I just had the opportunity to spend the weekend at this place ,,and spend the entire weekend with my Mom .. She is 89 years young, and I thank God daily for the love, grace and attention ,,I observed her getting from the staff at this amazing home...I felt love, respect and sincere caring from the entire staff...I am her oldest child and very concerned about her care...The staff at this home show that they are there to love and serve everyone in their care..I was there for three days and two nights and I truly did not want to leave because I was given amazing love and kindness also.Thank You Melrose Garden for your love.God bless.’–™’– ..

My mom has been here for one year now. It is a small, sweet and safe place for her. She has dementia but is still living on the active side of the street. They accommodate her special diet, natural medicinal treatments and eccentricities with ease.

I can't say enough about how wonderful the people are at Melrose Gardens. Beautiful place, clean, always upbeat and positive staff. The staff are very involved with each resident all day, providing wonderful activities that entertain them all. No other place around. I was so impressed when I first walked in. Gorgeous flowers are displayed all around the foyer. Very nice people greeted me when I walked in.

The staff at Melrose treat my mother with respect and love. The med techs to the caregivers make my mom feel special. I visit her at different times of day and I have NEVER had any concerns that I would walk in on her being abused or mistreated. One caregiver even sat with my mom one night when she couldn’t sleep. The facility is small enough where each resident gets special attention. I would definitely recommend Melrose Gardens Assisted living and cottages.

If I could give Melrose Garden 100 stars I would! I can’t express my appreciation enough to this organization that is so dedicated to providing an excellent Community for our seniors. When I think of the Melrose Garden team (Environmental service workers, Concierge services Jackie and Cathy, Nursing Flor and DeDe, Director of Nursing Ivan and Executive director Ron Villacis) I think of passion, commitment, empathy, integrity, love, and joy. If you are considering an assisted living or a family member considering one for a loved one this is the place for you.

Melrose Gardens is a well-managed assisted living facility with Ron Villacis at the helm and is responsible for its outstanding level of service. Premises are always clean inside and outside. The residents are well-taken cared of by friendly and caring staff. I definitely will want to have my family members choose Melrose Gardens when the need for staying in an assisted living comes.

Ron, Ivan, Dee Dee, Jackie, and the whole staff have been lifesavers in taking care of Mom and her needs. Their facility is small enough for me to know everyone involved in Mom's care and for their staff to attend individually to all residents as may be necessary. Yet it is large enough to offer amenities found typically in larger facilities that lack the personal touch. It is that personal touch in caring for Mom (and me too) like family that makes a huge difference. I stop by as often as I can unannounced as if it were my own home, never finding Mom alone or unattended other than to sleep at night even as they continue to check on and monitor her sleep. They are always engaging her and her fellow residents in activities, events, meals or snacks to the point of even doting on her and the others as they may from time to time need more attention. It is such a relief that they keep me informed on everything involving Mom too. I know she is cared for by what has become an extended family who clearly care deeply about the residents and the families that they serve.
