If you think deciding whether to place your loved one in a home is difficult, don't forget you still have to decide which home, what type of care, and then you have to actually get them there and settled in. Finding Villa Fontana made it all easier because they made me certain my decisions were right. The Memory Care team there is absolute top notch (James, Sheen, Jane, Julia, Carlos and many more). Immediate response and communication. My mom was very particular with people, and we tried quite a few places before luckily finding Villa Fontana. She was encouraged to be social, which was so important because the transition from fiercely independent to requiring constant care hits hard. Aside from everything you would expect from proper care units (cleanliness, attentiveness, etc.), it was the warm environment provided by the employees and their daily activities (singing, exercise, art, etc.) that made the experience memorable and dignified. There were some rough days, but the staff was always able to make the best of it. I felt very encouraged as well on my visits, and I hope this review expresses my gratitude. Marife, the director, is one of the most kind and caring people you will meet. She doesn't just go through the motions, and it really shows through the rest of the team. And, importantly, she doesn't back away from challenges of the job. Alyssa, Jefferson, and Kayla at the front are friendly and helpful. Lasting nice memories of the ice cream parlor and walks in the courtyard were unexpected extras. If I'm lucky enough to make it to a ripe old age, this place will be at the top of my list. See you at the party!

The staff are great with their charges! Very well cared for individual apartments, with safety for the tenants. Each tenant has a personal call fob to call for assistance anywhere in the facilities. Three good meals, delivered to the clients if they don't come to the dining room. Just wonderful staff and management, carving for clientele and their families. Only "downside" is the building is a bit dated.

My mother has now been residing at Villa Fontana for about 5 months. She loves the staff and her apartment (as she calls it). The care is fantastic and I am at peace knowing her needs are well taken care of. She just had her birthday and they celebrated it with the others. The medical staff is caring and very knowledgeable and keeps in touch with me and her doctors. Everyone we encounter greets us with a smile and a hello treating us and my mother as family all our needs are being met by the very caring staff.

Great family run residential home. You can feel the positive energy from the staff and it shows on the faces of the folks living there. Always someone there to help you. They take really good care of our elderly parents. The residence in rooms and facilities are clean and well kept.
