I like knowing that my mom is being taken care of and that I dont have to be concerned. The staff is great about calling me with any concerns or issues they are having and keeping me informed. I am very impressed with the activities that are offered. Mom seems very happy there.

My Dad has been living at The Kensington for about 2 years. He was very reluctant to move in and had a hard time adjusting. The staff helped him become more comfortable, has taken him in and he recently stated We are a family. He feels all of his needs are met and is now at home. He loves to talk & joke with the staff and no longer just stays in his room. He and 3 other residents have a standing card game after supper and he wont schedule anything that would interrupt that card game! My brothers and I am so thankful that he has a place in this wonderful community of residents in his hometown of Beatrice, where we all grew up. He has gone from being grumpy to enjoying life again. Thank you to all who love & care for him. He is home.

We love this place for our Mom. She has lived there 2 1, 2 yrs but worked there for 18 before that. They truly are family and treat residents as such.

Its a great place for seniors. People are kept busy with activities they all enjoy. I like seeing all the things that take place at the Kensington with the seniors .there and the community. They interact with people of all ages.

The Kensington staff always took exceptional care of my parents while they resided there. The Kensington was not a facility but it was their home. They loved the staff and were always treated with the utmost respect.

The staff at the Kensington are responsive, respectful and have provided a warm, caring and encouraging environment for both my parents and most recently their continued care for my mother. In many ways the staff and residents are a family and support system for each other. Being a concerned daughter living out of state, it is a source of comfort for me and my siblings to know that our mother is loved by the staff and that her needs during her golden years are being met.

What I think about the Kensington? There are so many things I could say about it but theres not enough time in a day to list everything. So the most thing is the residents they are like famliy so kind and sweet. The co-workers best team ever we all get along and have fun doing it.
