Hi Karina, I’d just like to take a minute to say thank you. When I first arrived at L’Érablière, I felt equally bewildered and grateful—and, in many ways, I still do. It takes me a long time to acclimate to new surroundings, and I arrived with anxieties, far too many boxes and rather ambitious expectations about how much I could fit into my new room. I quickly discovered that downsizing was not merely an option, but an unavoidable necessity. Karina, the director, was present throughout my arrival and move-in. I immediately found her to be a formidable yet deeply empathetic and selfless person. She carefully organized my insulin according to date and even helped unpack a box or two. I was especially touched by the care she took to ensure that my bed was adjusted perfectly to meet my needs, even providing sheets to help me get settled. Later that day, she patiently showed me how to use the walk-in bathtub. Karina quickly earned my respect. As I gradually settled in, I unpacked two or three boxes each day and arranged my belongings within the two closets. Karina later sent two members of her staff to help me deal with the approximately eighteen boxes that remained. A short time afterward, I ordered a new recliner, which arrived in three large packages. Two young women came to check on me and assist with my personal care. When they saw the packages sitting in the middle of my room, they looked at them, looked at each other, smiled—and immediately began opening them. Within minutes, my new recliner was assembled and ready to use. A day or two later, Karina came into my room, saw me sitting comfortably in the recliner, and offered me a bedsheet to cover it and help prolong its life. It was another small but thoughtful gesture—one of many I have experienced since arriving here. To whoever may eventually read this: my experience at L’Érablière continues to be a blessing. The patience, practical assistance, and genuine kindness shown to me have helped make a difficult transition feel far less overwhelming. I remain deeply grateful to Karina and the staff for the care they have shown me while I slowly make this place my home.

It is comforting to know that your family is in good hands at this place. They go above and beyond to service their residents. Really great retirement home. And they are planning on creating more mini houses on the property so you can rent a little house close to elderlies and enjoy the friendship without being housed in the main building. Very sweet.

Karina and her team do a wonderful job at the residence. I had the pleasure of having dinner with my relative; it was a lovely experience. The residents seem very well cared for, and the staff are very kind and always smiling. It's very reassuring when you know you have a loved one living there.

Residence L'Erabliere is a great facility with fantastic staff and an amazing owner. I moved to a house directly beside it and moved my aging aunt with mental health issues there 3 years ago. The residents are very nice and respectful, the staff are extremely courteous and chat with us and our 2 young boys (6 & 8) over the fence, and the owner Karina is always available and is very good with my aunt and the other residents. The facility is clean and welcoming. Thank you for all the support over the years.

Mom got sick. I was looking for an place that accepted my dog. After few week or so. I found residence L rablire I went to visit this place that accept my dog . She a girl by the name of Rosie. And I move there. The resident are well taking care of . There is food for vegetarian .The place is clean . The staff is nice and helpful. There d©coration on every special occasion . The residence are happy and very quiet. They are minding there own business .You can come visit any time . We will be happy to meet you

My brother has been at this residence there for 7 years, cannot say enough for the owner Karina and the staff there in the way they look out for the residents, providing their every need and more, anytime I have asked for special arrangements they have relentlessly gone out of their way to accommodate for him, courteous, easy to reach and talk about any need could not ask for a better location for my brother's needs.
