extremely happy there! There are so many activities -- BINGO, musicians coming in to perform, interesting talks, movies, bible studies, worship experiences and trips to all sorts of stores, restaurants and events. Her apartment is a nice size and has a wonderful balcony. She really enjoys the food in the Rose Cafe. In fact, my whole family enjoys the food, we were just there today joining her for lunch. Rose celebrates all sorts of holidays and special occasions for the residents with themed parties and food. She also enjoys "pub" days where they can go down before dinner, socialize and have an alcoholic beverage, if she chooses. Prior to moving into Rose, my mom was in a townhouse with steps going up to the bedrooms and down to the basement where the laundry was located. As she aged, I was constantly worried about her falling. At Rose, she has a stackable washer and dryer right next to her bathroom. Everything in her Rose apartment is on one floor. The staff is so caring and know her by name. She wears a wristband with a button she can press if she ever needs assistance. My mom has made some great friends at Rose and enjoys catching up with other residents at dinner. Knowing that she has a community and lots of activities gives me peace of mind. My brother and I both agree that moving her into Rose Senior Living was one of the best decisions for both her and for us!

We recently toured Rose Assisted Living in Avon, OH ("RALA") for a family member. While we did not choose RALA due to financial constraints, we were extremely impressed with Carol Morris and the entire team at the facility. They were friendly, caring and gracious. They went out of their way to show kindness towards our family member who is suffering from a debilitating nervous system disorder. Even the residents we encountered during our visit were outgoing and spoke very highly of their experience. If things do not work out at the location we ultimately chose for our family member, we will definitely circle back to RALA and figure out a way we can make it work economically.

Carol Morris provided me with a very thorough tour of Rose senior living. What a beautiful facility! It is so bright and and cheerful. My tour was on Fat Tuesday and there was a Mardi Gras celebration going on. The residents seemed to be enjoying the music and festivities! I barely had to ask any questions because Carol provided so much information and walked me all throughout the community. She knew every resident’s name as we passed. We toured some of the independent and assisted living apartments. I was so impressed with how open and spacious they were. The formal dining room, the caf© and pub room provide a nice variety of dining and social areas. There are also several outdoor areas for activities. I was happy to see all the off site activities and trips planned for residents. They certainly keep the residents entertained! The pricing seemed very reasonable for all that was included.

The grandchildren love having her nearby, and greatly enjoy the community events Rose has to offer. We look forward to the Polka Fest and Trunk-or-Treat every year. Ready or not...here she comes...AGAIN!! My mother had a wonderful time at Rose Senior Living when she was in respite care while I went on vacation for a few weeks. Planning an October, 2021 vacation and she will be returning to Rose. A great environment, helpful and very qualified staff ( they all have smiles on their faces and kind words to say), good tasting food, and plenty of activities to get involved in. She had a great experience and was met with open arms by residents. Her comfort and care is extremely important to me. I am looking forward to her having another successful and happy stay. I would not hesitate to recommend Rose to anyone needing their services!

My mother had fallen seriously ill 2 weeks before my sister and I were leaving on a vacation. We were not comfortable leaving her alone while we were gone. We found the Rose and it was perfect! Their attention to small details, made my mom feel like she was in a resort. She was very happy there. The short term respite care was a perfect solution for all of us. She asked us a few weeks ago if we were planning another vacation!! Knowing how much she loved it and the great care she received makes it so much easier on my sister and I. She will be back with a smile on her face---and so will we!

Our mother was at Rose for a one month respite. We could not be happier with the care she received during her stay at Rose Senior Living. Everything we were told before hand regarding her stay was even better than we anticipated. The marketing group made the transition very seamless. The culinary staff even asked if there were any special meals or dietary restrictions for my mom. Any time we visited the receptionists were always so helpful! Home! This has been the best choice for my mom to call HOME for the last 2 years and I'm so glad she is there at Rose Senior Living in Avon. The marketing staff spent a lot of time helping us to ensure that we made the right move for our Mom. Getting mom situated in Assisted Living had its challenges but not due to anything the facility did (if you're in this situation you know..its overwhelming, challenging, and overall a difficult decision to make for a loved one). The facility was great in helping getting her situated as fast as possible. Before long, she felt welcomed! The staff was great in getting to know her, her likes and in showing her around. The other residents also made her feel welcomed. I felt very comfortable knowing she was in great hands when I left. Before long, my mom was showing the newbies where things were and taking them under her wings. The facility has lots to offer...Clean, different levels of service/apartment types; lots of activities and happenings not just with the residents but with the surrounding community; food is delicious; but above all the staff is great! I can't imagine my mom having to "shelter in place" without the AMAZING STAFF. They have been great during this awful situation we were all dealt. They made it tolerable. And I knew my mom was SAFE! During COVID, we had to move my mom to Memory Care and the STAFF has been FANTASTIC. They keep me updated/informed; let me know what is going on; take my calls with questions; organize virtual and in person visits and above all, I know they CARE for my mom! Its just like my extended FAMILY grew. Truly a great place to call "HOME"!
