My mom lived at The Atriums for 6 years until her death last week. She loved her home there! The Care, Cleanliness, Food, Pricing and of course the many Employees were Fantastic. It felt like friends and family to her! It is never perfect at this stage of life, but the Mangement, Chefs and Administrators worked very hard to ensure a great home! Thanks so much for all you have done for my mom and what you continue to do for many others. THANKS!!!! Keep up the great work and effort! You all are appreciated!!!!!!!

The front desk staff is always very friendly. I did notice in my mother's apartment that the bathroom didn't look very clean. It looked like a buildup over time on the baseboards and below the shower.

Since they have sold to a for profit management company, the customer service and working with the families has deteriorated. showing lack of concern. I saw someone I knew moving their eldery relative out, and they said they were going somewhere else due deteriorating service. Now I know why. They dont return calls unless you constantly bug the management. The nurse was supposed to do an assessment on our eldery relative for assisted living, but never actually assessed him personally, only did it over the phone. This was after numerous calls to get with the doctor and hospital. Highly recommend you look somewhere else.

A coworker and I were invited to tour the Atriums this week. We work in senior living, and were impressed by what we saw! Their staff was very kind and welcoming, and the renovations they are doing are really beautiful. We both think the Atriums are a value for what you are getting!

I am so happy to be among the many others who give this place a high rating. Full disclosure: I scheduled a tour for my loved one, but was not able to move my family member in. What, impressed me most was that Joe, in marketing, is not like the other people in this industry, who simply want to have bodies in apartments. He asked thoughtful questions and offered insights to help me make the best decision for my family member. Due to my loved one's, cognitive state, the Atrium is not the best fit for us. Even so, he went to great lengths to make sure I was OK and even offered tips on how I could support my parent. Simply put: this place seems to care whether you are part of their immediate community are part of the community at large. If you get an opportunity to place your loved one here, I would run to investigate it! Thank you, Joe and the Atrium staff.

My positive review was written four years ago. Since then, management and ownership have changed. After reading some of the current reviews, I would suggest visiting and making your own decision as I am no longer familiar with the Atriums.

Wow! Went there to visit family....and it seemed like a heck of an establishment! The entrances could have used a cleaning but the building itself looked overall well maintained...and the idea itself is wonderful!

My father recently moved in and is on Dialysis . If your looking for your loved one to live someplace where the owners and 20 plus year employees treat your loved one as a family member then look no further ! It is in the little things that matter ... independent living where they check in on each person every evening before they go home to bed themselves. Where they treat your loved one as they would their own family member . Feeling very blessed to have a family company care for my father ! Lucille and Sue are truly doing God ‘s work in loving everyone who lives here .

Was in here to do some work. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The entire place had a very nice feel to it and looked like a great place.

I went there for a job interview and while i sadly did not get the job. The owner Lucile was a very kind hearted women, the facility was very well kept and staff treated the residents like the were family. I have work in assisted living facilities before and this is where i would want to see my parents at
