Very impressed by Talamore, our mother will be moving there in a couple weeks.My sister is taking care of all the moving for mother because of my busy schedule, so I was at a meeting in saint cloud.last Thursday talking with a business partner told me his parents had lived at Talamore st.cloud but recently lost his dad so said I was more than welcome to meet him there after lunch.and just see myself then what my Sister has told me. First, what a beautiful building next we were both greeted the minute we walked in. By the girl at the front desk, lovely girl, and she knew my business Partners family real well. And told him how sorry she was about his dad.and gave him a hug i believe her name was angel.What a great thing to see and hear about how she helps their family out with concerned right away and goes sees their mother who is left alone now living their. Hearing this made me really happy for my mom's care and I know she's worried about the move but feel she will feel welcome now. Plus an employee that's there for the family.nIs the best cause we have so much worries?Leaving our loved one there.nI am so happy I went along and saw. First floor but I think my mother's on third floor but my business partner parent is in memory care.Which mom doesn't need yet but very pleased with my first impression , and well , sure , no , everyone else in couple weeks when mom is a Resident. Thanks for having great employees makes it easier for us.

Excellent facility for care Excellent Nursing staff always available for questions and concerns regarding our loved one. Also Front desk staff the girl Angela during day shift notI say more rhe greatest girl for that position always helpful and so busy yet smiles and so kind. greeted right away and makes you feel welcomed and sure loves by residents you can see minute you walk inside she doesn't miss greeting every resident too and checking how they are Nice feeling when you have to leave family member. Thanks for such Excellent care we made the right decision coming to Talamore st.cloud.

All of the reviews I have read our spot on. my mother was the first person to live in the respite care unit September 2020 she did pass away October 25, 2020 when a resident there. At 95 yrs old Over the course of the six weeks that she was in respite care she had several time she had " fallen". Her blood oxygen levels were measured and they were low. She was scheduled for a doctors appointment on Tuesday, To bring her home but she passed away on Sunday DNR was on file. An ambulance was called. They did try to resuscitate her. I asked why they tried to resuscitate her when a DNR was on file I was told by staff the DNR is kept in the computer at the front desk I asked the staff to put a note on the door above the refrigerator so paramedics can see if there's a DNR on file I was told that that would be disruptive to the residence that live there I asked if they could put a sticker above the door frame of the unit with a coded green or red for DNR. Do not resuscitate. When I saw my mom's body, for the first time, there was a rod in her thigh that the funeral home told me was from the EMTs trying to resuscitate her This is how the discussion started with Talanore as I was not told they had tried to resuscitate her Before placing anyone in Tallamore, ask them what their plan is in an emergency for your loved one. If possible, I would also ask to have my loved one remain in their unit until I could get there to say goodbye , which was only an hour away. I never saw my mother again from my visit on Friday when she was just fine and took her to McDonald's Until the funeral home.

What a great place to live for seniors! Talamore offers independent living, assisted living, and memory care. My parents have been residents for nearly four years. My siblings and I enjoy peace of mind knowing our parents have the care and support they need. The staff members are friendly, helpful and caring. Talamore also offers a variety of fun activities! I moved my mother into Talamore last September as the house she was in was too big and had too many stairs. I looked for something that was convenient for all family members to get to (highway 15 was perfect!) and had amenities she needed such as a Centra Care Nurse Practitioner, Spot Rehab, beauty shop, amazing meals and so much more! She has made new friends and loves everyone who works there! I can call anytime and they will let me know how she is doing. She is so happy and we are so grateful that she is doing so well!!

Beautiful, clean and inviting building. Friendly and helpful employees. Meals are delicious and dietary service is the best! They have nice variety of activities multiple times per day. The exercise program is a big hit with my family member. She says she really gets a workout! There is a staff person at the desk in the front entrance 7 days per week. Any questions or concerns are addressed immediately.

Talamore is incredible! It is the most beautiful building Ive came across! The location is perfect for loved ones to get their nails done, shop or dine brand new building in stcloud, highly recommend going to take a peak!
