From my very first encounter with the reception staff, I knew that the employees at Jardin Royal loved their work. In addition to being bilingual, they are friendly, competent, and professional, and seeing the residents' eyes light up is proof that they love this residence as their own. My mom has been there for a year now and we have nothing but outstanding reviews to give for this retirement place. It's family run and it shows because they care and they are All friendly. The food is great and the activities are always entertaining. People are always greating you when you enter the facility and they are constantly cleaning or decorating to make it feel like home. If you have any concerns, they go out of their ways to accommodate. We feel that my mom is in the very best of care and is in good hand and in a loving environment. Even though I am not ready yet, this is a place I see myself down the road. Happy hours is a big seller for me. Lol Keep up the amazing works you do with the very big family you have.
