I'd like to thank the hospice team especially, as well as the daily care team at the Venoy American House for helping with my Mom the last four or so years. Very caring team of hard working, thoughtful people. It's a difficult job but your effort is very much appreciated.

The staff and facilities are wonderful! They did a fantastic job caring for our 94 year old mother while she lived there. They were very friendly and attentive to all of our needs for mom's care. Our family is very thankful for everything the staff did for us.

My mother lives at this American house. Sarah and Cindy go above and beyond at this American House to make sure the people who live there are taken care of. I have had to call a Lyft to get my mother to daycare and they make sure my mother gets picked up. I have been really happy with this place. My mom even goes and spends time in the TV room visiting with other people that live there too. I highly recommend this place. Cindy and Sarah care about the residents that live here. Residents can have their own cell phones or I have a landline in my mother room. They have cable hook up if you want to pay for the services. They take care of my mom laundry and clean weekly. They even have a memory care unit. I won't have to move my mother someplace else once she gets to that point. Check this place out if you need services for your loved ones.

My grandfather recently moved into American House Venoy and I could not be happier. He struggles with dementia and it was no longer safe for him to live alone. I went back and forth with considering the options and settled with American House Venoy. The staff are amazing and genuinely treat the residents as their family. My grandfather is now able to have some independence with his own space yet the assistance he requires. He is able to socialize with the other residents and seems much happier. The staff are patient with him and communicate well with me. Although the choice to move him from his independent home was hard, after seeing how well he is doing with the support from American House Venoy, my only regret is not moving him sooner.

Tamsen, my sister-in- law, 81 years old, is living at American House Venoy for more than six months. I am her closest family member and live in California. She sounds great on the phone, has made several friends and loves the facility, her care givers and enjoying life. I am trying to provide additional assistance for Tamsen to enhance her living at American House Venoy. As I am in California, I find I need help in completing the assistance. My calls to Venoy House have always been received with optimism and support by their staff. With American House Venoy's support and ideas, we have been able to meet Tamsen's needs. Five stars absolutely!!!!!
