This facility is awful. The facilitator at this location is [Name Removed]. She is very unprofessional. When I ask her can I talk to her in her office about my concerns she says no. This facility also three times won't let me see my mother. I had appointments and they schedule me then when it's my time to see mt mother. they won't let me. The staff all need to be fired, they don't answer phones, hang up calls. They don't check on the elderly through the night at all. This facility has already been reported and will be investigated.

My mother has been at this center since last Friday. The staff is not allowing me to see my mother. They have called the police on me for no reason. Any one out there don't take your loved ones to this facility at all. [Name Removed] the facilitator at this center is racist. unprofessional and rude. She's also a liar. [Name Removed] a guy at this facility is racist also. rude and unprofessional. I'M filing a lawsuit against this center and against the staff. don't take your loved ones to this center. Also, they have a guy that's a resident there sexually assaulting the woman there. The staff don't answer their phones 24/7 like they are supposed to. any one is having problems with this facility contact me [Telephone Removed] so we can come together to report this facility.
